I've brought my cars for many years but recently, the service seems like it has gotten against what built them up. They'll accept competitors coupons unless there really busy or the coupon is lower than they want to accept. They won't check your smog unless it's going to pass because "it brings down their ratings". Not what you should be saying to customers.

Joseph is attendant we usually work with, friendly and helpful. We have brought our cars and recommend family and friends for reasonable pricing. We come from Riverside and Corona for Smog is quick and professional. Thanks .

Best smog business in the San Bernardino area (Fontana). Fast and easy service, I was there for a smog test did not have to wait the long. Great customer service a must place for your vehicle car smog. I recommend for any one that has little time to spare to stop by and give them a try. Very helpful and friendly to the customers wish is hard to find this days.Service: Smog certification

Totally disappointed that I drove 1 hr to take the te-test only to find out the business owner decided to close early (earlier than the business legal hours posted on my paid receipt and business card) just to have employees start drinking and selling tacos. Guy was also really rude, I at least expected to respect the hours of operations given to paying customers, 4pm and they re already closed. Be careful if you expect honesty from this establishment.

The staff was friendly and very efficient. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. And I got a free tamale! I'm going back tomorrow to get our other vehicle done.

They just scammed me for 50$.. in all my years of getting car smog they know if it will pass or not when they check the codes ahead of time. So they ran it knowing the codes were on there and chargers me 50$ and it failed.. a straight scam. I ve been supporting Sonora multiple tire shops for over 20 years and I m deeply hurt by this. I guess my fault for being a woman!!

I have been doing my smog checks here for both of my vehicles going on three years and never had any complaints. They work very efficiently very professional and very quick I highly recommend this place

I called to make sure they could smog my vehicle. They said sure, come on in. When I got there, they told me I had to go to their other shop in a different city. I won't be recommending this place any time soon.
