Came to get my windshield wipers replaced before the rain began few months ago. The gentleman was helpful. For some reason he kept having to switch the sizes he originally got off his system-based on my Honda-my wipers are not wiping how they re supposed to be. SPECIALLY on the driver side! I haven t and didn t have the time to return within the month. And now the rains back, and it stinks to drive with wipers I payed for that don t actually work appropriately.

I recently came in to get a check engine light testing. The guy who helped me was EXTREMELY reluctant and was rudely adamant that they can give me the code, but couldn't tell me what was wrong and stated, "that's why mechanics get paid the big bucks." I'm sorry, are you trying to put O'Reilly out of business with that logic??! I've always trusted O'Reilly, but clearly I'll be going elsewhere to get the parts I need.

Dwayne the manager is over the top helpful! I called asking about a product and told him I d be in later to purchase it. When I arrived, he had it ready behind the counter and he already called the product s tech support asking the questions I was going to research. Fantastic service!

Went to get a core charge back. The guy ask if I wanted the money or get something else. I didn't like that at all. I didn't have anything in my hands.

I came in today to get breaks for my car and Lyneve was so helpful. She took the time to help find the right ones I needed and even though they didn't have them in stock she did a will call and I was able to pick them up at another location. Such a sweet helpful lady. Thank you so much for your help. It's very much appreciated!

Really can't beat them when you're in the middle of repairing something and it doesn't go the right way. Sure you could probably beat their prices online. What you can't beat is the ability to walk in with a part and say I need an exact match for this. You also can't beat being able to walk in and say hey I bought this from you guys I think it had a lifetime warranty. Half the parts in my old 2005 came from here I jokingly called it the Frankenstein car. If all the parts are under warranty can it ever really die?

This particular location is very convenient and has a great parking lot.Service however is not what you expect from a company as successful Oreilly s. Frequently I have been to this location and I will wait for more than 10 minutes for an associate to come to the front desk to either offer assistance or check out.Lately they have dropped the ball with honoring their lifetime warranty policy and you come out of pocket often times at the full retail price.So if you are in a hurry try a different location and want you warranties honored consider a different merchant.

Raul was helpful as he always is. Very patient and made sure i had all the correct parts and even the small items i forgot. Saved me a trip back. Excellent service.

Went in with a starter that was fried in 5 minutes I was walking out new starter no BS or drama and that's pretty awesome when you been knuckle busting under the truck for a hour after work.
