After a recent accident left my car in pretty rough shape, I was in dire need of a reliable and affordable auto repair shop. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Impact Fix, and I couldn't be happier with the results.First and foremost, they worked wonders on my car. When I got it back, it looked as good as new, if not better! The transformation was truly remarkable, and it's evident that they take great pride in their craftsmanship.What really sets Impact Fix apart is their dedication to providing the best prices and their willingness to work with my auto insurance provider to ensure I got the most cost-effective solution. I was pleasantly surprised that the final bill was either minimal or, in some cases, non-existent due to their adept negotiation with the insurance company. It's rare to find a collision center that cares this much about saving their customers money.The quality of their work is simply fantastic, and I can't emphasize that enough. This place is great! Took in my 2022 Camry that got sideswiped by some idiot during a night out. They helped me with my deductible, I saved a lot of money and left my car like new! Seems like nothing ever happened to my car! This car is my baby, so I was worried about how it would look after repairs, but these guys exceeded my expectations! Definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Good work and prices are affordable!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have never written a very bad review before but after treatment I got from this shop, I had to write this one. In summary, they convinced to keep my car at their shop after my accident, lied to me that my insurance will pay for any costs associated with. Convinced me that I should send them a text saying "I do not authorize the insurance or anyone to pick up my vehicle from their shop". They pretended to act in my own interest, making me to see the insurance as a scam, that I should never trust them. They intentionally delayed my claim until three weeks later when I got fade up and asked to get my vehicle out of their shop. They charged me storage fees of over $5000, where I ended up paying two 2k and the insurance covered the rest. They refused Debit or credit card payments, and only wanted cash, just to slow the process and charge more storage fees. They gave me all types bad advises in other to surrender my vehicle with them. Their prices are outrageous, they are deceitful and devilish. I will never advise anyone to go to this shop in my life time., thieves, all of them.Service: Body & Trim

Worst shop ever , never go there , they lied to me for the estimate and then asked for more money and refused to fix my car through the insurance company. Never never never never go there !!!!

I want to say thanks to the owner and people that work here they did a great job on my car and help me out with my deductible on my insurance Im really satisfied with the work and my car looks as good as new thank you very much guys ..I really recommend it....
