We got this car and only drove it to work and home. Just for it to start acting up not even a month later took back to have it looked at and of course they say nothing is wrong with it.Then not even a week later, it happens 2 more times and even when pulling up to the service area, it did this and of course because it was a weekend then they refused to store it for us and forced us to drive this unsafe vehicle 40mins back home.

My wife and I bought a car here. We were assured that the car had been safety checked and that it was road ready. The same day that we brought it home, we got a flat tire. Oh well our bad luck! When the road service guy went to take off the tire, he found that one of the lugs was so loose, that it was ready to fall off. He thought to check the rest and found two more were loose and one had fallen off and was missing. The car has a fleeting electrical problem that has left us stranded a couple of times. I would not buy here again and I will not even ask them to perform any repairs as I could never trust a dealership that cant even get the tire mounting right. Their take it or leave it pricing policy combined with their "all sales are final, no bring back policy" forces buyers to trust their workmanship when they cant even get the lug nuts right.

Good selection of used cars at various price points. Because of this leverage however, negotiation is not something they will even remotely entertain. They wouldn t consider a very reasonable (well above retail) offer that I made. You WILL pay the sticker price. Staff was professional.

I drove more than 3 hours from San Francisco for nothing. I asked them ahead of time that if they can do commercial financing the worker on the phone said yes they can do it but when I get there after driving 3 hours he said they don t do commercial financing unprofessional place stay away from this place by all cost !!!

In the past 10 years I have purchased 3 vehicles from this company in Folsom and Roseville, all reliable! Ford excursion and two avalons of older years. I still have them. I love this place! Test drive without salesman, CARFAX on hand, and friendly.

Looked at a car a few days ago the manager didn't Even care to help. I was trying to get help and finally decided to leave because it felt like I was begging them. The cars are also ready to be junked. I went to a dealership in Douglas and got much better service and bought a great Pontiac for a great price.

I had a terrible experience with Triple Crown Auto. The manager, Mike, was completely shady and seemed intoxicated during our interaction. Even though I explicitly told him not to, he ran my credit multiple times from different banks, which could have negatively impacted my credit score.On top of that, the workers at this place are high school dropouts and were clearly under the influence of drugs. It was not a safe or professional environment at all.I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Triple Crown Auto to think twice. The manager's behavior was unacceptable and unethical, and the workers were clearly not qualified for the job. There are plenty of other reputable auto shops out there that are worth considering.

We were referred to Triple Crown by a friend who buys her cars here, and we ve ended up buying a couple used vehicles from them in the last few years. We ve had one vehicle for over 10 years, the other for 6 years and both have been great. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to call their service techs and ask questions after the sale and they even rechecked a couple things for us free of charge. Very enjoyable experience and dependable cars

I bought a 2003 Highlander with low miles from this dealership and they have been nothing but amazing from the start! When I first was looking at the car, it had a check engine light, but they offered to let me know when it was repaired and ready for a test drive. True to their word, they called when it was ready and the drive went great! The car was super clean and they let me know what work they had done to it. The buying process was super quick and easy as well, without any pressure or hassle.A couple weeks after I bought the car, the check engine light came on. When I called and let them know, they got me in the next day and were able to fix the issue for me without charge!I've had the car for about a month and a half now and it has been great. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car, with a respectable price, and a place with great customer service. Triple Crown is the place to go!

Showed up yesterday to purchase an f150 they lied in add deep scratches in paint dents for 10500 for an o4 Should be in a lot better shape ad said excellent condition sure I stand by truck waiting in sales men would not talk to me they saw me pos dealer don't buy from them crooks bought a different truck mutch nicer same price

Triple Crown was easy and pretty much hassle free. I've only had the car I purchased from them for one week but so far everything has been fine. There were a few lights coming up on the dash of the car and they took care of everything right away. No more lights. Tony was pretty cool. Very firm on their price, wouldn't budge even with cash in hand. So no wheeling and dealing or negotiating. Other than that...I'd buy from them again. . I'd recommend them if your looking for a nice car, you have minimal or no credit and under $2000 to put down . They made it work! Only one other place could work with me but I liked Triple Crown's car selection better. Thanks Triple Crown Folsom!! I love my new car!

