Travelled from OC to get 4 used tires at Mr. Tires in Fontana only to be told in-person that the price was twice as much as I was originally quoted over the phone the day before. Trash. So I ended up calling practically every used tire shop in Fontana for a stock check on size 245/45/20 used tires and none of them had them in stock. I was about to give up on my 11th tire shop call until Jr. s Tires came absolutely throughhhhh!!! Not only did they have my car s specialty tire size but the price point was just right at $50 per tire. They didn t say anything to me about having my Chihuahua (on a leash) sit with me inside their very spacious and cozy waiting area complete with several different vending machines, cushion comfortable chairs, tons of magazines to choose from, and 2 huge TVs placed strategically on opposite sides of the walls playing the latest Hunger Games movie which I hadn t seen yet. There were other women too amongst me waiting for their cars inside who were having themselves some downtime sitting down and relaxing watching the movie or on their phones which I appreciated. Women are frugal, picky, and smart, especially the older ones, so I knew it was a good sign seeing them there and I felt confident in my decision to spend a lot of money on used tires at this place. The busy guy whose always on the phone pacing back and forth from the garage to the cash register checking people out inside was respectful enough to show me the actual tires they were going to replace my old ones with and informed me about one tire they were going to use that was a bigger size than the rest but reassured me it d be safe to use and ultimately it d be a better option since the tire itself was practically brand new. The very hardworking men who were actually inside the garage doing the labor and changing out the tires were all incredibly respectful and extremely polite towards me. I felt very inconspicuous being a woman alone, so much so that I was even quite relaxed. It took me 30-40 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I left and I spent $100 for 2 great condition used tires-No taxes, no fees. 5 out of 5 would recommend

Moved into the area and wanted to stay off of Sierra's automobile repair traps. Reasonable and competitive rates. Family owned and trusted by me. Jr's Tires is our family's choice.

I put my car in the shop in July and they had it for 3 weeks to do the engine. They did a very poorly job on it which they messed up my transmission too. There was no communication with them at all. I had to call for an update the whole time. Then took drove the car to the other shop in San Bernardino without my permission. The engine was still messed up.

I took my car here to get my brakes changed. I asked the wait time and they told me it would be a hour at most. Two hours passed when they told me that there was something else wrong with my car and tried to charge me an outstanding bill to get it fixed. I told them no and if they can just change my brakes. It took another hour before that got done. I went to another mechanic and they told me that they were just trying to rip me off as I got the parts fixed for a little less than half of what they tried to get out of me. I don t know a lot about cars and they took advantage of that fact which is deeply upsetting. I ve been going here for 6 years but never again. Would not recommend for new customers trying this place out.

Too Bad I cant give them 0. Very Bad service. I ended up just leaving. Had to drive home like 10 mph. This guy couldn't take my tire off

I have come.here a few times they have treated my car with care and she's always good after. They're fast and have great pricing. The employees are helpful and do there job well, if you need work done on your tires and car these are your guys. I was in and out in a couple hours.

This place is loosing their honestyThey couln't figure out what was wrong with my jeep, kept it for a month and them try to rip me off by offering me a new transmission when the jeep needed a tune up and some software update.They wanted 7k$ for a new transmission anywoman coming here is getting rip off

This review has been a long time coming! I brought my cars here some months ago, recommended by a friend. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!. They charged me over two thousand dollars for work done on my car.CAR #1 = The work was to be done in the shop on Merrill in Fontana Ca. It was suppose to be finished the next day. When I get there the next day my car is no where on the premises. After numerous calls and leaving messages no one calls back until the next day! I found out later my car was in there shop in San Bernardino . This is where they STRIPPED parts off my CAR! They took the swivels off my air condition vents, took my hood struts off and replaced them with old struts. If you take your CAR to the shop on Merrill and you drive by (stop by) and your car is not on their lot ! YOU NEED TO RUN TO THE SHOP IN SAN BERNARDINO !! more than likely they are taking PARTS OFF YOUR CAR ! Car #2 = Took my speakers out and replaced them with speakers that were not mine! They refuse to give you a detailed invoice... HMMM I WONDER WHY ! Stay AWAY from JR"S STRIP SHOP

Stopped in to get my car smogged and was greeted by a very friendly person who took care of my car very promptly.I take all of my automotive needs to this place as I can trust them to handle what needs to be done.Thank you Jr's tires!Randy S.

After Les Swab screw up my car. Jr Tires went above and beyond really took care of my car!. I have a lowered accord and I needed my alignment done right and they were friendly and really took care of me. 10/10 would reccomend.

Here to tell you that JR's tires never fails me. Fair prices and always help me with my car needs wether its oil change, headlight change or fuel pump. Im glad this place is here!

the best place to take my sick car for brakes, stuts, alignments, and wheel bearings. Door to door complimentary drop off and pick up. Great people, and the service is exemplary. If it ain't that broke.. they will tell you, and give options for repairs. They know their stuff and won't fix something that isn't broken.

Did an amazing job on my 2016 Camaro, the fixed a very annoying sound that was coming from both the front and rear end.Highly recommend for anything suspension related.Thank you JoseOnly negative is a bit bad on the communication.Other than that awesome place.

If you Drive your Car here they can give it back to dealship they work with and won't give you an invoice for any of the work. FRAUDULENT BUISINESS just look at how ugly the building is. If you don't give me the invoice and it's my car thats fraud.

Got an alignment and new tires! Great price and excellent customer service here. I even had them do a tune up for me the next time I came back for an oil change and I watched them and they did a great job!

Awful place and service. One of the guys was talking about fixing my car with zip ties. The diagnostic on what was wrong with my car changed a few times. Please find yourself an honest mechanic and save yourself the hassle of dealing with such dishonest people

Showed up here to get my brake pads replacement , drove down the block , my brakes are making all kinds of noise !! , Brought it back the guy said the brake caliper needs replacement , really because I brought it in just fine , making no noises lolDon't bring your car here , your better off doing it yourself

Very knowledgeable friendly staff. Got an alignment done on my silverado in about an hour maybe less. Got pulled rite into the shop as soon as I got there with no appointment

This place has horrible customer service no one acknowledges you when you walk inThey said they open at 8 they barley started setting up around 8:15. Truly in professional and I won't be going backI'd rather go to jiffy lubeThat's not saying much

Grade a service these guys will always have my business. Both locations the one on Fontana on Merrell in the one in San Bernardino on Mount Vernon. These people know how to value their customers.
