My wife and I LOVE this Shell station! When we stay at our cabin in the Fortuna area and bring our compact little motorhome, we always stop here to fill up our gas and propane tanks, dump our holding tanks, and pick up some fantastic Mexican food across the street at La Costa. This station is centrally located near anything we might need while we re in town.We are always careful to patronize this particular gas station because, even though the price per gallon might be a few pennies more, we are SO GRATEFUL to have this terrific, RV-friendly station nearby!

The dump Station alone gives this Shell five Shells/Stars. They do not charge and that would be five more stars. If that were possible. And The cash gas is reasonable.

please note this is a non bias review due to ive previously usually had good experiences w/this station. i went there two buy propane for 2 tanks and gas for my truck around 11am, needless to say ide be spending a significant amount of cash. so as i enter the empty store i notice a employee try to pick up a tiny piece of trash from the floor and when the big fella failed to do so he kicked it under the counter. anyways i politely asked if i may get my propane tanks filled and he said sure, i say ok and head towards the door then he says it will be at least ten minutes before anyone will fill them. i said well.. "that's not going to work for me" he kinda rolled his eyes looked away and said nothing, then - i heard a lady's voice from back by the beverage dept. say "there's no-one here to fill propane right now". (i never did see her). i walked out confused and bummed. i know this is all wrong. byee shell!

The staff at this station is exceptionally rude & unprofessional. After spending over $40 at the station today, I was told "Next time ask before you use a 100 Dollar bill." Not a thank you or come again, like you would expect to hear after choosing their gas station when they're several to choose from. This gas station in particular is known by the locals to be rude and actually quite aggressive to people they assume are economically challenged. This happens quite often.

Has a dump station that is easy to get too! I got diesel and propane while I was there and the attendant was courteous. It did not have a rinse hose for your sewer line. It seemed to rinse just fine using the spigot.

My husband ran in there yesterday night (friday) And one of the employees was smoking right next to the door so rude and disrespectful I'll just fill up in rio dell next time. If I wanted to breathe that in I would smoke myself especially and when he ask for the receipt she gave him attitude

This station can teach customer service it is not lost on their employees, wether it's your first time here or your hundredth. Since day 1 I've been welcomed and as time has past my experience only gets better. Amazing employees!!!

RV Dump station for customers. Bring your own hose for a flush out. Propane also available. Gas price reasonable.

Clean and organized. Prices are great, fuel is top grade. Easy in and out but it is a smaller station
