Marco and his crew have gone above a beyond to restore my precious car back to new condition! Marco is extremely detailed in his craft and notifies me in the most timely of manners! I recommend this business and location to anyone that needs repairs! Excellent experience!!!! Thank you, Marco and staff! You guys rock!

EXCEPTIONAL customer service and attention to detail! My Mercedes Benz was in an accident and I spent hours researching the best auto body shops in San Diego. As my car is under warranty, I had to find a shop that specialized in Mercedes. Vic was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. He was extremely communicative, detail oriented, kind, and competent. He fixed my car in a couple short weeks and did so with excellent workmanship. They used all Mercedes parts on my vehicle and it s in superb shape. I will forever return to this shop for any auto body needs due to the excellent customer service I experienced.

I took my black 2012 Mercedes Benz C-Class in to get the hood repainted as the original one had major clear coat failure. I ended up not using insurance and paid cash for this as I didn't want a claim to affect my rates. Marc did an exceptional job from start to finish. He made the process a breeze and the hood looks better than it did brand new when they were done with it! It seriously looks like my hood is a mirror. I have been screwed over by body shops in the past and to finally have found one that is trust worthy and more than reasonable with prices is a great feeling. I highly recommend California Collision Center for any of your paint and body needs. They are the bees knees when it comes to collision repair and customer service. Marc & Ramon are top notch! Thanks again guys! I will be back :)

Dear RomanThankYou :)You called me for a feedback on the last work when my neighbor scratch my car in the parking lot. Great job had me back on the rode in weeks. I was in an accident May 31st 2019. Thank GOD you called me the day after I had BIG accident and you said, don t worry will be there to pick up the car hearing the words felt so good. I m single not sure what to do 1st. I had my car tow to my home because I didn't know what to do in that moment. They came prompt ready to work on my car. I do not believe I have ever received such amazing customer service, I knew that the reputation is great anything that I could have expected. Well done! I was referred to this shop by my insurance company. I was tired of the other place that I had been going to their service had gone down hill. Vic got my referral and called me right away! I made an appointment and came in the next day. Their hours were convenient for my schedule and they are open on Saturdays! I got a quote from Vic he offered me a water and peace of mind my car would be in good hands. He ordered the parts and as soon as they came in, I booked a same day appointment to bring my car in. This shop is flexible and offers great service! Got my car back and even the rental shop commented wow that was fast! A drunk driver took out two of our cars in front of our house in.The first was instantly totaled, the second, a large, lifted truck, was undecided. Our insurance company gave us five auto shops to choose from, but when called, none of them would/could take our vehicle. I called multiple dealerships, until finally an Escondido Dodge dealership told me to contact CA Collision Center Escondido, as they "always use them; they're great."So, I called, and my first (and remaining) contact was/is Vic.I relayed everything to Vic and was almost on the verge of tears because I didn't know what to do or where else to go. He listened and said to have it towed to them and they'll take a look.When our insurance company damage adjusters lagged (until we got our 3rd one who was much more on the ball) Vic was on top of things. Always keeping us in the know and never making us feel like we were bugging him or not worth his time - ALWAYS responding to phone calls, emails, and texts quickly.Vic has been awesome from the moment I first spoke to him until now (where everything is coming to a close.)He is an incredible representative for California Collision. I wish every encounter I had with people was as friendly, knowledgable, and helpful as Vic.Thanks, Vic, for all of your help and patience!

I just had my truck work on at cal collision and the employees are great they know what there doing friendly, very helpful during the autoworker strike made it a little time I understand but got it quicker then i though Vic in the office was awsome guy let me know everything that was going on and updated me every time i ask even when i didnt call he let me know how everything was going i would definitely recommend for sure thanks guys.

