It is seldom that I have to go to part stores. But I like the crew here, very helpful and engaging, not just trying to get a sale and you out the door.

Autozone advertises they change your headlights, but employees refuse to help you when you request. I went there twice and was told twice we don t do that and there s only two of us today and we can t despite the store been empty, no customers on site, and the two employees were just talking. They barely acknowledge you, let alone to help you. Won t be going here anymore.

I kinda have mixed feelings about this place. A little over two years ago I bought a new battery for my second car that I don t drive too often. Battery was good for a while then it wasn t holding a charge so after a year they replaced it. Well after the 2nd year it died again and unlucky for me I was a month past the warranty so they would not replace it. Soooo I bought a new one, a bunch of money later I got their gold battery with a 3 year warranty. The employee who helped me was nice so we shall see if this once doesn t give me problems. Keeping fingers crossed.

Came in to check a temperamental battery and Cesar hooked me up with a free battery test and made great honest recommendations on a new battery for my car. His store didn t have the battery I wanted in stock so he set up a buy here and pick up there with another store near by, so I was still able to pick up my new battery only a mile away. 5 stars for Cesar!!! Thanks man!

Let me tell you guys and gals. Richard, store manager, and Nathan went above and beyond today, 8 Feb at 4 pm. They assisted and helped me to replace my battery. I could have done it myself but they we're willing to help out. Bravo Zulu to both of them. I know everyone working at this place has the best customer service in Fairfield.

Needed a flywheel and starter. The gentleman at the counter was helpful and patient. Engaged in conversation about my vehicle and related a personal story about his own experiences; friendly. Gave me the options of the varied manufacturers and respective prices. Also provided information regarding core return amounts. Good overall experience.

Went today to get my battery tested. The guy who assisted me was very helpful. I felt bad that I made him walk with a cast on his foot. Honest auto shop. The other place is not so.

So ... Called on a part which thinking Orileys did not have. Took a chance and by God they had it ...Explaining so things to counter guy. He has to brush up on his knowledge. Not very bright but very polite and helpful .. Not usually my first choice but maybe they should. All and all good experience ..

Actually I was going to the Town & Country restaurant for a late lunch right across the street from them but I have always loved AutoZone I think they're the best parts place in town particularly at 1 on North Texas but I have also had excellent service in Suisun the restaurant right next to them serves real good food too there is one lady Arch versus I have been doing business with for years at this location she is very friendly and has red hair

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. My family and I will not be ever coming back to this place. Worst customer service ever and some staff members are racist. They don't care about helping you at all.

Best employees ever!!! We were driving to auto zone to get a battery assessment and it died on us 2 minutes from the store. We called the store in a hail Mary attempt at any kind of help. I asked for a couple of tools and they said they would be right over. Not only did they bring the right tools for the job, but they stayed with us and changed the battery as quick as I'd ever seen. Even with a ton of corrosion, they got it out of there and had us on our way within 5 minutes. I feel bad that they didnt make any money off of us this time, but we will be back soon and will be coming here from now on. Thank you Jennifer and Liz!!! You two are great representatives for auto zone!

The BEST! Have always had good experiences at this store but today was especially great. The manager, Sal, totally fixed the fuse problem that I was having with my ancient Audi wagon which was causing the hazard lights to stay on even when the car was off, thus draining the battery. He totally figured it out and got me back on the road. I didn't even buy anything!!! Great store

Worst service ever I originally called for a part in Vallejo they said they didn t have it they checked other stores they said they had it in Fairfield the guy asked me about he said that s an illegal part we don t sell I was like how is that possible if the other store said you had it and then he didn t even want to look up the part and he was like I m not going to see that part even if I had it worst experience ever don t ever shop at the Autozone again especially with the little Mexican petite lady and the Asian guy there they do not know how to work an auto parts store or get the right parts or even look anything up

At the bar but not very happy with this AutoZone my granddaughter and I went in to have her battery charged and he couldn't immediately raised the hood and he set the battery there on the ground and left her out there to work it out and try to fit it herself I think that was very very poor customer relations will not be going back

Maelynn manages and works behind and in front of the counter. She is spot with her advice relating to my car. She double checks her information and she let me know what bargains were available for my SUV. She was very helpful to me when I came in concerned about what kind of oil to purchase for my vehicle. I have to say what a pleasant surprise to see a knowledgeable, professional woman who knows about cars.

Normally, I wouldn t go to this autozone because there s a closer one to me in Suisun. But there s a young lady at this particular store named Kasondra who always goes above & beyond to help me whenever I come into the store. I ve even witnessed her help other employees with their customers while simultaneously helping her own. She remembers who I am, always says hello to me when I come in & is exceptionally knowledgeable, that sort of thing. This is a huge deal to me considering great customer service seems to be a thing of the past with most businesses these days.

Rental tool was severely bent. I inquired when I rented it and was told it was supposed to be that way. When working on struts the tools have to be quality. I went and got a second strut compression tool and it still wouldn't work right.I was unable to complete the job.

FANTASTIC! I originally had gone to O'Reilly's and got a rude and frumpy Old Gentleman that had no desire to help me at all. From all appearances he did not seem to enjoy being at work, I never saw a smile nor did he greet anyone. There was no attempt at going above any question that I asked nor was he wanting to trying to help me solve any of my issues. It was very uncomfortable.At AutoZone less than a mile away I was there for an extended time and I was actually told not to purchase a part! They encouraged me not to get it because they believed it would not help fix anything. Between two young men, Joe and Carlos, they listened to what I told them, attempted to figure out what was going on, took several trips out to the car, look things up on the internet (yes Google Joe! LOL) and through trial and error finally diagnosed the issue on their own! Way above and beyond what I ever had anticipated. I truly appreciate every moment they spent with me.I will never go back to O'Reilly's and AutoZone will have my business from now on. I also loved their light-heartedness and sense of humor along with the fact that they enjoy working in their job. The store had a constant stream of people whereas O'Reilly's had two homeless people walking around.Hands down no question they are by far a much better place to go even if it is a smaller store. A Plus in my book. If either of you ever read this thank you again for all of your help. (You know, the girl,... the one...the one Joe called old when handing her fuses that light up when they blow. "Been like that for a few years." LOL )

It's a good auto parts store if you know what you're looking for. I'm sure the employees mean well and we all need a job in this day in age but when it comes to things like Auto Parts I appreciate it when an auto parts Store employee knows what he's talking about and it's not just acting like he knows what he's talking about.

Great staff, excellent return policy and seems to be able to deliver on just about every part you need in 24hrs or less.
