I ve brought my car in a handful of times in the past years ranging from oil changes to transmission replacement , everyone has always be very nice. However, I want to acknowledge Nicole Rush , she has wonderful customer service and always explains everything, answers questions and makes recommendations. She is very knowledgeable, I hope Nissan knows she s a huge asset to their company.

It s been a great experience. Instead of looking for cars they got straight to the point. Checking if we qualify. After we did. We got the first car they mentioned and showed us. Great sales person. Actually it was a good team effort. Every person there was pleasant and welcoming.I recommend coming here if you have no credit and are barely starting out.I recommend coming if you are not employed and you re a sole proprietor. Not many people take a chance but these fellas here do.

My 2018 Nissan Rogue has a design defect that causes the sunroof drains to back up and flood the area behind the glove box and up into the headliner. Debris from trees can also contribute to the problem. I only had my car serviced at Future Nissan of Folsom and no other mechanic ever touched this car. Over the course of 6 years, not once during any service appointment did a service advisor mention that the sunroof drains needed to be cleared on a regular basis. Also, there is nothing to that effect in the owner s manual. The drains on my Rogue backed up, flooded the car with all the rainwater the past few months, and now I have water damage and mold in the car. Future Nissan quoted me $17,000 for repairs when Blue Book before this issue was about $21,000. My car now has to be totaled for junk and it s not covered by my comprehensive because of the tree debris in the car and lack of maintenance that Future Nissan should have recommended. Future Nissan tried to bully me several times to file an insurance claim. Not only am I getting rid of my Nissan, I m never going to get another Nissan again in my life. I d been a loyal Nissan customer for the 8 years before this and always steered my business to Future Nissan of Folsom. If I were you, I d find myself another mechanic.

The Service Advisor, Nicole Rush was great. She was attentive and kept my schedule in mind. She made sure i was able to get home and back after the service was completed. She is First Rate!

I took my car to Future Nissan of Folsom, Tyler Grover was my service advisor, he did provided me with the best customer service and timely followed up with me. Although I dropped off my car without an appointment Tyler made sure that not a minute should be wasted and had his experienced technician work on my vehicle. Thank you Future Nissan of Folsom and all the team with the best customer service and warm welcoming. I highly recommend to bring in your vehicle for service here at Nissan Folsom evan if your vehicle is not a Nissan brand

I went to the dealership to have a sliding door handle fixed that was supposed to be covered under the warranty. I was advised that the external door handle was damaged which was not the case. I was informed by Tyler, the service advisor that it was caused by external factors. When asked what this meant no further explanation was given, only that they are not the best design. Upon receipt of my vehicle, the door panel was missing most of the upholstery clips. When I asked about them, I was told they were one time use and they could not be replaced. No apologies, no we realize that they are hard to remove, so here are replacements for the ones we damaged. Bottom line is that they wanted to charge over 400 dollars for a repair that should be done under warranty. When I investigated online, this particular problem with NV200 is pretty common. Really disappointed in the quality of service. Given the fact that they can t manage upholstery clips, I am glad I didn t let them do the $1300 service that they recommended which by the way, is not listed in my owners manual which I have followed religiously.

Nicole was my advisor, and she did a very professional job. She was courteous and informed. I was upset because I was told the service would take about 1 1/2 hours and it actually took 3 hours. Apparently the mechanic didn t tell her there was a problem with the brake machine.

I brought in my work truck to have its heater fixed. They were friendly and professional. I appreciated the photos and videos they took after their inspection. I was given an option to accept or decline additional work based on their inspection. They called me to discuss this too. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.

Excellent customer service! In the past, I ve helpeddifferent friends and family members purchase cars from dealerships, so I know how stressful and long the car buying experience can be. Because of that, I ve always opted to purchase used cars from people I knew. but after getting a new job that s a good distance away, I wanted to get something more reliable. The folks of Future Nissan of Folsom took care of me and made sure that my first new car buying experience was as painless as possible and actually enjoyable. Angela in sales and Jason in finance were friendly and knowledgeable. Despite my wife and I being the last customers there after hours, they really took the time to answer all of our questions in detail without rushing us or trying to hard-sell us. Joe, the manager, worked with Angela help get me the best deal possible. I was initially interested in getting a CPO 2019 Altima with 12K mi which was already a good deal and fit my target budget. But after Joe ran the numbers, he determined that he could actually put me into a brand new 2024 Altima with all the tech features which was only slightly more than the 2019 Altima. Leaving the dealership with a new car was something I hadn t anticipated, but the exceptional service and unbeatable deal from Future Nissan of Folsom made it a reality. My new Altima is everything I wanted and more, and I couldn t be happier with my decision to trust Future Nissan of Folsom with this significant purchase.

