They give you a free haircut with your 4th full up in a month. Andy is good at head massages but not at haircuts. Ask for Luise to cut your hair though, avoid Andy and Steve.

I recently had an great experience here and I highly recommend them. Not only were they friendly and professional, but they also went above and beyond my expectations. The work they completed was fast, efficient, and done to a high standard, all while offering a very competitive and affordable price.What impressed me the most was their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at this mechanic shop. I found this workshop through google. I have an old 2000 Toyota Sienna and needed a check to estimate how much it would cost me to repair. Shaunt did everything and gave me recommendations. A day later I called and asked to check the noise of the wheel on another car. He spent his time explaining what and how and he did not ask for payment. I am very grateful to him for his professionalism and patience. Thanks Shaunt!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable turnaround time on repairs, and competitive pricing. They are very busy and maybe still recovering a bit from the lockdown as far as manpower goes.

Shaunt & Andy have been taking care of our cars for several years. Very honest and professional. Hard to find a reliable mechanic but we found ours awhile ago. Highly recommended!

Shaunt has always been helpful, accomodating, and I love that they are very honest with the services our vehicles require. We have been bringing our cars here since we moved to Fremont and we have always felt that they have taken good care of our cars. I find their prices very reasonable, too!

Good place to get gas in Fremont! Convenient location and fair price for the area! It has a small selection of convenience items! I still remember the station as Andy s Exxon but it hasn t changed any except for the name! Mechanical repairs in the back!

All the service for my vehicles are done by Andy for many years and the works are done to my utmost satisfaction. Don't take my words for it. try it out and I believe you will agree with me. The work is very professional and you get the detail description of the work needs to be done (no gimmick or unnecessary work). Very friendly guy. I hope he will continue to work for sometime while planning to retire.

I give Andy's Valero Service Center a 5 star rating,The person who fixed my car was name Shawn , He is professional,Very kind patient person and known that i needed my car to be fixed in a short period of time,. he had the car ready on the same day even although I needed some new parts.. I will be using the services of this Auto Shop from now on and therefore dealing with a honest mechanical and given a very fair price on the work done.

I have been a customer of Andy's since about 1987. Everyone knows that he's honest, hard working, understanding and a great guy!Update 2020-12 Andy's son Shaunt is managing the station now. Like Andy he will be honest about the repairs needed for your auto and charges s fair rate.

The most trusted mechanic in the Bay Area! I take all my cars to Andy and I always get honest advice, reasonable prices and on time service. Recently introduced my son to this shop and he has now decided to get all his car servicing done here when he drives up from LA!If you are looking for a no frills mechanic who knows his job, is honest about the repairs needed and does not charge you an arm and a leg, then this is your man!

just drained my account for no reason. Went to get gas here put in my card and it turned out it was padlocked, I thought no problem, I can just go to the Arco a few blocks down. Except even after I hit cancel on the keypad the damn thing took ALL of my money from me. So y know, that s great and all. This place can rot in hell honestly, everything about screams shady.

I've been going to Andy and his crew ever since I moved to Fremont 4 years ago. They are the best in the area. They are responsive and reachable if you are busy at work while they do repairs/services. And if they have extra time and you have questions, they will normally explain why something failed and how they remedied the issue. Which is useful for novices like me that want to understand and how to avoid future problems. When I eventually move out of my apartment to another neighboring city, I will still come to Andy's Valero because I wouldn't trust anyone else.

One of my favorite car mechanics. First time I went was for a smog-check. My other mechanic didnt have the capability to do that. But listening to Andy I realised that he not only knew his job but was also very good at it. Since then I have been there couple of times to do service, freon refill etc. His services are also reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Andy to my friends.

Nice guy working the counter. Clean & safe. Only 2 allowed inside at a time. Handicap space right in front of the door with a ramp. Good selection of drinks.

Took my 200o VW jetta to have the every other year smog check for my registration and I was in and out in 20 minutes!! The service was fast efficient, and Andy knows what he is doing he has been there for like I think 30 or more years!! I also on a different occasion had some work done,check engine light, it was a small fix, reasonable price, took the car in at 10:0am it was ready by 3PM!! Now thats great service !!

Andy and Sean and Bernardo are three gems in the mechanic business. They usually get us into the lineup pretty quickly and get the work done efficiently and correctly. They don't hype up the problems to make you spend more. You need something fixed it other people quote you twice as much for, try Andy's Valero.

I had a worst experience over here. The cashier with the beard who was working here during the time I visited was so rude and disrespectful. When I told this thing to the Manager even he seemed to support his cashier. I wonder the guy who was working here during that time felt so entitled. I would have given zero stars if I would have had an option.

Tend to have lower price per gallon than others in the area. Clean and well-maintained. Staff is adequate.

The rates are always better than the near by gas stations , I have been using them since 4 years. Car wash is excellent , very polite owners.

Access is difficult due to the location at a busy controlled intersect. The store is clean with freshly stocked products.More expensive than ARCO or Costco.
