**update: since my review Rays has blocked me and completely ignored me. I took the car I bought from them to a local mechanic and there's over $3,500 worth of repairs that need to be done. I hate this place & the fact that I trusted them!I would also leave no stars if I could. I purchased a car here the end of March, paid for it outright. Was told the car was inspected prior to purchase however the next day I realized the front passenger side tire was completely bald. I was shocked that this was overlooked in their "inspection" I called and let them know and I got attitude for questioning their inspection of the car. They ended up ordering me two new tires for the front and replaced them for me, as they should. Fast forward a few months, there are multiple lights coming on including the check engine & the car itself is acting weird. I called Rays to see if they could just look at it, read the codes and let me know what's wrong as I have children and don't feel safe in this car but since it was an "as is" sale they wouldn't even make me an appointment. This is how they treat their customers!? The woman I talked to on the phone told me she would call me back Monday & would do everything she could to help me. I never got a call back. I'm extremely disappointed in myself for trusting this dealership. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. They do not care about YOU only themselves and taking your money.

Very friendly and easy to deal with. Quite pleased with my purchase. Shortly after purchasing my truck there were some issues which they went above and beyond to make right. Even giving me rides home and picking up the truck themselves to get worked on.

If I could leave a no star I would! I bought my van four months ago and was told they had done a tune up on it(this is relivent). Two weeks after bringing it home the check engine light came on! Then around that same time the window switch on the driver window stopped working properly. Then two weeks after that the hydronics for the back lift gate went out!!! I let them know about the light and all they said was they would hook it up to a computer. Luckily for me my dad is a mechanic! He already knew why the light was on, it did not in fact get a tune up!! The plugs and wires were jacked and the air filter was so clogged he could not see through it. Wail doing that he found an exhaust leak!!!

I really needed a replacement car for my 20 year old vehicle. I went to the website & found a car I really liked. When we arrived the staff was super friendly, very helpful (helped install a car seat) & just made the whole process & day wonderful! Not a pushy dealership & they even gave me trade in for my old car! All said & done I will recommend Ray's to everyone & anyone who is looking for a new car! Big thanks to Tristan.

My experience with Ray's was delightful! Ray made sure I was able to get a good car within my budget, when other dealerships couldn't. Also, as a trans person I felt very resected! Ray used my correct pronoun and treated me like I was a friend. I would recommend Ray's to everyone!

Just picked up my new Toyota the other day everyone there was awesome & they have a really neat shop! They eeven came & picked me up at my house! The whole deal only took a couple hours! Thanks guys for helping me get back on the road again!

Ray's Quality Cars is a true Family Business, they take care of their customers with out the bull s**t . Once you buy an vehicle from them you become part of the family. And what that means is that they will always have your best interests when you purchase a vehicle from them as long as you own your vehicle. Best of they have there own auto shop, incase you need a tune up and much more within serving your purchase vehicle. I like to say thank you and much love.

I'm very unhappy with my purchase at Ray's. They sold me a car without a lugnut. I had to replace the air filter and spark plugs within the first week I had it. My car said the reverse light was out so I put new ones in and as soon as I screwed it in the trunk lid it went off. So basically I have to pay alot of money because it's electrical. I don't think it's fair and I would never recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy a car.

Rebecca and crew was super helpful friendly and professional. Came in with my 2yr old and 1yr old who love to get into things and they kept them occupied very family oriented. Car is beautiful and drives well thank you guys for the wonderful experience definitely recommend going here this get your dream car

exceptional service, quick and friendly, easy car buying experience. Shiloh at the front desk is wonderful! I applied for a vehicle in the afternoon and was approved by a local bank by 4pm the same day. Drove off in a 2012 Camaro the next morning. I would recommend going to Rays for your next used car purchase.

Customer service is very good. They are friendly and professional and didnt try and push me into a vehicle I didnt want. They couldn't get me approved but wont give them a bad review because of that.
