Thank you to Oscar and the staff of Mini of Escondido who did an awesome job of handling my purchase of a new, custom Mini Cooper! Oscar helped me figure out the right options for the vehicle, ensured that it was ordered correctly and then worked with the management to get me a great deal and low 3.99% financing. Oscar also spent time with me to explain the options on the vehicle and help me finish all the paperwork and get my new Mini Cooper home. Thanks for a fast, fair and helpful experience.

We chose MINI of Escondido amongst the surrounding MINI dealers because of the overall experience and Joe C in MINI sales. We were shopping for a Clubman JCW months before we ordered it. Knowing that, Joe answered our questions about the clubman and the details of special ordering. He has the product knowledge that helped us configure it. The test drive route was just what we needed to know what we wanted. We ordered it months later and kept in touch. My wife and I bought it the day after it arrived and the paperwork went smoothly. Thanks to the staff from both of us.

I had a negative experience with this dealership when my daughter expressed interest in a Mini Cooper. Despite having a pre-approved check from my bank (NFCU) and being ready to purchase the vehicle, the dealership informed me that I couldn't take the car home for two weeks because the check needed to clear first. They informed me after a deal agreement. This was surprising to me because I had used pre-approved loans from my bank twice before and was able to take the car home the same day. When I questioned this policy, they attributed it to PENSKE rules. Disappointed, I left the dealership and stopped by an Audi dealership, which is around the corner and also part of PENSKE, where I received a different explanation and was able to make a deal and drive away with a new car and my daughter loves it. This was my worst car shopping experience ever!

This post is in regards to purchasing my second Mini Cooper JCW from Mini of Escondido. I will say it like this - if I need another one, this is the only car dealership I ll frequent. I have had GREAT experiences each time I ve worked with them to purchase a car. They d probably be a good place to buy a Beemer too. I felt that I was treated with respect and the personnel were professional. I don t feel like I was taken advantage of or that I was being cheated out of any extra monies.If you re looking for a Mini, I recommend Mini of Escondido.

Went in to test drive a mini to see if we even liked it and we ended up leasing a fully electric cooper. We weren t planning to make any decisions that day, but the team made it very easy and we couldn t be happier with our purchase. Both the sales team and financing were exceptional.

Absolute worst service. Lied and made me drive 2 hrs to change the price on me. Not friendly and no etiquette. Do not buy a car here.

It's been 18 months since my original review and I'm happy to report Mini of Escondido is a fantastic place to buy and service your car. Brandon is easygoing knowledgable and invested in keeping your vehicle in tip-top shape. Just bought my second Mini from the dealership and couldn't be happier.

This past Tuesday, my Wife and I were out looking at Mini Coopers. One of places we stopped by is Mini of Escondido and I am so Happy that we did. I have dealt with many different car dealers and sales people but, this place set itself above the rest. First, Mike Easety was the Sales Rep who assisted us and he is BEST. Not only is he friendly and genuine, he knows everything about Mini Coopers. Which I greatly appreciated because, he found us the perfect Mini for us. I could ramble on and on how great Mike and the people of Mini of Escondido are. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. The made the whole car buying process smooth and fast.

Joe and the team were awesome! I initially went in for a used car but with the Mini financing rates, it made more sense to get a new mini! They have been super responsive for helping me get my Mini connected to the app and answering any questions I have. I will go back here when I decide to trade my Mini in. Thank you!

We buy our mini here, Oscar was an excellent sales person, he help us a lot. The process was easy and everything was fast.The service department is another story, that s the reason I only give 4 stars, the rooftop curtain needs to be replaced, the service lady called me to let me know that we have to paid for it, I let her know that we are not paying for it, she lie to me telling me that she ask the sales manager and when I ask her to transfer me to the sales manager she told me it was the day off of the sales manager. This was Monday , service department was closed Sunday so there was no the way she asked.In the end, they take care of it.Thank you Oscar for your help!

Superb team over at Mini/BMW of Escondido! The General Manager Megan was attentive and friendly. She offered tea and coffee and was very helpful in answering questions and checking in on me. Pierre from sales, followed up with me on the phone after my car purchase to check in and genuinely find how I was enjoying my purchase. Moby, the finance manager, was very professional, yet personable when finalizing my car purchase. Overall, a great car-buying experience from a great car-selling team.

It is said that service after the sell will bring customers back for more purchases. This is definitely true with Mini of Escondido service team. Derek was training a new advisor but he made sure to present a high level of providing the best service available. My issues were discussed, the right questions asked, and proper follow up communication completed during the process. Their communication system is awesome with up to date texts and ways to take care of your bill before you even come back to pickup your vehicle. Thanks for your service Derek.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Pricing was fair and competitive and my vehicle was serviced by a certified Mini Cooper technician. Since I purchased my 2015 Mini Cooper, I have had it serviced at Brecht Mini and I have been more than satisfied. Thumps up to my service rep Jack!

From my initial call to mini my experience was excellent. Noah stepped up, got my mini in for troubleshooting the next day. The ladies at the service desk took care of getting my loaner and were extremely courtious. The video from the technician was great to see as well. Actually show what they see and are doing. The repairs were explained and performed as such. Great job to all involved.

Had to go in for brake light on . Got me right in, only charged me for what I needed, did oil change at same time which was on my soon to be included warranty, washed the car and done in 3 hours! Reasonable price, excellent service, excellent customer service! Noah was great in the service department! Online invoice review and payment option, quick, efficient and no hassles! So easy! Loaner 5 series was sweet too!

Angel was an excellent sales person, helping us with a scheduled appointment to test drive a 2023 Convertible Mini Cooper S. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and in comparison to other vehicles. Serge, the finance rep, was extremely knowledgeable as well about options, warranty, extended warranties and maintenance options. This was a great purchase experience, and the car is beautiful and fun to drive!

Best car buying experience of my lifetime. Derek Quin was pleasant, personable as the perfect sales person. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Trade-in value was fair for my jeep. And Jeannie Thomas in the finance department, didn t try too hard to sell me a lot of things that I really don t need. She did note that I drove very few miles per year on my trade-in. And that I may not need some of the extra insurance. I was very thankful and appreciative. Plus, Derek and Jeannie have a great personality and are fun to work with.I shall return for service and my next Mini.

Tried my first service under warranty here for my 2022 Mini.Ran like a well oiled machine!My service advisor Noah was the BESTTo teach me & keep me informed of every step.So happy I returned after our less than satisfactory review on our delivery day( despite being the most simple, ALL cash deal!)and ridiculous navigational instruction experience .Our sales experience was fine, tho.The service department was definitely the BEST!

Bryan Aquino is very responsible and great to work with. I have asked him to prepare all the paperwork before we get there that way we don t have to spend a lot of time in the dealer. It took us less than 30 minutes to get in and out there. He very respectful and professional. If you ever go to mini/ bmw Escondido make sure you work with him if you want a painless experience. Great job Brian
