My car's insurance had given me 3 Collision Centers to call for me to have my car repair. Icon Collision wasn't on the list, but thankful to google and yelp, I came across Icon Collision while looking for the reviews and websites of the other 3 places. What draw my attention is their $500 off deductible offer.I then looked at Icon's reviews online and were really good.There was one review that said "this place was God's sent"Seriously, I feel really blessed and grateful to God I found Al and Icon Collision.I decided to take my car to Icon Collision instead of the 3 places my car's insurance had recommended. I have to say, I made the right choice!!!I am extremely happy with the results. Al is an amazing person and he really works with you every step of the way. Al took really good care of my car.I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have their cars repair. Thank you so much for the amazing work done on my little white FIAT!

I have nothing but great things to say about Robert and Insurance Certified Collision. My truck was in a bad accident and was actually at another shop and no one wanted to work on it. Got in contact with Robert and I remember just talking to this guy and I really felt like he wanted to help so I took it in and they fixed it, my truck looks amazing. The pictures speak for themselves. I really appreciate everything he s done for me, from customer service all the way to the work itself, their service is amazing and Robert is a really nice guy I won t be going anywhere else and I m recommending all my friends and family to them. I was looking for a shop and found Insurance certified collision on Yelp, what brought me here was the $500 off deductible. When I brought my car Robert was really helpful, he answered all my questions and concerns. During the process I was kept on the loop of what was going on with my car and the insurance company. The shop did a great job with my car, this is a pleasant place to bring your vehicle to be worked on without worry about a mickey mouse result. I am so glad I found them, Its sad that honest, good and hardworking people are hard to find. That is why I highly recommend this shop.

Was rear ended and went in to get an estimate for the damage, the old bald guy who eventually came out was unprofessional and borderline rude. No customer service skills detected. All he did was grudgingly look at the truck and tell me that the insurance company would make their own estimate and then i can drop it off.... didnt offer to give me a written estimate and walked off... said he didn't want to help me since i already had an estimate from another shop.... this guy was really irritating and i would never work with him even if he did the the work for free. News flash, i was interviewing shops for exactly this reason! Customers dont have to hire with the first shop they go to! BtW, The place across the way (Gold Star) was much nicer and helpful.

Amazing! I recommend to anyone that needs collision repair. I took my car in and I was offered a great deal. They deducted $750 from my $1000 deductible, I only paid $250. I have never found a place like this before. On top of that they did a great job on my car. I was hit on the freeway and the side of my car was damage, my door wasn t closing properly, when I got my car back it look like it was never in an accident. Al provide great service and the work was done in a timely manner. Thank you Icon Collision.

This is the best auto body shop I ve ever been to. He took my car in right away. He worked directly with my AAA insurance. He even waived my $500 deductible!!! . Who does that? Only this place. I m very happy with the repairs. The car looks like new again. Check out the photos of the Prius. I am definitely a customer for life.

Great shop, very neat. Great service. I got may car repaired and back before expected. It looks like new again. 50% off my deductible was a big help. It was a very positive experience.

I have never had such a positive experience after dealing with two separate collisions. Alan is so on top of his game, kind, thorough, concise, and absolutely goes above and beyond the call of duty. I m so glad I was able to come across his company and I highly recommend him and his team to all.

I sent my 2011 Toyota Camry to Icon C/C for some serious repairs after being hit by a truck and thankfully it was parked but I almost became drowned in repair debt after the quotes I got from other businesses but I was then referred to Icon and they had solutions to all my troubles and because the truck somehow left the scene Icon gave me choices others didn't with the 50% OFF MY DEDUCTIBLE OR 0% FINANCING and that helped me turn a negative to a somewhat positive situation and my car came out better than before and I'm Thankful and Blessed I was sent in their direction so from some1 with experience in dealing with this company ill suggest anyone in need of any services they have to offer take advantage of it you'll be just as happy as me and my family.. Oh yeah THE PRICE WAS NICE TO!! JUST ALL AROUND COOL AND THE OWNER AL IS A NICE PROFESSIONAL GUY AND I'LL REFER ANYONE TO THEM IS THE LEAST FOR THEIR OVERALL GREAT WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE..

I haven t even got my car done yet but I already appreciate their service I was shocked I even told him if we could wait a day so I can evaluate everything it seemed to good to be true he waived my fees and lord knows I needed it I am so grateful for you guy can t wait to see the outcome

I would like to start with 50% off deductible! YES, THAT'S RIGHT!!! Al off the top made this horrible experience turn in to the easiest possible experience ever, very understanding of life's situations that people go thru when you get in an accident and you have a $1000 deductible and the worst insurance ever and most importantly your car that you need everyday for work is now in the shop all broken up , and let me tell you to find an honest place that us gonna do everything in favor for the customer satisfaction, yeah you know what I mean. I was in an accident with no insurance, needed some serious help because my insurance was lapsed at the time and they weren t going to pay for the damages, so I had to pay out of pocket for both cars because I was at fault.. Al was right there from the jump both cars where Noticeably damaged still drive able he gave me his price and a timeframe and he kept his word and also both cars looked Fantabulous.. It s hard to find people that actually want to help you and do good work, I can tell you Al is that guy!

I was referred here by a friend, and was looking forward to getting a quote for service. Sadly though, can never get ahold of them. Not open weekends like they advertise on google and on their own website sadly.