I was greeted with a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable attendant. She knew the answer to every one of my questions and added some additional information to help me decide what I needed to do. It did take a little bit longer then I expected, but generally I got out of there and a little over 2 hours.

My experience with Future Nissan of Folsom was above & beyond my expectations . After dealing with several other dealerships I became very stressed . Felt pressured & couldn't make what I needed happen as far as what I could afford. I decided to give Folsom Nissan a try & to my surprise they worked with me on my monthly payment gave me a low interest rate top dollar on my trade in & Angela was so pleasant no pressure or stress & showed me she really cares about her customers. I give Future Nissan of Folsom 5 stars& above. You guys Rock !! If your out shopping for a car this is the place to be. Believe you won't be disappointed !.

When I made the appointment, the service department said it was a recall for a hood latch. When I got there, I was told it was an airbag. Whatever. I was told 1.5 hours max and didn t get out until 2.5 hours.Now for the bad part.I received the 100+ point safety inspection report and that indicated my headlights and wiper blades (among other things) are in good condition. This is concerning considering one of my headlights is out and one of my wiper blades is halfway torn off and dangling. Clearly they didn t inspect like they said. Radio silence from the service department when I messaged about it. Won t be coming here for service unless I absolutely have to. I don t trust them.

I will not be taking my car back to this dealer for service. I was emailed a quoted price for the service and when I showed up to pay and the price was higher than what I was originally quoted. Also every time I take it in for an oil change and regular maintenance, I am told that my car needs thousands of dollars worth of repairs. The other reason why I will not continue doing business there, is because a simple oil change takes all day to finish.

Addison was extremely pleasant and professional to deal with . He addressed all my concerns. Michael the mechanic took care of my smog issues and repaired my Titan quickly .I was very surprised with the final bill . It was less than I expected. I m sure I ll be returning, when the time comes.

Our car broke down and we had it towed to Nissan. We were concerned that it might be the transmission again (we had it repaired by Nissan 2 1/2 years ago). Aaron Kuyper, the mgr. and Tyler the service person, were patient and flexible and met our needs promptly. The good news was it wasn t the transmission!

Fred and Jeff were the best! There was also another gentleman that got me financed, but I don t recall his name. He was wonderful! They got me into a car that I thought I would not be able afford and kept my payments where I needed them to be and offered me $500 more for my trade in than anywhere else. Jeff also got me a 7 year warranty. The peace of mind that gives me is so amazing! I highly recommend anyone looking for a car to give these guys a try. You won t be disappointed!

It's been a while since I've had my car serviced at a dealership, but a ooupon for an oil change lured me in. Bad choice. I got more than an oil change, but that's on me, as I had some past-due maintenance. What got my blood boiling besides the non-stop promise of "just another 30 minutes, or maybe 45" that went on for hours, it was when they finally returned my car, it was dirtier than when I left it! The windshield was soiled, there was dust all over the interior, including the dash (I had just cleaned it the day before) and there was a ratty, rubber floor mat on the driver's side that wasn't mine with a pile of dirt and bark on the floor. I have no idea where they took my car to find all that dirt. Anyway, I had them vacuum it up, which they did, but no apology nor offer of any kind or explanation. Needless to say, I'm not going back. All-around awful service. Fingers crossed on the actual maintenance. I'm not hopeful.

I would not recommend or wish anyone go to this place. Worst experience ever. Bought a truck about year and half ago. It's already had at least 5 recalls. And on last set of recalls, a day after I picked it up, it broke down on freeway. Since then, been nothing but issues. Now trying to trade it in for something other then a nissan, they wanna give be bottom dollar for my truck. 1 and half years old and only 24500 miles on it. Shouldn't have this many problems. Their communication is horrible. So disappointing to have such a place!
