We had gone to Jonathan a few years ago when his shop was down south and were very happy hear they moved to Escondido! My car was in desperate need of new tires and he once again provided excellent service. He greeted us into the waiting room and was very attentive to us. My husband and I completely trust his work. And are very grateful for the help! Highly recommend!

Looking for new tires, stopped in ESCO and found JC Wheels & Tires off Quince. The team were honest, reliable & fast - we stopped at Pepboys and told it would be 3-5 days - JC got us in & out with affordable, quality tires. Clean shop, interactive waiting room, and easy financing available. Highly recommend this tire shop - open on weekends.

The best care and service I've EVER got from ANY business! I am still in disbelief that a business of this caliber and character exists in these modern times. I'm not one that hands out praise readily, but Jonathan and his crew were incredible. They went WAY beyond what I expected for way less money. The crew was prompt, fast, thorough and polite. And INEXPENSIVE! JC Wheels saved me $400+ versus the competitors. I can't thank JC and the crew enough, except to say that I'll be their customer for life and will drag all my family, friends, neighbors and co-workers into their fold. Don't hesitate to discover this miraculous place!

I called about some wheels and Johnathan said he didn t have them. Next day I got the call that he had them for me ready to be picked up and once on the car I fell in love. JC Wheels and tires will always be my #1 ture service.

If I can give this establishment 10 stars I would. Jonathon is an amazing well trusted mechanic. He helped me repair a rim and fixed a nail in the tire. He is a true life saver! I would recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you brother- San Diego Police Department

Jonathan and his team give the absolute best tire and customer service. Even if you are in the San Diego area, making the trip up to Escondido is one million percent worth it! I ve had zero issues with the tires I bought from his shop, and I would recommend anyone who needs a tire change to come with Jonathan. He ll treat you and your car right If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. Jonathan and his team will treat you like family.

Best customer service I have ever experienced at JC Wheels and Tires. Johnathan, the store manager was very attentive and made sure he answered all my questions. Very honest pricing and they go above and beyond with their service and timely installation. Best prices in town for wheels and tires. I had the best experience ever. The guy and the girl were super professional super nice it was over their time my tire had popped I called them I asked if they can please wait for me they waited for me to get there they changed my tire they gave me a good price it was just amazing I really recommend this place they also helped me with financing for my tires. I've never had such great customer service before

100% recommended!!!! From the beginning to the end, amazing service and hospitality. The attention to your interests and needs from the get-go, and the attention received while the job was getting done, definitely like no other Came looking for a specific wheel that unfortunately the vendor didn't have at the moment. Jonathan and his team reassured me they'd do everything they could to have the wheels I was looking for no later than by the end of this week (Friday). That happened on Saturday (three days before) and by Wednesday I was riding on my stilettos. Keep in mind the 4th of July holiday came in between, that tells you how much dedication they have to ensure the customer leaves satisfied. 5 starts with no doubt

Listen,When I tell you that I ve experienced the best customer service from Jonathan it s no over exaggerating. The hospitality is A1!! He comes to check on you while the work is being done , and makes you feel at home. I had my wife and 3 kids with me and everyone was comfortable . They had snacks,sodas,juices,and water. The tv in the waiting room was huge, and the sofa reclined! The lady at the front desk was nothing but smiles, very polite ,and down to earth. He made sure I had the best wheels for my vehicle, and that I got them on time. The price was very decent! If you want great customer services, great hospitality, and the best wheels GO HERE!! You will not regret it!
