Twice now this location have given me the wrong brakes/pads for my car. Back in October 2023 for my daughter's car and today January 2024 for my car. I specifically told them for the sport model and they gave me the wrong ones. Worst part: I had to make a 2nd trip and they simply didn't care or apologize. Will NOT come back again.

Ladies! ask for Jill!In a manly auto type of store, a nice, helpful, intelligent, patient and nice lady works there today helped me ..I needed windshield wipers and bulb for my tail light went in, was greeted and helped by Jill right awayShe quickly got what I needed at the best price and even installed them for me! I went to another auto parts store earlier, as was so overwhelmed by the disorganized people and traffic inside, I walked out immediately go check out the friendly staff and ask for Jill, I ll be definitely be comfortably going back for my auto needs!

These guys are the best! Of all the Napa stores I've ever been to, this is the best location. The others are good, but this one is great!!

Love shopping at Napa when I need things in a pinch. I greatly appreciate the staff there funny friendly and do everything they can to get the right part I need. The store is clean comfortable place to shop for anything from tuff hand cleaner torque wrenches and whatever automotive fluids from engine to paint and tires. I highly recommend this store they make you feel right at home and the prices are great and fair

Needed 2 batteries for my motor home wasn t sure if they would have them up here in FolsomBut what luck they had them so happy.The employees were all very nice and helpful.Made my job of replacing batteries easy

Although I was returning a faulty part, I will still rate this store 5 stars. Staff is always helpful and most of all very knowledgeable! Can't stress how important it is to have people behind the counter at a parts store that know what the f#� they are doing.And now a days it's seems a bit harder to find !!

I called but Stephen was on phone with another customer. I gave the part number to another sales rep and was told there were two in stock. I drove from citrus heights to Orangeville arrived and was told they didn't have the part. During bucket week promotion I purchased apart for 1286. I was charged 22 dollars for the same part which was not in stock and ordered from the Sacramento store. My store is the Auburn boulevard store in citrus heights. I realize I should have had the sales rep who helped me check the shelf to see if it was in stock. I know better now.

I was here in my RV in Folsom California. Very hot here early April 2022. Unfortunately going back to Carson City it was going to be 24 degrees for two days in a row this coming week. That means another winterization! I was very pleased to find out that NAPA Auto parts had the RV and to freeze for me. The fellow on the phone, and the folks at the store were very helpful. You need something. You know where to go.

UPDATE: Thank you so much for your response and commitment. I'm convinced we'll get thru this quicker if we all work together. I am changing my review from 1 to 4 stars.No Masks. So disappointed that my favorite auto parts store is showing such a lack of regard for it's customers and the global pandemic in general. Joked about it when I asked them about their lack of masks.They are always so helpful but I won't be going back until things are "normal" again.I get it, Nobody wants to wear a mask and I don't like calling out a local business in these times but had I known their "policy" I wouldn't have gone and I wanted to "warn" others.

I've shopped at this napa for years and they have always helped me on my projects. The staff is super friendly and they know their stuff old and new vehicles. Best Napa store in greater Sacramento area in my opinion. Keep up the great service and work y'all!

Was there today for second time and this time is the last time for sure. Prices are up through the roof but it was not the reason I did not buy anything there - the service and salesmen attitude is! The skinhead looking salesman was acting like he was extrimely bussy with something very important and I was not welcome to his store at all. Never come back!!!

As Auto parts go they were the ones that help me find what I was looking for. They made it very easy to get an out of stock product. Friendly service I'll be definitely coming back.

Hit or miss depending on who helps you at the counter. But, the real issue is the parts are usually Napa branded and it's hard know what you are really getting. Napa/Reibies has gone down hill. I like to know who makes my parts and where they come from. Especially if I'm going to be paying premium prices.

This is the best most complete auto parts store in the area. If it is not in stock they will get it the next day. I have had zero bad experiences here. The staff are very knowledgeable and have always worked with me when I don't know how to call out a part.

Best price in town for a battery but the salesman was excruciating Lee unhelpful and treated me like I was an idiot. I like Napa didn't want to take it out on them but I didn't even get my rebate as promised and their advertisement.

Jill was great to start with. Had a part for my 63 that no one else had. And the prices are comparable. My new go to place for parts

This store is packed full of the most helpful and knowledgeable people you can find in an auto parts store these days. Having a difficult issue with your car or truck; come here to "jump-start" your next automotive project and they will "exhaust" every resource available to help you fix your problem. A+++

Went down to a friends house and my truck broke down. Ended up going into this location and i will tell you that the crew down there know what customer service is! Josh, Janelle, jared, dustin, Wes know what they are doing. Over the course of 2 days they really helped me out. Thank you!

As parts stores go they're pretty darn good over there. Always have a ton of help so the wait is minimal. Much better than what you get from the other chains.

Great folks very orderly and very clean establishment. Plenty of items to choose from and they have always been able to fulfill needed items and very helpful advice. Items are moderately priced for the market.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! TREATED ME LIKE I WAS STUPID AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT! WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR ANYTHING! TALL OLDER WHITE GUY HELPED ME AND DIDN'T OFFER MUCH HELP, INSTANTLY SHUT ME DOWN, WHEN ASKING ABOUT A INTAKE HOSE FOR MY NISSAN CAR!

They can be very busy but it's a parts store. Plus, they carry a GL4 gear oil for my Ford Toploader.
