Once again we had a great experience with Star Auto. A couple of months ago we took our'daughter's Avenger in to have brake work done. Service was prompt and Jack was very knowledgeable and professional. Kept old parts to show us the condition of what was replaced.This time we took our Camaro in to have the alternator replaced. Again service was prompt and great customer service. Both repairs were very reasonably priced. I am so glad that we have found a reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced auto repair shop to keep our cars running great. The Town and Country is next.

I was in a bind, when it rains it pours! My car was overheating so I drove it across the street to star auto and Omar took me in right away! Jimmy hooked me up to diagnostics super fast and they took good care of me! They re fast, reliable and honest! Omar kept me updated with everything they were doing, ordering and costs and everything so there was no shady business, I will definitely be bringing my car back for further businesses!! I highly recommend Star Auto Service. I had an emergency repair and Star was the closest garage and also happened to have 5 star reviews. Abe was fantastic, great customer service and when I got home, found he had given me the low end of the average price.He is now my Car Guy.

Sending a big thank you to Omar. I was quoted at another mechanic for thousands of dollars of unnecessary work on my 2007 Toyota Camry. Omar guided me to do the work that was needed, and at a very fair price. I'll be coming back for sure. Am late on writing this review, but haven't forgotten. If you want honest service, this is the place. I previously got a new clutch on my Mini Cooper and from all my quotes, Star Auto was the most inexpensive. I should also mention that several people referred me to this place. A few weeks ago, my car wouldn't turn over. After all said and done, thinking it was the fuel pump, turns out it was just a plug that became unplugged by the left side of my clutch (the panel was off and apparently my foot kicked the plug off). Raji mentioned that he checked this and that, and once realized what I did, happily informed me and I had no bill. The thing is, mechanics could say anything, make anything up just for that extra mula, but not here. This will be my go-to place for all my future mechanical needs. I highly recommend these guys. They rock, so am giving 5 stars to Star Auto! They deserve it.

Raji is absolutely THE BEST! We've used Star Auto for renting a U-Haul and repairing our Volvo. Raji is honest, thorough, AND funny. Hard to come by these days. He had me in and out last week for a last minute ignition coil repair in less than 2 hours! I will definitely be back. Thanks again!

I want to give a big thank you to jack Rodriguez and epi at star auto over on rose st. Wow they did a great job on my car i had many things wrong with the car and i needed it all done today and they did it. There were so nice and explain everything to me. They even did the beyond and hook me up and im so thankful. Thank u so much u guys. There are your guys if u need a job done and very honest and even give me a ride home while they work on my car. Wow i cant explain how good they are thank u. And best part is i didnt get rip off so thank u again.

Alignment price and quality was excellent Clean shop great coupons and near Starbucks and home depot. Friendly associates, free Halloween candy, electricity for computer and good coffee. Uhaul too if you need it. Synthetic oil change alignment oil filter under 90.00 dollars. Bargain!!!!

Really bad customer service when they can t answer the phone to check status of vehicle. Not only did they not answer, you can t even leave a message so they know that you called.
