I was in a recent accident where I was not at fault. The other motorist's AAA insurance referred me to Crash Champions in Fountain Valley, but I was a little skeptical using a referred body shop from a past experience with my wife's minivan.Crash Champions did a great job repairing my damaged fender and door, they were also very communicative, providing me updates on the estimated time of completion which they met. Overall I am very satisfied with their work and happy I chose to go with Crash Champions.

Cesar did an amazing repair on my vehicle. The shop notifies you in a timely manor with updates on the repair. The car was completed on time and extremely clean when picked up. I would highly recommend the work of this shop.

I would like to express my gratitude to Crash Champions for the entire process from start to finish was an excellent experience. Amazing staff always willing to help, great quality work. My car looks great they return it super clean inside and outside. I m very happy my car looks brand new. I would definitely recommend, Best body shop in Orange County! It s the most annoying thing to have someone turn their car into me, and then say that I was the one that turned my car into them. The saving grace was taking my car to Crash Champions on Euclid in Fountain Valley for repair. Shout out to Cesar, my contact person, and also the guy with the awesome hair that checked me in. From beginning to end, their service was top-notch. Everything went smoothly. They kept me updated through the process, my car looks amazing, and I even got my car back earlier than promised! I give them my highest recommendation!

Great customer service especially from Cezar who updated me often on the status of the repair and came in on a Saturday so I can pick up my car even though the shop is closed. To top it off, they washed and cleaned it on the outside and inside. I had no issues leaving my rental car with them so Enterprise can pick it up later. I would definitely recommend Crash Champions to others.

I lost a fight with a big red pole and was worried I d need to have my whole bumper replaced. My front bumper was dented, scratched, had red paint on it, and the bumper was off the hinge on the left side (before pictures attached).I dropped into Fountain Valley Body Works without an appointment to get a quote, and they took a look at my car within minutes of me getting there. They gave me the best news possible: David and Oscar were able to spare me the expense of replacing the bumper!They popped the bumper back into place (got it back on the hinge), completely got rid of the dents, and buffed over the scratches to get rid of all the red paint and most of the scratches. The whole corner of my bumper was completely scratched before and now only two tiny scratches remain, and they re barely noticeable!! It honestly looks like a whole new bumper. And best of all, they were SUPER quick! I was in and out in about 15 minutes!This place was awesome! If I hit any more inanimate objects, I ll definitely be back!

I had a good experience with Crash Champions.This is my first time taking my car to the Crash Champions. I heard how good their work is. They said that it takes no less than two weeks to fix it, but it did not take more than a week to fix it. I was really surprised. The car is back as it was and clean. Marcus and all the team were very nice. They are the best thank you all.

Crash Champions is an excellent body shop! Their staff is super helpful. They called each week to update me on the progress of my vehicle. They were friendly and fast! My car came back looking amazing! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great body shop!

Legendary Customer Service is why I keep coming back! These guys once repainted my entire bumper for free nearly 2 years after a repair because of a small defect. They really stand behind their work, and that impressed me. When my car gets damaged, I trust Oscar, Cesar, and their team here at fountain valley express to fix it. The most recent time, they completed a significant job only 4 days after we approved the quote, perfectly fitting into my schedule constraints. Even with short time, Cesar went the extra mile on attention to details I didn't even think ask about! Level of care like it was his own car. I hope I don't have to come back too soon, because that would mean I've been in an accident, but Crash Champions Fountain Valley Express consistently makes the car repair part about as painless as you can get it.

I needed to have my front bumper and fender replaced because it had been smashed in an apparent hit and run. They did an excellent job with the repair work. When I received my car back, it was clean inside and out and it looked like new.

The process of getting my car repaired was seamless. I was notified by text regularly on when it would be ready for pick up. I am very pleased with the customer service that was provided and highly recommend going there if you should need a collision repair.

This was my first car accident that I had to directly deal with and Oscar was so helpful throughout the process. I was well informed on what needed to be done, the process, and how to handle the situation. Everyone I encountered on the staff was friendly and communicative. I received my car back with the dent back to perfect condition, and nicely vacuumed and washed. I highly recommended this shop!

Your representative called and said I can pickup my car and can leave the rental since your company have pickup service with Enterprise. A few days went by and still no deposit refund from Enterprise. Responsibility were shifted back and forth between Crash Champion and Enterprise, then I was told things are good. Now 11 days later, Enterprise told me they still don't have their car back, again more finger pointing between 2 companies. Such a horrific experience calling, waiting, and struggling; I could've saved so much headache dropping the car off myself and getting a ride home.How can a rental car sat there for over a week without anyone noticing...?Service: Body & Trim

After a minor bumper-thumper, we chose Crash Champions (formerly Fountain Valley Body Works) for our repair & paint, as they're the only body shop we've used since moving to Fountain Valley 36 years ago, and they once again did a fantastic job. The repair is perfect - not a hint of damage, the work was done quickly and ready when promised, the staff was personable and professional, and we LOVED getting regular text updates on the status of our repair & readiness. While like most - we hope we never have an accident; no doubt Crash Champions will continue to be our preferred & recommended body shop if and when we do!Service: Body & Trim