Very rofessional and customer-friendly! Ramon answered my initial call immediately, took my car the same day I called, and always updated me promptly since then! I am a perfectionist and went to many other Mercedes certified body shops. I chose California Collision Escondido for our GLK because of their near perfect yelp reviews and the estimator Ivan s above par, most excellent customer service skills. I called several times to ask questions and explained my concerns. Ivan was upfront, honest, patient and very detailed oriented about how we could get our car back to it s original look. They matched the paint identical, used the highest end clear coat, and the repair turned out perfect. They also detailed the car inside and out before they returned the SUV to us. Wow! I am so grateful for the owner Remon who runs a business the way business should run. This is why we had an excellent outcome.If you want Nordstrom customer service and your car to look as good as it did before I highly recommend this company and their incredible team.Thank you~Service: Body & Trim

After an accident on Thanksgiving Day, my vehicle was towed to California Collision Center in Escondido. I emailed the shop on the holiday and received an immediate reply from Ivan. He let me know the vehicle was received. Ivan called me each step of the way to keep me informed of the progress. I stopped by to pick up a few things from the car and the technician showed me the progress and repairs being done. I received great service and quality repairs. This California Collision Center in Escondido was the best customer service. They are all honest, respectful and super friendly. Thank you Ramon the owner of the shop, Marco the manger, ivan and Israel for making my car like brand new. When I first came in there to get my rear bumper replacement estimated i received the warmth welcome right away. They offer me a service car to take me home. The time frame that they promised was done and fixed earlier. I cant thank you enough guys! Im super duper happy and very satisfied with California Collision Center Escondido. I will highly recommend this Shop to my family and friends, co-workers and to everyone because of their excellent job and professionalism.

These guys saved me thousands! My wife was rear ended on the 15, I took it them based off the good reviews. They were absolutely incredible with their communication and their commitment to getting my car repaired correctly. The insurance company consistently tried to get them to accept substandard parts and cut corners and they stuck up for me and made sure it was done right. Thank you so much!

Shop was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. I was involved in an accident got the car towed to them. They did an assessment on my car. They didn't end up charging me for the assessment due to the vehicle being totaled. Very helpful in the whole process and would gladly come back if I ever needed service in this field.

The body work they did was fast and affordable but most importantly EXCELLENT CRAFTSMANSHIP. Best service I have ever experienced. My truck bed was jacked up, rear bumper twisted, a wrinkled mess. When they were done my truck looks like new and they finished it in less than two weeks!!!If you need body work don t go anywhere else.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Wow! I can't say enough good things about their business. They were recommended because they're Mercedes certified. The paint job on my Mercedes came out flawless. The turnaround time was unbelievable. I dropped my car off on Friday and picked it up on Monday. I thought they were joking when they said it would be ready on Monday. They were totally professional and answered all my questions, without making me feel stupid. I will definitely return if I ever need my car fixed again. So we show up at TAG Motorsports where we had an appt to put on a custom splitter with an agreed price of $950. They looked at an older car wanting to upgrade and told us they had no time for us. We went down the street to California Collision Center. Not only did they agree to work on it that day, without an appt, they did it for $250! Needless to say, we brought all other body work to CCC. You should, too.

The right rear corner of our bumper had very minor scratches from pulling out of the garage. Although they were minor, I didn't like the sight of a blemish on our new car. We took our car to Caliber Collision for an estimate after waiting three weeks for an appointment. My wife and I were stunned with the price quoted and verbal estimate. That same day she drove to California Collision Center on N Spruce and met Ivan. Ivan was very welcoming and didn't require an appointment. At first he explained that the scratches could be buffed out. He volunteered to buff it and it made a huge difference however, a couple scratches remainedand. We decided to repair and repaint the bumper which included the removal of the bumper to avoid masking. He provided us with a written estimate and there was no pressure to have it repaired with them. To our surprise, the estimate was 60% less than Caliber Collision. We decided to move forward and were extremely happy that we did. Ivan was great the entire time and assured us our car would look just as it did when we drove it home from the dealership. The second I arrived I was greeted properly, I had no issues with handoffs all I had to do was hand over my keys and they took care of the rest. My car looks brand new and they even gave me a free car detail. They were very professional and are very trustworthy. There is no other place that I would recommend. This is my second time here and would come here again!
