If I could do less than one star I would!!! I came to this place for an oil change, and came back to my car with the back bmw tag scrubbed off !! when trusting your vehicle with someone else, I shouldn t have to worry about something happening to my car!!! I scheduled appointment for 12pm. But when I came, they told me Hey, I m the only one here who work, so you ll need to wait about hour.Worst service ever, and it s not about guys who work there. They doing their job. Is Walmart don t respect your time. No trust to Walmart any more.

Becareful, service is questionable depends on which location you go to. Warning Not all of their technicians know what their doing. One time they forgot to resecure the undercover which I tried to reattach finally lost it. Also put wrong oil another time which they replaced and gave free oil change. Another time a technician messed up my emergency brake took over an hour to get it to release. Price is the only thing good about it, but good luck on getting a good tech.

Terrible customer service. Went in for a tire change APPOINTMENT, was told the car will be ready in 2 hours or sooner, so I decided to wait instead of going home. After 2 hours, the car was not even on the lift. Finally got it 4 hours later!! Complete incompetence!!

I guess they're just not open at 2 pm on a Tuesday?The customer entrance door was open so I parked and went inside to see if they were open. The door locked behind me so once I saw the whole auto service center was a ghost town, I had to walk all the way through the store, out the front entrance and around to get back to my car. Used to love getting oil changes here but I guess I'll go somewhere else now.

I will start by saying I have an uncommon tire size and needed 4 new tires. One shop wanted $870 for a set of mid-grade tires. I called this center and talked to Suzanne (I think that was her name) who found a set of good tires for me, got me an appointment that day and at almost half the price of the first place. Betty took care of me when I checked in, she was super friendly and thorough in explaining everything to me about the warranty and repairs. They were running behind but I was done in about half the time quoted. GREAT experience! I'm so glad I called!Service: Tires

Absolutely terrible service!! We scheduled an appointment at 11am to get new tires put on our vehicle. We showed up at 10:55am, turned in the keys and were quoted an hour and a half wait (was quoted 30min when we made the appointment).At 12pm, one hour into our appointment, they called us to see if we had our car keys... They said they lost them and weren't sure if we turned them over when we checked in...We called back at 12:30pm and they said they found our keys and will be done with our car in 30 minutes.Our car was finally finished at around 1:30pm, 2 and a half hours after our initial appointment time. The staff and management didn't apologize, didn't have any sense of urgency or care about doing a decent job. I know it's Walmart but I'd expect at least an "sorry we misplaced your keys for an hour".Pay the extra money and go elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If you value your time. Appointment for 3pm, arrived at 3:02pm due to traffic, but shop was almost empty. And nobody was around guide me in. So I parked and checked in at 3:07pm, advised should be about an hour. At 4pm they brought in the 4pm appointment then my 3pm a few minutes later then an hour and a half later they finally finish. But didn t say anything about it. And then there s the lack of compassion and or urgency, not saying they needed to rush. But they work as if it doesn t matter if the customer is there or not.

I ordered four tires and paid for them online. It clearly showed that they were available. It also showed that they would arrive by Thursday. So, Wednesday evening I get an email saying "So sorry, your order has been delayed." Ok, stuff happens. So I contacted customer service to find out when they will arrive. The answer was "3-10 days....or maybe never. Do you want us to cancel the order?" With service like that, why would I Not cancel?I've had good service from WallyWorld in the past, but lately I'm not impressed.Now, just to update, I asked customer service to cancel the order. They said that they would try, but no guarantee.YOU DON'T HAVE IT IN STOCK AND CAN'T CANCEL THE ORDER?!??!!??So, two weeks later the tires show up (BTW, I was getting replacement tires for my sister-in-law who lives 800 miles away. So I had to stick around for two extra weeks due to the incompetency of the Wally World clowns.) I had already purchased replacement tires from a more reputable shop that had them in stock. So I had to drag the tires over to Wally World and get lectured by their non-English speaking associate because I just wanted to return the tires.And now, just to rub salt in the wound, Wally World keeps sending notifications "Hey! Those tires you looked at are in stock!" ... I don't care anymore.

