Danny was friendly and replaced our battery very quickly! We had so much fun playing with Kango the dog while we waited and really appreciated the water Danny brought us too. It was very affordable and well done and they even went above and beyond by topping off our tire pressure. They really helped when I was in a terrible situation I was down 2 cars. They got one of my cars repaired in record time to help get me back on the road. They also did everything they could to repair the extensive damage done to my other car. Excellent repair shop. Diagnosed multiple problems with my A/C system in my Toyota. Charged low freon level, replaced failing blower fan, and changed cabin air filter while he was there. All was completed ahead of schedule and at the fair price quoted in spite of some unforseen setbacks. Great staff and wonderful to work with. Brought my car here because the AC Stopped working. They were able to diagnose quickly and order the parts. Dropped the car off for repair this morning and got it back right before closing. They also replaced some burned out bulbs and did not charge extra. This is a small shop run by a husband and wife DUO. They use only top quality/OEM parts not the cheap stuff from the parts stores. Very honest and reasonable. Don't find this level of quality from many of the other shops. Highly recommended.Service: A/C installation & repair

I've gone to auto pro for the last 8 years. Only people I trust for my truck but no longer the place got sold. I went there today to have my Ignition. Lock cylinder changed. And the guy said he couldn't do it. I don't think this guy's mechanic.

Same day service was excellent. Took my daughter's car in to have her a/c recharged. Left the shop with ice cold a/c and they didn't charge me what other shops quoted me. The new owners are nice and professional.

I told Trace to service my ram pick up completely from bumper to bumper, as if it were his own. He thoroughly checked out everything and repaired or replaced what was necessary, at the same time opted to put off till the next service anything that wasn't necessary and would have been a waste of money. I was contacted midday and advised of what all was being done. My truck was ready for pickup at the exact time that he estimated. His shop is immaculate, was very impressed and pleased with everything. My only concern was that when I pulled out of his shop onto Madison, I gave it about half throttle and it peeled rubber for almost a hundred feet..... It's never done that before! It was obviously road-tested, and tuned perfectly... Highly recommend...5 stars!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This has been my go-to mechanic for several years with all four of my vehicles, and I love everything about the place. The mechanics are skilled, thorough, honest, reasonably priced, and I don't worry about their assessments or their work. I hate mechanics and unfortunately I haven t taken the time to learn how to work on my own car. My usual mechanic is over 30 mins away so I decided to try out auto pros. I went in saying that my ac compressor was bad among other things. Trace called me back and said that they tested my compressor and it was actually good. The system was just leaking. Other mechanics would have charged me for the compressor hands down but these guys really surprised me. Great experience overall and I will be back.

I have been trusting my vehicles to AutoPro for years and they never disappoint! People ask me why I drive an hour to an automotive shop when there are many much closer to home? AutoPro's integrity is why! I know they are honest so if they say my truck needs something I KNOW it needs it! This last repair was major and very necessary. I have been coming to this shop for at least 15 years. Now my adult son does the same, as do many of his friends now. These guys are honest, reliable, fast, extremely capable, and professional. I trust Auto Pro exclusively with my vehicle. Both Tracy and Wyatt are professional, listen to my concerns, and provide easy to understand explanations regarding what my vehicle needs without overselling. Their prices are fair and more than comparable with other area repair shops and they get my vehicle back on the road, usually within 24 hours or less.

First took my F250 for AC charge and got a good vibe from the place so I decided to have more work done for my old truck. So for the first time ever, I brought my own parts to a shop where they agreed to perform the labor with the part I provided. Well, somehow the part I bought was faulty and I not only had to pay labor twice to get a working part installed, but the genuine Ford part was 5 times more!Now, I'm not laying blame or even insinuating any wrong doing; if anyone is to blame is me for the risk I took to have a shop to install my own part. But that said, how do I know for certain the part I bought was truly defective? I have no way to know on my own nor recourse with the provider. Long story short, I got took by someone and that doesn't feel good.Services: Engine repair, Air conditioning

Tried for the first time on 5/13/2010 on the recommendation of my daughter and son-in-law. Easy to get appointment. Trouble dianosed rapidly and fair amount quoted to repair. Bill was exactly as quoted and problem completely fixed. Reasonable amount of time to repair. Personable staff member (one of the owners) with attention to detail and not pushing unneeded service. Came here after 2 recent visits to dealer trying to get me to authorize unneeded service repairs.February 3, 2021 had new plugs and replaced all the belts and hoses on my F250 Super Duty. As always the job went according to schedule and I was kept informed along the way. Professional work and customer service. Excellent service. Very reasonably priced. My truck broke down right in front of the shop mid afternoon.. The vacuum pump quit and damaged the serpentine belt. The parts were ordered that afternoon but couldn't be delivered till the next morning. The belt showed up but the pump wasn't put on the delivery truck. Wyatt made a special trip to the supplier so he could fix my truck that morning. Very much appreciated!!!!!!

Came in with a check engine light on. Was given a fee to diagnose. Then was called to explain and approve every additional charge for service/parts.
