Woke up to a flat tire, came by America's Tire for a patch and repair. Also needed a rotation and balance, and they took care of it same day. Spoke to Damion on the phone, and Austin T. helped me out in store. Had to wait 19 minutes upon arrival, at 11:15am. Quoted 3pm completion time and vehicle was done at 3:34pm.-1 star because of the delayed completion time and I also spoke with another employee who said if I bought the roadside hazard it would cover the cost of this incident, and when checked out I was charged both for the balance ($40) and the roadside hazard. Free rotation and repair however which is very nice, considering I purchased my tires through Costco!If you re interested in local reviews or travel content you can find us on most socials @SunseTourist

Have always gotten my tires done here, but recently received some exceptional service from the Austin team (2 awesome floor associates who were very helpful both named Austin). Had to redeem for a prorated tire warranty, but the Austins made everything simple and quick. I came in first thing the following AM for install and was out within 35 min.Thanks again guys!

Came in for my 5PM appointment to repair a puncture and the place was kinda jammed. Nevertheless, they got me in and out pretty quickly. No charge, even though I hadn't bought these tires from them (car is a recent purchase). Everyone I saw had a great attitude. I'll be back for a new set of P Zeroes soon.Thanks, guys!

Wow! We had the best customer service at America's Tire in Folsom. Specifically, with Devin. He went above and beyond to help us with our son's car to get tires and rims that we needed in a certain timeframe. I highly recommend and Devin will be our tire guy for all of our family cars from now on.

Bought a set of tires from this store. Staff was attentive and helpful. When I got a nail in the sidewall a year later, they helped me get a replacement at a reasonable price.

I don't think it's possible for the service here to get any worse. I'm not sure why I even buy tires here. They told us we ordered the wrong tires online, so they supposedly ordered the correct ones. Fine. I made an appointment to come back. After waiting over an hour into my appointment time, they told me the tires THEY ordered were incorrect. The assistant manager would take zero responsibility, even though he is the one that placed the order. They obviously don't check their orders that come in, before the scheduled service appointments. Oh and appointments take two hours. The first hour, they don't even put your car in the bay at your scheduled time. Serious question: What is the point of an appointment if you are running over an hour late?

I assumed that my tires needed a road force balance - I called ahead and scheduled an appointment and I was quoted $80 for this service. I dropped my car off and before my uber dropped me off at home, I received a call saying my car was finished. The technicians found that 3/4 wheel/tires were within specification and they only had to do a routine balance on one wheel. When I returned to pick up my car, to my surprise, they did the work for free. Mike could have easily charged me for unnecessary work, but they chose to earn a lifetime customer based on their integrity.Update: 07/10/2020: It s been 12 months from my last visit and I am happy to say the service is fantastic. They are taking all the appropriate precautions for COVID-19. I trust this place and I could not be happier with the service provided by Shaun.Update: 01/30/2024: Purchased new Michelins for my 2020 Honda Pilot. Pricing was better than anything I could find online. I scheduled my appointment online and the team was complete in 45 minutes. I love how America's Tire focuses on the customer experience over the pricing. Because they focus on the big picture over a quick sale, I will be a long term customer.

Never had issues with their tires or the actual in person staff. But they literally do not answer the phone.Had to drive out here and now I'm sitting in the lobby cause the guy I got can't answer if they have gift cards or not and the phone is just none stop ringing.Would have preferred to just be on hold while I got other stuff done. Ffs.

Once again, I found myself in a struggle with my car and two flat tires, due to an unexpected incident. Americas tires rep Mr C came to my rescue setting me up with my car appointment and making sure his team helped to get me back on the road as soon as possible. A competitor wanted $1200 and he was able to get me running again safely for $301 out the door. I just want y all to know how much I truly appreciate your honesty, the way y all value your customers! Thank you so very much

I m very selective with who I let touch my AMG, and this place has earned my trust. I ve replaced all 4 tires here over two visits, and both times they were careful with my car and did a great job installing new tires. Super fast and friendly technicians.They own TireRack, so you re getting the same price as you would otherwise get online.

