I have been going to this shop for about 5 years now and all I can say is that they get the job done with a reasonable price! They also have the best customer service you can find in the Bay Area. The team goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, making every visit a comfortable and positive experience. They take the time to explain repairs and pricing, giving me a sense of trust. In emergencies, this shop has been and will always be my go-to and has never disappointed me.

This is my first Google review. Oscar and his team at Reynoso's Auto Repair provide friendly, professional, and quick auto repair service. Oscar is always smiling and goes the extra mile to help his customers. He's sincere and charges reasonable rates. I have been using Reynoso's Auto Repair for several years and have taken in at least 3 vehicles I owned. I know that they work hard to provide the best services possible and Oscar is always upfront about what needs to be done. I've had everything from oil changes, brakes, oil leak, tires, struts, rotors, etc completed by Oscar and his staff. Thanks to Oscar my vehicle always runs much better and feels like a dream to drive!

Oscar is absolutely amazing! My car stopping abruptly in the middle of the road so I frantically called shops to get it fixed as quickly as possible. Oscar answered immediately, gave me an unbeatable quote, helped me find a towing company and was able to squeeze me in within an hour! By far the best experience I have had with a mechanic and as a woman who often feel taken advantage of in these spaces, I really appreciated his help. I just went ahead and got a few other things fixed with him because I trusted his expertise and his prices were really reasonable! This is the first review I've ever written on google, but I think the service I got merits it. Oscar is probably the best mechanic I've ever had. He's quick, goes above and beyond in diagnosing my old car's problems, and even alerts me to new ones that may be developing without giving me a hard sell on expensive repairs. He's fantastic and honest. Though I can't guarantee this would happen for everyone (I work fairly close to his garage), he even gave me the short ride to work while my car was being repaired to save me an uber trip! Truly top flight service.

I usually have the worst luck with cars and running into shady auto repairs until I came to Reynoso Auto Repair. I can tell that the staff at this auto repair make customer service their top priority. Oscar took his time to perform a thorough inspection of my vehicle to detect the problem and explain in detail what my car needed. He made what is usually a nerve-racking experience when it comes to auto repairs to a super chill one. He fixed my car within 24 hours at an excellent value. This is the most trustworthy mechanic with the fairest pricing in Redwood City. Oscar is very friendly and experienced. I brought my truck in one time because it was stuck in 5th gear. Oscar checked it out and then called me and told me the issue might be covered by an extended warranty that Ford put out on this specific part. Turns out he was right, and I never had to pay a dime for the work being done on a connector on my transmission. He saved me a few thousand dollars that time. I had a great experience at Reynoso Auto Repair. Everybody was extremely nice and helpful I went in because the check engine light was on in my car, and although I ended up not getting service done, they were great to work with. I highly recommend and will definitely go back for all of my future needs!!

My alternator and battery went bad in Menlo Park but was able to make it to Reynoso. The team did great work on my old Acura and Oscar was was super accommodating and just a cool dude in general. Thanks again Oscar!

I've never written a review before but feel compelled to do so after receiving excellent service at Reynoso just now. I needed a headlight replaced. I have no auto repair knowledge so I will typically go to a mechanic for just about anything. Yesterday I called a big chain about getting my headlight replaced and they said they would need my car for about 4 hours. I couldn't do that so I put it off for another day. Today I called Reynoso and was told if I could pick up the lightbulb they could do it in under 30 minutes.As it turns out, when I got there and checked in at the office, the guy I talked to on the phone (perhaps the owner/manager?) came right out and popped in the bulb for me in 2 minutes, no charge. He also showed me how to do it so I could do it for myself next time.Like a lot of people, I'm often nervous going to auto repair shops that it's going to be a lot more expensive than I anticipated, so it means a lot to find a place with integrity. I will definitely be back to Reynoso in the future if & when my car needs more service.

Great car mechanic, very experienced and awesome service. My Jeep wasn't running well for some time and finally broke down. I took it to Reynoso and they detected the problem super quickly and fixed it within 24h. It runs better than ever before! I can strongly recommend.

I would like to call Oscar GOD". I live in 30 minutes away from Reynoso by car. My car had an oil leaking problem this time and my walking distance great Auto repair shop told me that it's time to buy a new car....so I was so sad because I love my car sooooooo much then I called Oscar if he can fix this problem. I brought my car in the morning and he fixed it completely then I picked up my car next day. Oscar told me that my car is a great car so I can enjoy driving my car for years to come. Actually Oscar and Reynoso team are very knowledgeable, skillful, honest, work fast, fun, most importantly reasonable price and Reliable. I can't go back to my walking distance GREAT Auto repair shop any more since Oscar "Reynoso" saved my LOVED car and my life!! Thank you x 10000000000000000000000000 .....................................................................................Now I would like to add more great story. Actually the Reynoso Oscar team fixed not only oil leaking but also engine room steam cleaning, air conditioner, break, windshield and Deep cleaning of BAD smell Air conditioner. Since they did a wonderful job, I came back to them 2 more times and completed all these jobs. My 1999 Toyota Solara is completely new car condition both inside and outside then smells so fresh and clean!!! Words can't describe how grateful I am. Oscar and his team are excellent. They fixed up a bunch of mouse-chewed electrical, made sure things were running great, and even fixed some problems another garage had created. Very responsive, gives you options to save money and is very honest about the work. Definitely using them as my go-to garage now. Thanks a bunch!

Oscar did some AC work on my Honda Fit for a great price. I was under the car a few weeks later and noticed that he had replaced all of the missing clips holding the plastic splash guard in place. I really appreciate that he went the extra mile on something most wouldn't have even noticed!

Oscar and everyone at reynoso s auto repair are very nice people and they take care of you. Our family s trusted mechanic for years. Oscar and his team have worked on all of our cars, from a 2001 Mercedes E320, to a 2008 Toyota Prius, cargo van, truck, and to now servicing my 2018 Mercedes E300. If you want a place that is fair priced, trustworthy, and kind, this is it.

I COULDN'TBE HAPPIER!! I ran over something on the freeway and destroyed my front number and Oscar was able to fit me into his busy schedule and on the same day take my car in to fix! It was cheap but the way he fixed my car looks like nothing ever happened!! I took it in on Tuesday and it was ready on Thursday!! Thank you Oscar!! You re absolutely AMAZING!!!!

back in October I took my Camry in because my battery kept dying & was told the alternator was dead. Said I could get a new Alternator for around 650 or 700 can't remember, Then offered a rebuilt alternator for 400.at the time I needed my car for an emergency so I went for the rebuilt.. bad choice.forward to December 22 when my car died in the middle of the highway. The issue? faulty alternator..I can blame myself for choosing a rebuilt alternator but what's brought me to write this review is the fact that Osuna's auto repair/ speed tires which is literally across the street charged me 360 for a new Alternator & oilchange!! YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT! 360! I can't even begin to describe how disappointed I am at the pricing reyonsos offers.. ALWAYS GO TO OSUNAS AUTO REPAIR/ SPEED TIRES #2. ALWAYS.they are the best around.

We've been going to Reynoso's for several years for all our vehicle repairs and maintenance. We were referred to Reynoso's by a friend a the SM County Sheriff's Department. We now know why so many take there vehicles there. Oscar is a top notch professional and truly cares about his customers. Quality work at a good value.