Called in for two days and no one answer the phone. Went in to make a next day appointment.Went in the next day and the same staff that made my appointment was surprise I came in because they are closing at 3pm!(?)Went shopping in Walmart and received a text 45 mins later saying my car is ready. Walked to the autocare and was told that they can't change my tire because there isn't a bar code (new tire sticker).1) I gave you all the info when i made the appointment yesterday. You knew i'm swapping in to my winter tires!2) What have you been doing for the pass 45 mins?!WASTE OF TIME!Service: Tires

I went to Walmart Auto Center in Folsom on morning of August 17, 2022 to have them repair a leaky tire on my vehicle. After meeting with the staff it took them OVER A HOUR to tell me that they could not assist with the leaky tire that day. I then took my vehicle to America's Tire in Folsom. I waited just five minutes to talk to an employee, have him inspect the tire and give me a time, an hour later, when the tire would be repaired. America's then sent me a text when the vehicle was done and did not charge me for repairing the leak. To my pleasant surprise, this is standard practice at American Auto. I recognize that Walmart Auto Center does more than repair tires, but the staff there seem incapable of assessing staffing levels and current workload and let customers know quickly if they can get to the repair or not. Walmart wasted an hour of my time. Amercia's Tire saved the day!Service: Tires

Sadly this Walmart is rolling towards the same direction Kmart went & Eventually Out of Business if they don' get it together!! We could have gone to any Walmart tire center but this one in Folsom was close to home. They Need a MANAGER who understands how to manage & lead employees, develop useful procedures so as not to loose customer car keys. The lady employee handling this mess should be given a PAY RAISE For Keeping it together in a bad situation.

Had the worst experience with the manager today. He did not listen to my issues and would rather argue his poor speculation than admit he could be wrong. He was unwilling to investigate into my reasonable questions. Wouldn t even show that he even cares about his customers. I wouldn t trust the shop as far as I could throw it because the workers are in a position where they have to follow this man s poor judgment. Take your car anywhere else but here for a better experience.Update: Had my problem resolved elsewhere. Manager didn t know what he was talking about. Feel sorry for the workers. If any customer service reps happens to read this, reach out to me for details.

I don't understand how you're going to offer a service, yet blatantly not staff enough people to do so? Maybe if Wal-Mart took care of their employees, they wouldn't have to be closed more than half the time, with abosuletly no notice? Real shame. I won't be shopping here in the future.

Despite the reviews below Alex was able to go above and beyond. I scheduled an appointment for specific tires. Came in the next day for my appointment and the tires we re not in stock after I was told they were. So she Gave me better tires for the same price. Thank you Alex!

If you want your car destroyed please take your vehicle to walmart. You absolutely get what you pay for. This company hires entry level retail employees and slaps a uniform on them and calls them mechanics. Do not take your vehicle here if you want it to run well.

I really want to like them because some of the people are very nice but in reality they are a disorganized mess. It's not the employees fault. Walmart just doesn't know how to staff. There's nobody available to answer their phones and you can't always make an appt online because it doesn't always work but then you get there and they tell you you need an appt. Unless you're somebody who's able to go at a less busy time, just expect for it to be a long process.

I came in here for an oil change after being told the walmart in Placerville would not work on my car because "I left them a bad review on Google." I came to this walmart expecting nothing better but to my surprise, I was greeted with a warm welcome and exceptional service from Amber and her team. The Automotive department manager inside was also very nice and from Ukraine! I have family in that region so we had a wonderful conversation as well. The service went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken car of.I recommend this shop and I'll definitely go there again

They seem to have changed their staff (at least at the desk) and oh Lordy what an improvement! Half the wait time as before. They are finally helpful and friendly. Cheap oil change and fantastic tire services. I will be back

Pulled up at 3:17 pm Tuesday August 1st.. Just needed a basic oil change on a 2008 scion xb.. Waiting in line to get my services done excited cause they only had on car in getting a battery change done and another getting tires figured I'm next in line... Until the mechanic walks in to turn down another customer in front of me who's already purchased his ties due to the fact they don't have enough time.. When my turn came in line he told me the same thing.. I said you have 2 cars and 4 mechanics why would you not be able to get a 15 minute oil change it's only 3:30 at this time and you don't close till 7..then he blamed management for shorting workers.. So if 4 mechanics not enough to change 4 tires and a battery and do a oil change? Again he turned me down.. So Walmart management is it your fault or is it just the fact you hire lazy workers.. Either way I will not ever take my business to you and will definitely let everyone I know possible how I was treated..

Service when other tire and lube businesses were closed. I needed a valve stem replaced asap for a trailer tire and Andy and Michael took care of it no problem. Good guys and good service. The service took a little longer only because they were busy. Thank you guys.

I had to change the battery on my toyota Corolla. They charged me $100 and give me the receipt but they change the battery after a week i stoked in 15 miles a way from my apartment in the raining time i had to call the tow truck and paid more than $100 to bring my car in auto repair center and auto repair center figure out that your battery dead. I was shocked because i had change my battary one week ago in walmart but reality was they naver chaged it. I could say they are the very , irresponsible, careless people. I have so horrible experience.

Ordered a tire it didnt show up, i contacted them and they said lost in transit ? I canceled order got 1 another tire at a competitor in 2 days it was delivered at my door
