If you are looking for an honest, professional and friendly place to take your vehicle to get fixed this is the place. I had 2 unfortunate incidents where my vehicle was hit and damaged. They took such great care and communicated the entire time with updates on where they were with the repairs. The work is guaranteed but honestly you won t be bringing back your vehicle because the work is done right the first time.

Advanced Collision was a well known Volvo certified repair center for body work. I had done some damage to the front right area. They fixed it all up and it looks great. Staff was great and easy to deal with. They made the process easy!Thank you!Kamran

Super nice and easy to work. Was in and out in less than 40 mins for my estimate on my broken window. Receptionist was super sweet and estimator Rick was super nice.

I ve never seen a business who literally talk you out of going there: We are steady with work so we can t help you. Cant or don t want to. Lazy? Owner should record phone calls. People who don t own businesses do not care to say No thanks . But how much business that 1 customer could bring in a lifetime? Do you know that each person spends abt $250K at Walmart in their lifetime?. Food for your thoughts. Very silly.

I highly recommend this shop! I had two accidents that I took my car in for, and they did an amazing job keeping everything straight. Myra was on top of everything, and kept me informed every step of the way. They are very detail oriented, and did an amazing job.

I am extremely pleased with the work performed by John McClure and the whole Advanced Collision Repair team. My 2014 Cadillac XTS Platinum was hit by a neighbor while parked. I opened an insurance claim and called my local dealer who referred this shop for repairs. I waited for my assigned appointment and just prior made contact on possible timing for parts as I would out of pocket until reimbursed for a rental car. John made contact with a dealer to confirm availability of parts prior to my initial inspection. He made sure that I had realistic information about the timing of an insurance repair. They went to work right away and submitted a supplement to my insurance which was approved in the same day. There was a problem with the parts that were to be received by the parts house suggested by the insurance carrier and that caused a brief delay but John had already came up with a better solution to keep that time is of the essence attitude and take care of me as a customer. Am I ever grateful! Today I will pick up my car and be back on the road. Thank you Advanced Collision Repair Team! I appreciate your professionalism and customer service! If I ever need to use these services again, I would be repeat business for this shop.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

After a collision accident, I was recommended by Volvo Dealership Escondido to get my car inspected and repaired at Advanced Collision Repair in Escondido.I worked with Myra, who was extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable. As it was my first time going through Collision Repair, I wasn t familiar with the process and asked a lot of questions and Myra gave me a fast and detailed quote/explanation.Flawless work. Had to fix the front bumper, headlights and a lot of parts inside the engine hood but the team did it perfectly. My car looked like it was brand new. Painted perfectly and no signs of dents. The team was very accommodating and friendly as well.Would recommend to anyone looking to repair their cars in San Diego. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the office and shop. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They dealt with our insurance company and kept us updated. They informed of the progress of our vehicle. They vehicle look brand new when the work was done. The technicians are artists, making our Mazda look brand new. During repair they found hidden damage to safety feature in one of the doors that could have been easily missed. Expert body work and flawless paint match. Lucy (front desk) was great to work with. Owners sought us out to assure us of their quality and dedication for 30+ years. Great place!

I had the unfortunate luck of having a company truck hit my car (and run!). After all the stress of dealing with their insurance I just wanted my 1 year old car back to it's original condition, so I called my Chevy dealer and they recommended Advanced Collision Repair. I could write a book about these guys! From George's over the top, beyond amazing customer service, to Myra's constant updates and help with organizing everything around my schedule. I went ahead and also had them detail my car, holy moly what a great job! My son even commented on how shiny our car is again. I would scream from the rooftops that these guys not only do a great job, but have the best service you would ask for. I wish I could give them 1 million stars, I am beyond THRILLED with their service and repair. Thank you George and Myra, you guys ROCK!!!!!!!

I have used Advanced Collision to repair at least four different vehicles over a few decades! Some repairs have involved minor damage and others have been extensive, nearly totaled condition. Each time I get my car back, it is in new condition. I am most pleased with the fine work they do and never hesitate to bring my car here. They are like family! This is one of the best collision repair services you can go to. Shauna the front desk receptionist is amazing! In addition, George helped me out tremendously by providing me the best price for my bumper that fell off on the freeway. They even washed my car! I honestly would not go to any other collision place to fix my car. They are the real deal!!

Fixed my GMC dually after an accident, bodywork, paint was on point. Suspension work, brakes and driveshaft/transmission work all completed as well. John and George are excellent communicators.
