Overall, had an amazing experience with Lillian and David, they are both helpful, friendly, and considerate about their clients. Thank you for the amazing experience! ABS Collision Center is an excellent shop to fix your vehicle. Our vehicle was in their shop for almost 10 months but we were notified of what was going on with parts. We waited patiently!!! An insurance agent went to inspect our vehicle, all he/she said was, "a total loss". ABSCC saw that our vehicle was repairable so they fought to fix it. We've learned their customers/clients are their priorities. With that been said, we thank you and appreciate you ABSCC for all the great services you've provided to get our vehicle fixed. Lilian, you're the best at what you do! Great owners and staff. We trust and highly recommend this place!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding, Battery

I have used ABS for years now with different vehicles and every time the results are amazing. My vehicles are repaired quickly and come out looking better than when I purchased them! I was absolutely 100% satisfied with ABS Collision. They went above and beyond to make my Camery beautiful again. The office staff was friendly and helpful and kept me updated with my car. If you want someone on your side to fight for the parts you need that look good and aren't trash this is the place. They will make sure your car comes out 110% better then when it went in.

Awesome staff that run their office and the quality of work is exactly what you would expect from a professional open for many years. I've already recommended others to them because I was really happy with the work they did for me and even the follow up that I needed because I'm particular about my car wanting it to look original. I'd recommend this shop again to my friends and family.

So glad I brought my car here! Not only did they restore my 328i and made it look brand new, the customer service is amazing! The shop itself is one of the nicest I have ever seen and all the workers make sure you're taken care of. The owners were so professional and kept me informed the entire time my car was in the shop. Work quality was OEM and definaltely coming here if I need any work done in the future!

Amazing staff they will do everything in their power to make sure insurance company's pay for your repairs. Very professional and super friendly. idilio is a perfectionist and and very picky your car/truck is in great hands. My car was in an accident and my insurance recommended A body shop. So I took it there and they did a terrible job, screws missing, air enters the car when I drive on the free way, paint chips off, had to take it back to the body shop 3 times for different times because I kept finding issues. The rear right tire made a clicking sound when I drove. It was a hot mess. Then I went to ABS and my car got fixed the correct way and even thou my insurance didn't want to pay and give they the run around. ABS never gave up and I got my car fixed the correct way. Thank u ABS!!! :D

Repaired a bumper and fender on my 03 Chrysler minivan. The work was completed as promised for the estimate discussed and in the promised time. They explained the whole process and kept me updated to progress via text. Everyone was very friendly, professional and chill. I would use them again. Recommended.

ABS Collision is the real deal. After my car was rear-ended, I went to several body shops to get estimates. But ABS was the only one who gave me a straight forward quote and explanation of the scope of the project. Their experts took the time to go over all the details with me in order to set the correct expectations. I have been going to auto repair shops in Beverly Hills for years. But I have yet to receive the comprehensive service that the team over at ABS provided. I don't mind driving a little further to ultimately, save money and get better service. Dependable, honest, guaranteed. That's ABS. I can't say enough good things about this company. Thanks again, y'all!

When my parents brought my car back from an accident I thought it would never look the same but after taking it here I was shocked. They made look brand new and the inside was also clean! The car looked immaculate. Not to mention that their prices are pretty affordable. They also have text message updates to let you know how your car is doing. My overall experience was more than impressive. If I ever need my car fixed after an accident I know I will definitely be taking my car here.

This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had!! My car has been at the shop since august 14 2022!!! The first excuse was parts one back order but once they confirmed that all parts were in it s been 2 more months of excuses. ABS Collision took my badly damaged car and made it like new. I was stunned by how good it looks and it drives perfectly. If you are in the Riverside/San Bernardino/Ontario area you do not need to look any further than this fantastic shop in Fontana. Took my car in 2.13.2018, my car wasn't ready by the date promised. Almost had to cancel my flight to a family surgery. Thankfully my landlord was available and my car was delivered to my home until 3.24.2018. Staff blamed the insurance, insurance blamed ABS, I just wanted my car fixed. After I came back my car had the airbag light on, had to go back to ABS and hoped they had a solution, which they did. David the mechanic did a great job on the front bumper right fender. My car looks great but now there's an odd sound when I drive that wasn't there before Lesson learned

Walk in to get an estimate and Lady was kind of rude. They hit my car and I want an estimate, they told me I need an appointment and $50 charge if I want an estimate. Or drop off and they take care of talking to insurance and fix it. Sounds like they are pushing to get your car done with them instead of giving you the opportunity to decide where you want to fix. Poor customer service when I asked if I can have a written estimate.

Brought my Truck here after someone hit and ran on me! They took care of me no questions asked and the turnaround time was reasonable and the quality of work was exceptional! I would recommend to any of my friends!

If I could rate them a zero no stars I will!!!! This place is horrible!!!! Worst experience ever had with a collision center !!!! Don't recommend bringing your car here !!!! Front desk lady will never call you back also very rude and unprofessional!!!!! They kept my car for 6 months !!! Always telling me my car would be ready in 1 week then 2 weeks always had an excuse !!!!! Do yourself a favor don't bring your car here!!!!!!!!!!

Took my grandson s car when no one will and did an excellent job making it brand new. Even thru Covid when everyone was shut down. Had my car for 4 months always a new excuse as to why it was going to be another 2 weeks, dangerous shop never tightened my rear end and rear control arm bolt fell out on the highway, car was slapped together awful shop

They won't finish the car on time and they have a thousand excuses on why they didn't finished the car on time don't waste your time with this shop I've been waiting for my car since April just keep playing games and wasting your time