Sold me a suv for $15,000 that has major issues! Bought it three months ago. These guys are NOT GOOD Or TRUSTWORTHY! Buy a used vehicle for a credible franchise. Every experience I ve had at a protein dealer ship is terrible.

So I've had my car a little over a month and a half now I haven't really had any problems with it did however have a service light come on no problem took it in easy service $200 fixed when I was getting the car serviced my very trusted mechanic who I've been coming to for over 10 years. Informs me that there's $4,000 worth of stuff that needs to be fixed on my car when I bought the car.the car didn't come with the warranty but I did have an agreement from the salesman that if something went wrong within a certain amount of miles. that I could call them and see if we can work something out they allow me to bring my car in looked at it and pretty much just told me oh well we're not going to do anything for you. so just be in mine they may lie to you a little bit. I love my car it's been working great but I was told that if I felt lied to we could work something out and that never happened.

Triple Crown Auto Sales is Amazing! Everyone is very professional and courteous. The search/sales experience was great...Alex made us feel comfortable and there was no pressure to make a sale. Their selection was small enough that we didn't feel overwhelmed, but large enough that we could find the vehicle within our budget/mileage! Very family friendly and understanding! They have a children's nook at their Folsom location!Even after the sale Chris at their service department was available after the sale to answer questions regarding the vehicle and put our mind at ease. I highly recommend working with them if your looking for a new vehicle!!!!!

I purchased a 2010 Honda Accord from Alex Harvey in March. I was treated with respect and had no pressure from anyone, They all worked hard to get me approved and I absolutely LOVE my car, It drives so smooth and has no problems at all! I will definitely be back in a few years! There is a reason why everyone recommends Triple Crown

I bought a car here a little over 3 years ago and I'm finally going to leave my huge thank you. I financed my first car here at the age of 26 with nothing but little credit and a 4k down payment. They found me an amazingly low interest rate and monthly payment. After my step dad and I gave a quick visual scan and 15 minute test drive we sat down for the paperwork. We were out in about 2 hours. No pressure. Laid back guys. Nothing extra.As of today, ive put on 60k miles on her and nothing but basic maintenance. Absolutely zero time in the shop for repairs. Ive even modified the suspension and added bigger wheels for a year and been to LA about 4 times like that. Nothing but good times and memories. Thank you guys

I don t remember the name of the man who sold me my 2014 Chevy Volt but he made the experience of buying my first car amazing. He gave me and my boyfriend plenty of space to look around without hovering and let us test drive it without tagging along. After I decided on my car, I didn t have enough cash to buy it without getting a cashiers check the next morning, but he still let me take the car home that day on the promise that I d come back the next morning.I ve owned my car for 10 months now and it s only had one issue with misreading the engine temperature, but after a trip to the dealership I ve had no more issues with the car. It had lower than average mileage and was still a great price.If you don t want to go to a dealership, go here.

I purchased a car with triple crown in February let them know the hood structure wouldn't stay up they (Tony) assured me he would correct this. Assured me the breaks were checked and the vehicle was safe. We are now in June but in May I have already run into the power steering pump being an issue which obviously does not become an issue over night and while waiting over 3 months for my plates I go to the DMV to see why I haven't received them and low and behold it's because the paperwork was never completed. Took them over a month to technically complete the loan paperwork although I already had the vehicle. I highly recommend not only researching your vehicle before buying but the seller as well.Triple crown called ame about my plates advised they would be calling me back in a weeks time with more info, weeks later still never received a call back. I let everyone I know looking for a vehicle to choose a place that is more concerned with customer experience because Triple Crown is surely lacking.Editing again to add the salesman Tony called me simply to try to argue with me against what the Lexus dealership told me and showed me regarding the power steering pump being bad on the car I just purchased, along with the brakes needing to be done when i told him that on the test drive he assured me they checked them and were at iver 40%. He also advised he suggested i set an appt to get the hood struts fixed at the time of ppurchase but he ended up being not the same person I purchased the vehicle with. He advised me he would be doing some research and calling me back after calling to tell me the DMV had sent my registration even though the women who actually handles these things on the back end informed me the issue was in a whole other state and they were working on it. Tony offered me a call back but again I have not heard from them. Sincerely save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else to purchase a vehicle.

