I want to start of by saying I love Shelton's. I'm a young guy, I've only been driving for about 3 years now but I have always gone here. The guys and girls who work here are nice folks and get the job done efficiently and with great care. I've never once doubted their service or reliability. On top of their service, their prices are good too!After you get your oil changed, they offer a free car wash! If you need your oil changed, it's gotta be Shelton's!

Always great service and good people to deal with. My whole family does their oil changes here and they have for as long as I can remember. We've never had a bad experience.

Repeat customer! Shelton's is the place I choose in Fortuna for oil changes. Fast, efficient and budget friendly. First come, first served means minimal waiting even when they are busy. Friendly and knowledgeable staff tops off the experience! Oh, and a free car wash with an oil change.

I use to go here for my oil changes but not after my last encounter with the lady up front. I read a couple other reviews and it looks like I am not the only person who feels this way. She need a tutorial on how to treat people even if they are returning something that she falsely told them they were a different part to a truck. I will not be using their service again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go there either.

First time I've been there they were right on the job checked all my fluids move the chassis and for a good price I'll definitely keep going there and they have a free car wash if you get your oil change

Absolutely amazing service quick and efficient I know my car and myself are in good hands ...though I'm new to the area people treated me like a local ...I'll never go anywhere else again ..oooooh and free carwash with service

The guys at Shelton's Auto Lube are quick, efficient, and friendly. I just pulled up and within 5 seconds they were asking what they could do to help. Just got an oil change and in less than 20 minutes I was back on the road. Reasonable prices as well. Thanks!

Didn't reset oil life reading. Gave a "free" car wash. Only washed half of car (driver side only). When I saw this went back to let them know. Her response was "the guys don't want to hear that" . I don't want a free half car wash. Went and paid for a wash at another place. Which I was not planning on doing. Feel your prices have gone up but quality of service has gone down.Service: Oil change

The woman working here needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. An absolute miserable Karen who couldn't be bothered to be friendly whatsoever. Absolutely classless behavior, I will not be returning here ever. I would give them zero stars if I could

Love changing oil here,they fix something else in my car beside just change the oil, plus got free car wash. The staff was nice.

First come first serve yet I was told I had to wait for another customer who had an appointment, waited 90mins and when I asked how much longer the lady got an attitude. Don't recommend this place, never going back!
