Brad is extremely knowledgeable about diesel motors and their inner workings. I took my truck to three shops and Brad was the only one who was able to diagnose and fix the issue. You would be remiss to take your truck anywhere but Ponci s.

I haven't even gotten my truck back yet and I can't rave enough about how professional this shop has been. Brad has been kind, patient, and an efficient communicator.I took my 1998 Dodge beater truck in. Hoping it was fixable. It has a few things wrong.It won't be cheap but my work truck is worth investing in. And truthfully the price tag is around where I thought it would be.If you are one of those people ( I am one too so no judgment from me) that thinks you may want to try and fix it yourself,Google it first.I need a new heater core and you have to remove the entire dash!No thanks! I will leave that to the professionals.Ponci's team has been so professional and they have an adorable shop dog to boot.The shop is clean, the staff is amazing, and if you need a great team to take care of your truck I highly recommend Ponci's.You can tell they care and they know what they are talking about.I had one mechanic tell me my car had a ghost, and another use electrical tape to attach wires to my battery.So I started doing a lot of the work myself thinking I could at least do better than that. But atlas I was over my head. It feels nice to have a shop that knows what the hell they are talking about.Update:Truck runs like a dream!I had to post pics of the wires because no joke, last mechanic used electrical tape.Mutiple Mechanics under this hood and hands down Poncis are leagues above the rest.

Brad the mechanic and his daughter were among the best folks we've ever delt with. Hands down! They were both so very professional, knowledgeable, yet friendly and personable. A true pleasure to do business with. Brad went above and beyond to take care of me and my Duramax. I wish I lived in the area because as far as I'm concerned, they are the absolute BEST!!

Our F350 Diesel broke down on a recent trip to Northern California. Having no knowledge of diesel mechanics in the area we resorted to Google. We found Ponci's and boy are we glad we did. Their service was attentive and efficient and they had us back on the road in short order. Honest and capable service, can't beat that! Highly recommend!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys are diesel wizards. Got my truck transmission going pretty close to flawlessly (older model has some nuances to the repair). Would definitely recommend this place as it was recommended to me. Fair prices, quality work, smart and knowledgeable staff. I've never been happier with my truck and thanks for making my hyped best day ever, the best day ever.Service: Transmission

Brad dropped everything in his shop to help me broke down on the freeway before a car show. I have a 1940 dodge Fargo with a 5.9 Cummins in it. . Brad figured out the problem in a few seconds and was very nice with minimal cost. I appreciate how professional and old school handshake he runs things. thank you brad. Old Blue is a 1990 F250 7.3 leter diesel non turbo. I bought it new and its a work horse on the ranch. I needed a little more kick under the hood so a friend told me to call Brad at Ponci's Diesel in Fortuna California. So I called Brad and he recommended a Banks Sidewinder Turbo kit. He went over the details with me made a appointment brought the truck up on a Tuesday picked it up on a Friday morning and let me tell you folks Old Blue has more guts than a slaughterhouse. Brad was spot on in explaing what this Turbo would add as far as power to my pickup. Ponci's is a family run business and I had the opportunity to meet his wife and daughter. I tip my straw hat to Brad and company and cant thank them enough for their wonderful service.Dave B (Bad back).Service: Exhaust

These guys are really helpful they were too busy to do my job but they were willing to help do everything else possible with the time they had I definitely would have had them do the job if I had more time