Went to the East Bidwell location for service of my Truck. Jason the manager was disrespectful and I will never return to Discount Tire off East Bidwell again. Terrible experience please go somewhere else if you want quality customer service without attitude and disrespect.

Long wait, but price & quality of service were great.I chose America's Tire in Folsom over any tire company within El Dorado County.I called in advance to order 2 new tires, by 3pm same day the tires were delivered & upon my arrival the tires were ready for pick up.Plus, America's Tire staff asked if I needed Tire rotation & balance on my current vehicle done while waiting, so I said "yes," at no charge of course.Also, staff informed me that their company is currently building a new America's Tire in Placerville, located on Missouri Flat Road, El Dorado County. It should be open for public service by October 2024.Im excited about having an America's Tire service closer to home.NOTE: America's Tire backs their product 100% (manufactured quality issues) because you purchased tires through their company.Several tire shops within El Dorado County will not back their purchased product's 100% compared to America's Tire Company.Example: if you purchase tires & within 1 & 1/2 years later 3 out of 4 tires are splitting on their sides, that's poor Tire manufacturing quality & the company should honor their product 100% for the customer & deal personally with the manufacturing company. In my case, the Tire company I previously purchased 4 tires only backed 2 of the 3 bad tires. When, in fact, that Tire company should have backed all 3 tires.I won't purchase tires from that previous Tire company again.

Great prices, very polite and professional staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. My son just picked up four new wheels and tires (see photo). Bryce was awesome! We walked in at 2 (no appointment), and the car was ready by 4. What tire/wheel company does that on a Saturday before the thanksgiving holiday??!!?? GREAT JOB!!

Fast, clean and friendlyThey squeezed me in as a walk-in after one of my ancient truck tires blew out and I was in-and-out in less than an hour to replace all four. Great service and great deals on brand name tires. Now I know why the rest of my family loves going there.

Purchased 4 tires from these guys. Made an appointment for noon. After 2 hours of my vehicle not being moved I asked what the problem was. I was told I was checked in incorrectly as a walk in. I don t know if should believe them or not. They were stepping and fetching for every pretty chick that walked in. Counted 6 that showed up after. There were many customers but not the ones they were interested in. So I m sitting next to the counter and hear no appointment no problem, your next. So I lost my patience with them. Wanted a refund and they suddenly got my Jeep next. Never spending another dime at this store. Completely unprofessional, loud offensive music blaring in the shop. Worst purchase experience ever with this company. Probably still purchase from Americas Tire for their competitive prices but I will never patronize that specific shop again. Felt like being in high school watching them trying to score brownie points with girls.

Great customer service and awesome business. However this location is way too busy. Even with an appointment I have to wait an unbelievable amount of time. They are always very apologetic and fast working, but it would be nice if they got more people or didn t book so many appointments at once. So employees were great, but company needs to help them out so they aren t drowning all day.

Top service, I had a suspect tire on a trailer and could not find where the leak was. The team at Americas Tire found it immediately on the side wall and replaced the tire.

Super friendly staff! Quality tire care. Arrive early if you are a walk in and you will be in and out before you know it. I got there @ 8:45 today and was driving away @ 10. But the wait time was getting longer and longer for the later walk-ins.

Very friendly and professional staff. Waited a few minutes as they were busy and then one of the service techs came and checked the chain I had picked up in my tire for leaks. He also pulled it out and re-checked it with some soapy water to make sure it was not leaking.Thankfully it wasn't so I was back on my way fast.Thank you.

I can not say enough good things about this location. My family and I have been using them for years and will continue too, if need be. I got a flat traveling back to Folsom for business. The manager, Jayson, lent me a tire and mounted it to my wheel so I could get my truck to shop. Jayson and Austin T then spent the equivalent of 2 hours helping me get my wheel and tire situation squared away. I was not in a good spot w the current wheels I had and they got me into a new set of wheels and tires for just a little more than what I would have spent on tires alone. Jayson and Austin T really went above and beyond what I expect from a tire shop. Their customer service far exceeds that of ANY other local shop. Truly appreciate this location and those 2 employees. Thank you
