Customer service was amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure you get your vehicle in a timely manner. John Allen was such a great person all around to work with, always willing to take my phone calls when I had questions regarding my insurance or vehicle. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else.

Seidner s in Fontana is great shop to get your body work done. I was originally quoted about 7-8 week turnaround from my car being repaired. My car was completely finished within 5 1/2 weeks and I was updated via text or a phone call weekly regarding the status of the repairs.I highly recommend that if you need some work done on your car and you are in the local area, don t hesitate taking your car to Seidner s. They do excellent work on cars and you won t be disappointed!

Customer service was outstanding! My vehicle was ready before my original pick up date and I couldn't be more happier. Definitely would recommend this company to friends and family. John Allen, is your go to guy. Very professional and personable.

Absolutely i recommend this seidners in fontana for the amazing cusotmer service.John,Kim and another lady on the desk, they all helped me a lot.Absolutely different experience than seidner in loma linda with terrible customer service and also seidner west covina while back this seidner west covina i trusted them to fix my car in 2020, and the staff or the technician ended up using my car for their own things,all my stuff inside my car messy.Thank you very much for seidners fontana and also best regards for John and all staff...You all deserve more than 5 stars!

I recommend them to anyone who needs great work done. I just hope u don t get the moody front desk girl and if you do, ignore her because your actual techs are top notch and friendly. They are the ones who will take care of you from start to finish. Thanks John for being so helpful and making me feel like family. Beyond amazed of the work that was done on my truck went above and beyond on their end especially John amazing resourceful and step by step updates on my vehicle. Best customer service hands down and amazing work to follow I d give them a 5 star. I went scheduled an appointment and they have give me quote and schedule an appointment to bring vehicle and when I get there they said they forgot to give me call not bring vehicle and then they said they only fix partial damage not all but insurance paid everything they have to fix they said kindly take your vehicle somebody or get it fix your own

I have to downrate the experience with this repair center, and I REALLY do not want to as they have been completely helpful and do GREAT work.However, I have two issues. First, when I dropped off the vehicle I expressly explained that there is an intermittent issue with the radio where the radio would shut off and/or reboot then stay off or come back on, that was not there before the accident. The adjuster made a note of it, however, when I went to pick up the vehicle the radio had not been looked at and when we turned it on it played for a bit then shut off, and rebooted. Second, is that there are three stickers that were not replaced due to them not being available before the pick up date. This should have been communicated to me prior to the pick up date so I could decide if I should leave it with them to be fixed, or pick it up and bring it back.Service: Body & Trim

After a minor collision I received a list of approved service centers. I called around and, after a good recommendation from a friend, chose to go with Seidner s. I was not disappointed. They worked directly with my insurance company. Zero stress for me as they communicated with me each and every step of the way. The team was professional and easy to work with! This is a fabulous company everybody there was so pleasant I did not have one bad experience before you go to another company.
