absolutely the worse service ever. wasting time standing in a line 3x everytime by the time the process is done. Every worker here knows theres a problem here and does nothing about it but blames the company/computers. Just go somewhere else , spend the extra $50 . Your time is more valuable !!!

Cannot say enough amazing things about Chris, Eric, and Byron!!!!!! They took me in last minute and literally saved my life as I had almost died that morning after my tires went skidding across the highway. I am so grateful for their compassion! Also, my car was a harder case, with tight screws, and it took expert technical skill to fix. They also took the time to give me detailed instructions on the way out, even though it was after closing. These 3 men have high skill, compassion, and are very thorough they went above and beyond!!!!!!! God bless you guys!!!

I called Costco in fountain Valley yesterday 6/17 to let them know I had a screw in my tire. I asked them what time I can bring it in to get it fixed since it was an emergency and I did not want to get stranded without a vehicle. They informed me that there was no available appointment until next Thursday 6/23/2022. I find this very ridiculous that we pay for tires and they give us a warranty on specific items but then they cannot take care of you when it s an emergency. I am disgusted on how unprofessional they treated me. I had to take it elsewhere and pay out of pocket even though I have warranty with Costco.

I am sorry to rate this as a 1 star first appointment available was 3 weeks out with a possible wait of 2h. I was advised to come early in the morning and drop off the car. I did, 8:40am I was in line with an estimated time of 3 to 3 and a half hours wait time. I ve spent 5 hours and a half in that plaza until my car was ready . Poor managent unfortunately, poor customer service with representatives that het offended when you ask if it is taking a lot longer. People should be given a heads up that they will have to spend half of their day here at Costco. Knowing it will take half a day for the tire rotation I would have planned my tire rotation better. Costco sells free rotation with tire purchase, but this is what you get for the free rotation - almost 6 hours spent waiting for it. Sorry, but this is unacceptable.

Super friendly. We had a nail in the tires and pulled up. They took the car right away and told us it d be about an hour. We didn t have time to finish a lap around the store before our car was done.

Awful customer service and poor management. They don t like doing after sale services where they don t get anymore revenue. For customers that need after sale services they push them away by making them wait all day and/or saying they need an appointment.I did a walk in on a Thursday morning , first person in-line without an appointment and was told that they are busy with appointments and they will take all day to get to my car despite that I was first in line.

I really hope management reads this and uses this to improve customer experience. We went to Costco to order two rear tires for our SUV since the tread was worn out. We had to have them ordered and cool enough they called us the next day to say they had arrived and were ready for install. Great! We go in the next day (saturday) at 10:30am and they said they're done taking people for the daym okay wow...but a sign or soemthing could have been helpful. We were told to check back another day. So Tuesday night we show up 6.45p thinking it would be quieter...and they tell us they've stopped taking people. I asked about the appointments and they said they were 1 month out. Who thinks to change their tires 30 days in advance? People go to change their tires when there is obvious wear and want them changed fairly quickly within a couple days. Not 4 weeks out. Why take appointments anyways? Shouldn't the customers who buy tires right then and there have a window to get them on as soon as possible? So we come back the next morning and they can take us but it's a 7hour wait. When you see all the displays inside the store it says "why buy tires from Costco?" And it lists services like free rotation, tire checks etc. And I think how can that work when you cant even put tires on and it takes about 3-4 tries to get your car into a bay? This business model needs a serious adjustment. I think the first thing they should do is no longer offer appointments. First come first served. .and maybe incentivize the employees like the guy who changes most tires in a week or month gets a bonus. I will never buy tires here again I'd rather pay more and just get quicker service

Came in to have a blown out tire taken care of. Was taken care of by a friendly courteous counter person. I was well taken care of.

The manager, George, is awesome. I came in for a tire patch after seeing a big nail in my tire when I got home. The techs did a great job and got me back on the road quickly.

Made an appointment for a set of new tires, and was recommended to come early so they can look at tires to make sure they have in stock. Costco is always busy. With my appointment car was taken care of on time and service was excellent. Be patient

Bad customer service. Bought some tires and was told they d be ordered and to expect them to come in a couple days. Missed a call from this place a couple hours after buying them on the same day and was left a message saying they d arrived. I called just to make sure they hadn t called the wrong customer (based on the 3-5 day estimate). The guy who answered was rude and was giving me smart answers well if they called you it means they re here instead of just checking and saying yes or no. Well I show up a couple minutes later at after the call and they say they re not taking cars anymore. I showed up at 5:40 and they close at 8:30, according to the website, so how are they not taking cars anymore? Maybe they should change the hours on the website or specify they don t service cars til the time posted. First and last time every buying tires for any of my cars here.

The worst place if you want to exchange something under warranty. I had a bad battery under warranty and came here to change it. They had me wait an hour and told me I should have a valid membership which I don t have any more. After talking with them they told me they can return the money which they did. However when I was back in here in 10 minutes they behaved like they don t know me and had me waited another half an hour. I won t come back here ever again.

If u ever have concerns with ur tire warranty . Just addressed it with Isaac at this location. I can assure you, Isaac will treat u fairly and put your concerns to rest.

This is the worst system service center..I was waiting in line at 9:35am before the tire store opened..waited til 10:20am to dropped off car..they told me back in 2 hours..I was back in 2 hours waiting infine to pick up..and they said wait for 1 hr more ir go home to get an appt..bad attitude..bad center..eventhough i m a member for about 30 years..how sad..did i mention that i was in store waiting for anotherv2 hurs to paid for tires..

At least a half hour wait ! Make sure you bring your battery in to buy a new one or you wait in a hall hour line twice

Customer service was mediocre at most, one of the mechanic told me he would contact me through my cell once they are done with the tire replacement but never got the call. Saw the car sitting outside at the parking (looks done) but never got the contact from them.

Services require a membership, but this is a great place to get free fill ups for nitrogen tires.
