Jason at the Folsom store rocks! Popped off my bumper and we got my rear parking assist light back into place. No more warning lights, will be able to take my trip now. He definitely needs it a raise.

Excellent service! My battery died at 8pm on a weeknight and I was able to get to this AutoZone location by 8:30pm. Jason assisted me in identifying the correct battery and installing it quickly and thoroughly. Seemed like I was in and out in 10 mins or less. Despite it being late and approaching closing time, Jason was very helpful. I ll always choose this location for any auto parts and accessories.

The Autozone staff was so nice. I called ahead about car battery availability and ability to install. Biggest shout out to Steven Y! He tested my old battery to first confirm that was the issue and not something else. He handled the install which was not easy in the rain and nearing sunset. So appreciative for your time and patience!

My truck battery was dead. Carlton helped me to see if he could jump it. It was completely dead. Purchased a new one and he helped me put into truck. James also helped. These two employees went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much.

I want to share my experience at AutoZone. I purchased a light bulb for my headlights for my car. I'm a single woman and had no idea once I bought it how to put it on. I was using my bright lights to drive, not a good idea. Went back to AutoZone a few days later, and was informed how to put a new light bulb on when I asked... James right away helped me and did more than he should have..thank goodness!!! James an employee, went above and beyond and also informed me how to clean the outside of the lights so they shine brighter. I bought WD-40 and now keeping it with me in the car. It just restored my faith there are such kind, honest, just all around good people. It's nice to know people like that are working at AutoZone. I love that place I always have and my last experience there, I absolutely would refer anybody to go there.James is a top right employee and deserves to be treated like one in my book!!I'll be shopping there for all my auto supplies.Good job James!!!

I have always enjoyed diy-ing my basic car needs and taking care of everything around my vehicle outside of transmission and lower-end repairs until my wife got a bmw. Josh at Autozone Folsom has proven amazing at being able to unstick me from the German engineering nightmare that is the beamer as he definitely knows his way around these vehicles. I highly recommend Autozone Folsom as these guys have always been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, helpful and professional.

Horrible service I came in for a product and when I said I have a quick question I was told no we don't have it. Then was told they only have generic weather stripping and to go somewhere else. I needed windshield wipers also but I will definitely go elsewhere.

Duralast brake rotors were sent to me in the mail very poorly packaged and damaged. I brought them back and Scott treated me very well and explained it s much better to purchase such products at the store as opposed to shipping. Very happy with Scott service. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Well unfortunately I had to take back the 5 star rating for Jason, I double checked my account and the initial purchase he claimed to have refunded. .Well he didn't refund me. so I was charged twice for break pads ...at least the autozone in Cameron Park knew how to refund me for my rotors, i got that back instantly ...I guess more training needs to happen. Very disappointing

Jan , a taller slim cuacasian dude, who works here, will disspaoint you everytime, help yourself and go to any other department store like ACE or even walmart to get what you need.This guy meets you with the most hostile mentality from start to finish, prepare to have your vibes ruined, at blue ravine autozone!

Awesome service, even with the rain coming down! Came in for a new battery, without question he asked if I wanted it installed by him, huge help when I needed it the most. Parking is a bit tight as it's connected to multiple other businesses. Sometimes you won't find parking directly in front of the store but I was still able to park in the same lot without issues.

They have what I need about half the time. But I drive a really old car that's not particularly commonplace so I should prepare myself for having to special order parts, and they have no problem doing that. It just takes a day or 2. If you drive something that's within the last 10 years or so, they're probably going to have what you need....and everyone in east sac is a brainwashed surface dweller.

Jan at the AutoZone on Blue Ravine is amazing! My radiator cracked and he went above and beyond to help me fix it. Jan walked me through all the steps and even provided the tools. I think I went back in ten times to ask for help and he came out with a smile each time. Jan absolutely made my day. If you see this Jan, thank you for everything. You're a lifesaver.

Friendly employees. Clean store. Of course the exact things im looking for are rarely in stock (it's not the store it's my luck). Some sort of computer glitch reset my $20 reward I had and was forced to pay full price on some oil that I wasn't really wanting to get (because they were out of what I wanted). So. Otherwise good store, recommend

My visit here was quick and easy unfortunately they didn't have what I needed but helped me with finding were I could locate it which was very helpful.Overall the location was very clean and orderly and aisle were clean of unnecessary debris which made looking for other things nice and simple.Thank for a great visit much appreciated!!

They charged my car battery free of charge almost everyday for a week with zero complaints, never turned down or asked to pay one time. They were always friendly and charged it with the half hour Everytime. Thank you guys very much your a life saver. These people continue to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. It's unlike any other AutoZone I have been to.

Exceptional service!!!! My husband and I got a flat tire and we're completely stuck down the road (long story). My husband called and spoke with Jen who sent one of her drivers with a part over to us. This is not something they offer. The part did not work so the driver went back and grabbed a can of fix it flat and brought it back - no charge. Gary you are our hero! Jen and Gary went above and beyond. We are very thankful

Came in on a super busy and hectic day while the guys were having their own of problems needing a battery. My van had a big bar over the battery, along with the fuse box and was bolted down so all in all it was a lot more difficult than it should have been for just changing the battery. They offered to change it for me which was music to my ears since I had just gotten off work and I was dreading in trying to figure it out on my own.The charisma, great attitude and patience that I was help with was phenomenal. I stupidly did not think to ask for a name of the gentleman that was helping me as I was eager to get home but he really made my day today and I will be going back so that store just because of him.

Today My Mom and I went into the Folsom Store to purchase a Battery and windshield wipers. Our Sales Associate Joseph was extremely helpful and very kind as my Mom is 90yrs old and still drives. Sometimes at her age things can be a challenge, So Joseph was refreshing with his approach and Mannerism. Thank You Joseph