Michael was our sales person and was super professional. You could tell he had decades of experience. Not pushy one bit and helped me get into an affordable car at a great price. This is my first car from triple crown. It seems like a family owned business which i love to support. I will be back for the next one.

I bought a car from Triple Crown Auto and the sales experience was awesome. They gave me time to test drive and look at the vehicle and were never pushy or in your space. The process went really fast. I wish they did negotiate a little on price but are firm; however, I love my car and loved the great experience at Triple Crown Auto.

This dealer is awesome! Probably the most relaxing environment I ve ever bought a car at.They let us browse the lot and check out each of the cars on our own and when we were considering a few options they told us we could fill out applications online and made sure to let us know they weren t rushing us into a decision.I wouldn t expect to haggle much here, they seem fairly firm on their cost, but I d say the sticker prices definitely seemed fair. I m pretty sure they set them at Blue Book price.Anyways 100% check them out if you re looking into a used car under 20k. They go through stock pretty frequently and you can always ask them to let you know if a certain type of car comes through.I ve been to the Roseville location as well and they re just as helpful, so maybe check out both and see what options you have!

Terrible experience!!!! Go literally anywhere else. We are out of state and bought a van from them over the phone and online. We asked the sales person to be forthcoming about and imperfections, issues, smells etc. Well guess what...they neglected to tell us about many stains, gunk, several broken interior parts including the third row seat, DVD player, built in window shades etc. Dings on the outside and most importantly the awful smell that is hard to pin point. We cannot pinpoint to resolve despite professional detailing. I reached out and of course got no response. They have our money why worry about integrity!

Highly recommended! I got a great deal on a Lexus here that drives like a beauty! Very happy with my purchase as the car drives wonderfully, had one small thing with the brakes and they fixed it with no cost to me! 10/10

Everyone I dealt with it triple crown was very knowledgeable. They help me with the financing process and on the one issue that I did have (one of the back seats wouldn't unlock, the service department took care of it and didn't charge me anything).I would definitely recommend them for someone looking at purchasing a car.

Worst experience ever , save your money people and go to a Real dealership . We purchased a car from there and only 2 months after the car was leaking oil from multiple engine parts took it to a mechanic shop and turns out costing us $10k to replace and fix everything. Almost the same value of the car. Very disappointing.

Purchased a used 2014 Jeep Patriot for our daughter on August 28th and within two hours of driving off the lot, the check engine light came on. Had the codes checked and found it is the powertrain assembly. Contacted Triple Crown and was asked to bring it in for them to "make it right". After having the vehicle for 4 days, they returned it to us claiming it was good. Got the vehicle back and within hours the check engine light returned...same codes! Vehicle has been in our possession for a week...driven 5 hours total. Unable to reach Triple Crown since...took the vehicle to our personal mechanic and found out the throttle body needs to be replaced. And of course, the warranty that was sold to us by Triple Crown doesn't cover the cost. Shame on us for trusting them and shame on them for not really fixing the problem!As of 9/14/21 Triple Crown has not paid the warranty company the money I paid, so the warranty company won't pay my mechanic.

They have a nice selection of clean used vehicles and another lot in Roseville. No pressure sales. The reviews have been pretty good here.I did not purchase a vehicle here but recommend checking vehicle history sites as I have seen one vehicles history as having frame damage in one report but not another.
