I'm so grateful to William and the owners and all staff at Fortuna Audio. I just explained I wanted stereo sound with clarity and base.My Tacoma had a factory-installed stereo.I was shown 3 different amazing sound systems top of the line and wondered out loud if I should get the most expensive one? The owner said no he explained what I liked is loud enough. This man is right and could have overcharged and did not. So loud my ears can't take it at times . Perfect lol! Such honesty is respected and appreciated. Once again the owner is right, so loud and its what I wanted!!! Thank you.They kept my pick em up truck all night as they built it all in . Where ever I go listening to music souls dance in the streets due to the amazing sound. I have vision issues and wanted to make sure my pick em up truck sounded good and I can enjoy her. In case my vision goes completely South she will be worth more should I sell .I had a few minor details like a seat buckle fell off and rear view mirror needed tightened yet had nothing to do with sound. William fixed immediately and added something with my sub woofers so they wouldn't move around in back. I actually placed some paper from some package I had to add to stability so there is no more sub woofer moving . The best part is they are local and so kind and I am close by. William thank-you again for doing all you can . Also the owner told me all is guaranteed for life and can come by anytime if I need help. I love Fortuna Audio and forgot to leave a review until now. Just so grateful to all and William thank-you again for your kindness

Fast, professional & knowledgeable.They installed my car stereo & kept me in the loop about the process. Something I appreciated.I definitely recommend Fortuna Audio Concepts.Best customer service ever!!!

These folks helped me out 3 times with minor car audio problems and never asked for anything. They even resaudered my speaker amplifier twice and then secured it with hot glue the second time so it won't happen again. Fortuna Audio Concepts has very decent and respectful folks. Down to earth chill. 10/10

I am so pleased by my visit I'm posting this here and on yelp. I went in to the store wanting to pay someone to install a subwoofer. Kurt listened to my system and not only talked me out of a profitable install(because I didn't need it), he: did a minor repair to my door panel, discovered my new speakers were installed without crossovers(very bad), and my whole system was powered by the tiniest of wires which should power a led on the dash. And he gave me all that advice at no cost, while foolishly thinking I would just drive off.I came back a few weeks later and had all my issues fixed, as well as two more found during the repairs. My little truck sounds AMAZING now, the price was more than fair, and I now have my favorite(and only) audio professional from here on out.

The level of customer service and knowledge of what is sold is extraordinary. Matt, the service manager, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and thoroughly satisfied with the installation of new head unit, radar detector, dash camera, rear camera, Maestro add-on, tuning of speakers and settings and tuning of all aspects of my system. Everything works with everything else and Matt spent time answering ALL of my questions. Anyone that knows me also knows how demanding I am of ANY company/person I pay for work on my Corvette. Fortuna Audio Concepts met or exceeded my expectations. So much that I recommended them to my sister for an install in her vehicle. Stephanie, the owner, Matt, the manager, and the whole team are impressive. Thank you Stephanie and Matt I am very satisfied with my system.

Great store and super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Answered all my questions and gave me amazing recommendations. Will definitely go back to get more work done on my speakers. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their sound systems!!!!

Matthew installed a sick stereo system in my truck, and I can't get enough of it. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, from the moment I walked in, to having Kurt help me decide which stereo and speakers to go with, 'til the installation was all done! Matt is the man! Kurt, Stephanie and the entire staff made it super easy to shop here. I've recommended Fortuna Audio Concepts to a few friends of mine and so far they have not been disappointed.

Yippee.. finally a business that not only does a quality job but goes far above . I brought in a phone situation and was taken care of beyond my expectations Everyone was over the top helpful. I have told several friends about the service I received and will continue to do so..

Very disappointed. They said they could do the job,then said they didn't know what to do,then said they would get it done. Two days of bringing my car to them. Finding rides home. Just a new deck in a BMW..seems simple, other places said they could do the installation. I think the installer didn't want to do the work from the beginning. I think the owner is nice,but I wont be back

Awesome people and very nice! They are killing it down there with customer service and installing everything. Will give you advice if you need and are always there to help out! They ARE NOT going out of business or moving. They are just remodeling there for a grand opening and the store is looking awesome! Love my sound system and way surpassed my expectations! Thank you both for everything and I will be rocking your sticker soon when the rain is over! I'll be back for more too!

Had my whole system done top to bottom in one day, the sound quality is amazing, the service is excellent they never forget my face or my car even almost 3 years later, I recommend them EVERY time someone talks about doing their system. 100 percent satisfied!

Fortuna audio is my go to for car stereo now. They installed a new head unit with a Mic in my Tacoma and a sub. It is amazing!!!! Sounds awesome and it even has the Bluetooth mic now for talking on the phone. They do great work, all the wires are tucked away and gone and it is perfectly installed. Its is a family run business and they seem like a really nice family.

Great experience! Got way more than what I started to get. Changed my mind several times, and they went out of their way to work with me and help me stay within my budget. They gave me a great deal for radio with SiriusXM, Backup Camera, GPS, and performed superior installation of all components. THANK YOU!

If you want the true audiophile experience, then go see Kurt. This is not just loud noise, this is crisp,clean,solid driven music with quality products.I trust in everything that they have installed and it sounds wonderful. You will not get a better deal anywhere on the west coast top to bottom. show up and talk to Kurt, the prices are fair, the installation is flawless and the man knows sound.

I purchased the new satellite internet system from Starlink. All the hardware shows up in a large box with the win win comment plug and play... So after a week of trying to plan how I was going DYI this project, I gave up and started to look for a professional help. Thank god, I found Fortuna Audio Concepts! The installer came over checked out the new system, scheduled the installation. The day of the install I received a call asking if I okay with the installer showing up early to do the install.(now how often does that happen) Then install was done before the time of the original appointment. Done very professionally, clean and painless! So if you're looking into the Starlink system, I would highly recommend Fortuna Audio Concepts for the installation.

Kurt and the gang do all my audio and electronics work just had a 3k watt power inverter installed in my 2016 Peterbuilt, as usual Kurt did a great job, excellent workmanship, High quality materials. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else!
