I have been a customer for about a year now and wanted to express my pleasure with this establishment! In this time period I have had services done from routine maintenance to somewhat extensive work done and in each occasion my experience has been handled with professionalism, respect, and urgency along with VERY fair pricing! I call Danny MY mechanic! He along with Beto have been a saving Grace for me and my equipment! I travel from Los Angeles to the Inland Empire for their services. I don't trust ANY other mechanics with my truck PERIOD! There knowledge and professionalism is second to NONE! I have referred all my trucker friends here as well!Keep up the GREAT work guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car happened to break down near their store and I quickly called for help and a very kind gentleman gave me a helping hand and offered me their office so I can cool down while he fixed my car in 100+ degree weather. I tried to give him cash and offer him lunch but he didn t accept anything. He simply did it out of the kindness of his heart! Amazing experience and excellent service. Thank you so much for saving my day!

No going back here again don t recommend this place for Dpf filter cleaning and if you do make sure you mark your filters almost 100% sure they gave me some else s filters since they weren t sure witch ones were mine and by the way they ended up being cracked.

My initial issue was my EGR cooler to be rebuilt. The main guy name Moses who by the way has poor customer service relationship skills and he failed two keep me informed on the process. I had had to go up there and check on truck in person. His excuse was that he didn't have my contact lol... but anyway still giving the benefit of the doubt, once I made a cameo appearance to make sure that they were on top of their game he informed me that the truck was not performing a regeneration. So his diagnosis process was to remove the turbo and he found that it was seized. Thank God I had warranty. I then cross-examined his work and I noticed two bolts broken from the EGR cooler mounted to the engine block that he failed to inform me of. So when I inquired about those two broken boats he stated that I was responsible in repairing through a machinist. I was baffled! I then quickly explained that in normal circumstances a professional wood examine possible corrosion bolts that are subject to breakage and then communicate that with the customer to inform them of the possibility and allow them to make that decision if they would want the company to proceed with trying to remove and if it would have broken after informing the customer then the liability would have been in the customer's hands. After trying to plead my case and notice Moses getting frustrated and demanded that I pay him what I owe him. He finally came to the conclusion that he'll go ahead and repair those boats but I did not his offer because at that time the trust Factor was out the window so I hurried and paid him not for his service but I paid him to prevent any more damages to my work truck. It's been about a month later and I am having leakage of coolant from the EGR cooler that he supposedly rebuilt. Wow all I got to say is karma's a b****. I would never go to any company that has Continental in front of it due to my previous experience with that shop and also they have one down the street on the other side on Valley which inherited the same type of business relations which sucks!By the way "I promise to speak the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help me"!

They are selling more and more DPF filters even though the original filters are perfectly fine. I took the DPF to another place and their service is a lot better than here. Their majority work is radiator not the DPF.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

NEGATIVE REVIEW IF THERE WAS AN OPTIONOn December 20 I decided to take my truck to Continental Radiator on Fontana, CA for maintenance. Cleaning on DPF and oil change. When I went to pick up my truck I was faced with the unpleasant surprise of a charge on the amount $1967.08. It included new brackets without my authorization. I paid and I left when I was driving on the I-10 traffic suddenly stopped and the hood was completely open they didnt even the have the precaution to close it with the BRACKETS. When I arrived to my yard in Ontario, CA (7miles from Fontana) I heard a weird noise underneath the truck. When I opened the hood I noticed that the Clamps were not properly tighten and that was causing the noise. I also noticed that they had not change none of the filters. When I checked my invoice I saw a charge for 2 filters (oil and fuel) to which I had provided. In other words I was charge for 2 filters that I personally provided and to make matters worse they werent even changed. Another thing that was not done was that they did not put the oil cap. I called them on December 22nd and they told me they would return my call to which they didnt. I called them once again on December 23rd and they agreed to reimburse me for the 2 filters and the oil cap. I have all the evidence that they did not change the oil filters they are saying they did because they guy that did the service said he did although he admitted he did not put the oil cap and that he did not notify them that I had provided the filters. And he also admitted that the filters were not change nor was the water separator fuel filter. On December 27 I went to talk to them I was reimburse $114 and the Oil Cap.El dia 20 de Diciembre decidi lleva mi troque a continenetal radiator en Fontana, CA para mantenimiento. Limpieza de DPF y cambio de aceite. Cuando fui a recoger mi camion me encontre con la desgraciada sorpresa de un cobro de @1967.08 lo cual incluia el cambio de todas las brackets nuevas sin mi aprobacion. Pague y me retire del lugar y al ir manejando por la I-10 el trafico paro repentinamente y el hood se va completamente hacia adelante. Ya que no tuvieron la precaucion de cerrarlo con los brackets. Al llegar a mi yarda en Ontario, CA (7 millas de Fontana) escuche un ruido extra�o debajo del camion. Al abrir el hood me doy cuenta que no habian apretado algunas clams y por eso hacia ruido. Tambien me percate de que NO habian cambiado ningun filtro. Al revisar mi facture me habian cobrado 2 filtro (aceite y fuel) los cuales yo los habia proveido. Es decir me cobraron 2 filtros que yo compre y de paso no los cambiaron. Otra cosa que tampoco hicieron fue poner el tapon de aceite. Aun cuando yo tengo todas las evidencias de que no cambiaron porque eso les dijo el muchacho que hizo el trabajo aun cuando el mismo que acepto que no puso el tapon y que no notifico que yo habia proveido los filtros y acepto NO haber cambiado el filtro de diesel separador de agua. En Diciembre 27 fue a hablar con ellos me rembolsaron $114 y el tapon de aceite.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
