OMG, he's great! I was in Old Town for Arts Alive and lost my keys. Sunday I called a couple locksmiths, and only he called me back. Before he came up from Fortuna, he had me call a store to look out the window to be sure my car was still there. It was. He came up and quickly made new keys. He explained that there's a chip in the key that has to be programmed. That old keys won't work anymore. He's very friendly, and we had a great talk. Definitely call ASAP Lock & Key!!

Had a random issue on my RV lock where the key barrel came out? Almost got locked out of the camper. We where passing through town at 6PM and where on the side of the road. Called Jeff and met up at his shop. He was closed but came out anyway. Fixed it in literally 5 minutes. He knew exactly what to do and had the tools. Very responsible fees. We got back on the road and saved our day!!! Thanks Jeff you re the best!

Other locksmiths told me they were 2 weeks out or didn't they could get the job done. (Putting in multiple deadbolts 6 deadbolts with no pre-existing holes, anti theft plates on every door, and getting everything onto one key) He showed up the same day I called and did an amazing job! Can t recommend ASAP enough! From this point on, he ll be the only locksmith I use in Humboldt

Brought in a key to get paired with my vehicle and it turned out to have a bad chip and he was not able to repair it. Took the time to diagnose the problem with me for free. Had what I needed on hand and was able to get the correct key at a very fair price.

The gentleman running the place is friendly and really nice and for the most part will go lower then other places around......he knows what he's doing and how to do it....I definitely won't be using any other locksmith besides this guy

This guy is awesome! Knowledgeable, kind, responsive, good sense of humor, and good at his job. I needed the locks changed on my house (4 doors, 6 locks) and he was able to swing by and get it done in under an hour. He also taught me a thing or two about different kinds of locks while he was here. I'll be recommending this business anytime my friends are in need of a locksmith :)

We broke our key off in the lock of our RV at a local campsite. Could not have asked for a better sevice. Fast, efficient, courteous and a genuinely nice guy. Very pleased with our mishap rescue. Would highly recommend.

I had list the keys to my car. Asap lock and key cane out promptly, he was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me a great deal, even made a new ignition for my car. If you got a key problem this is the master locksmith and the most kind man in the world. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you for helping me get back on the road!

I have to say that I had never used this business before today and had never met the owner, so I knew that I was taking a chance having someone I had not even heard of come out....but it was an emergency. The owner came right out and put me immediately at my ease. A real gentleman who knows how to treat his customers. His work was very professional and very affordable. This man is great! He could have charged me to come get my car unlocked, but instead he chose to troubleshoot. I was able to get my car unlocked with just his free advice! Who does things for free any more? He will be my locksmith from now on! Thanks! (The woman with the older Taurus)

Locked myself out of my truck and couldn t find my keys. The owner was incredibly kind and gave me step by step directions as to what I needed to do in order to replace ignition key and even save money. As I was getting ready to get the key code, my wife found the keys. Even though we ended up not having to use ASAP, they demonstrated true professionalism and gave my wife and I a peace of mind knowing that they would take care of it.

Jeff is my go-to lock and key guy. He has helped me a bunch of times. Whether it be simply making copies of keys, helping me unlock a locked compartment in my car that I had never been able to open, or changing out all the locks in my house, he always does great work, responds to phone calls right away, and has fast friendly service. I recommend this business for anyone who needs a lock smith.

Awesome help from this guy! Lost my key for 2008 silverado, got my problem solved Here quickly and at a very fair price. Was also given instructions how to program my new key myself and avoid a trip and tow to dealer. This guy is equipped, clean, polite and professional. Thanks!

Came in with camper shell locks needing to be rekeyed. He didnt have the blanks but he did hav new cylinders in stock for a fraction of the price of what the manufacturer offered them at. I installed them the next day and i feel the new set up is superior. Very great service!

Highly recommend them ! Was locked out of my building. they truly care about there customers and try to help everyone out . Jeff even explained to me how I can try fix it myself while we were talking on the phone and gave some great tips, . Great customer service.

This guy is amazing. He really cares about the community. He has changed my house locks, re-keyed a car, helped on his Saturday when my daughter locked our keys in the trunk.
