Customer service was on great at Les Schwab upon arrival.I did not make an appointment and just drove there with a check brake light on. They still took my car in, even though they prefer you make an appointment.To give credit where it s due my brother in-law has fixed the brakes from his home and did a great job. Les Schwab team did some finishing touches and check out other safety issues and found none at this time. Now the car runs smoothly. Thank you. Be Blessed.

My 1st time at Les Shwab and I m really happy with their honesty and customer service. I went there for a 4 wheel alignment and a replacement for front sway bar end links. LU told me that I don t need an alignment as the Mercedes of Sacramento is telling me that requires one.

Les Schwab always does a great job. They did an alignment on my old truck, recommended I come back in a couple of weeks for a free recheck, they tightened everything up and test drove it, made more adjustments, another test drive, it drives great now! They did a sweet job.

Stop by today because my brakes were making a noise and I wanted to check on it. Chad at this location was very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation. They got me in and out quickly great customer service I will be back when I need service done

I took my grandmothers 2016 Buick here for new front tires, hers had a big chunk missing out of the sidewalk front driver side. Anyways the ones they set her up with (Laufenn Fit AS) are great. I drive her car a lot and I notice I don t have to understeer on turns anymore. It s way more responsive and comfortable and in years of getting tire changes I don t think I ve ever noticed like these. I googled them and read reviews after the change and am really happy these are what she has now. I got her some really good windshield wipers too so now her car is set.Price was fair I d say for the warranty, quality and fact a Les Schwab is everywhere in the US. This location was cool, there was ~5 of us all there for an early morning 9am apt and we were all out within an hour. I think mine took longest but I was the last in. I didn t mind, tires aren t something you do every day and I wanted them to do them right however long that took. They had plenty of tables and chairs to sit at and I did just that. Would absolutely recommend for family cars. For myself i usually find what s cheapest with good reviews and save a little since I m the only one driving it anyways.

it's my first time coming to this place for tire rotation, as you entered the place is clean plenty of chairsand has free coffee and popcorn, has plenty of parking.customer service is great.I'll be coming here next time

Did a Lyft inspection today and was impressed by how fast they got it done. They also have forms which the jiffy lube next door doesn t. Would recommend them to anyone doing ride share for inspections.

Awesome customer service. All the staff I encountered were very approachable and courteous. Very positive environment. I trust them with my car and not selling me any service I don't need.

I just took my 2017 BMW to Les Schwab for new struts (after a large pot hole did one of the struts in), and an alignment. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they were also able to secure the parts needed quickly. Thank you, Lou!I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of everyone I dealt with. Pricing for OEM parts was very reasonable and more than 50% less than the dealer would have charged me.Highly recommend this shop.

The team here got me in last minute before closing to remove a screw and repair my tire leak all free of charge. Staff was friendly and the repair was performed quickly.

I was told that it would be a long wait, but that they could put air in my recently purchased tires. So, Josh came out and checked all of my tires and reset my warning light. It didn't take long and shouldn't have required me to wait hours just to be looked at. So thank you, Josh! You are awesome!

With finding a screw in the sidewall of my tire one morning, I unexpectedly needed to buy four new tires for my Outback. I was able to make an appointment that afternoon and the crew had four new tires on my car in one hour. Fast and friendly service! Great prices. Very satisfied.

Paid a lot of money for good tires but they never have time to rotate them. I had an appointment at 2pm because they said that s the best way and I was early and they were 2 hours behind. I ve stopped in 7 times over the past 2 weeks and they are always too busy. So if my tires go bad cause they can t rotate them they will blame me of course. I will never buy at les Schwab again I will stick to americas tire or Elk Grove tire. Way better service.

First time customer at this location and so very satisfied. I called at 8:30am for all new tires and complete inspection. They had me done by 1pm. The experience from start to finish was excellent.

I ordered tires 7/1 and was promised theyd be ready 7/5 by the morning. Yesterday was the 4th so I expected some delays. I called in the AM and the tires were not ready. No problem. I was told around 2pm theyd know. Chris (excellent manager) called at 2pm on the dot and stated I should arrive by 330-4pm. I did. However when I arrived they were backed up by 2 hours. They were about to make me wait when Joe (superb mechanic) came an and saw my frustration. He immediately handed the job within an hr. Absolutely excellent professionalism from the two. I apologize for my frustrations and hope my monetary compensation and this review make up for it. I absolutely will be sending future business their way. I respect the professionalism and most importantly the job that was done. Thank you

Third time here and very happy with their service. They were honest and communicative and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I was very surprised to find that they even fixed something I've been meaning to fix for years. It must have bugged them more than it did me (stripped shifter lever).

Went in Friday to make Tuesday appt for 9 am. Got there at 9 said it would be 1 hour. Was done in 50 minutes. This is the 4th set of tires I ve purchased from the Elk Grove location. Extremely great service. Very cordial employees. I don t even shop around because I know they will take care of me today and in the future for a lot of my trucks needs. I do recommend making appt.

They got me in immediately after letting them know that I had a nail in my rear tire. I am so grateful . Also my previous review that was on here was for another Les Schwab. I ve never been to this one before. I apologize for the mix up.

My first experience with Les Schwab. My car showed low pressure on the right rear tire, so I pumped all my tires up with my handy dandy Ryobi One pump. By the time I got back in the car, the right rear tire was showing low again, so I headed to Les Schwab because it was the closest tire store to me.Pleasant young man took my info and told me it should be about 30 minutes. He called my name after 20, told me I had picked up a nail-- and told me there was no charge for the repair.I was shocked. I've never done business with them before. But I guess I will now.

I had a flat in my wife's GMC Yukon that came with Goodyear tires. Goodyear in Elk Grove, right by my home, is shut down. Goodyear's downtown location is closed on weekends, and the other closest location was min 3 hour wait.I need to recognize Josh, again for his supreme customer service. I have my first new set of Vredestein's Quatrac Pro on my 2018 Camry XSE, where I worked with Josh when I got them a few months back. Best tire I have ever had.I called Josh and asked him if I can take my tire to him for a quick flat repair. I took my tire off our Yukon and brought it to Josh. He greeted me with a smile and by name, and had it repaired in about 10-15 minutes. It's service and a relationship like this is why I am a completely satisfied customer. Josh is to be completely commended for his professionalism and customer service...again!!

This is my first ever experience at LesSchwab and the store made it amazing. I will have to say I was amazed and very impressed with Chris and Josh at the store, the managers. These guys were very humble. I was stuck with a brand new truck with tire and nail issues. But Chris and Josh came in as a miracle. They were fast and prompt and took best care of it, effectively and efficiently, especially it was towards the end of the day. Even America Tires dont work as effectively. Now I know the magic of LesSchwab. I was in and out. Josh did an amazing job and Chris did the paperwork as fast as possible. Now i know where my go-to place is for any tire work. Thank you Chris and Josh for an amazing performance.

Really friendly staff. Had a big mix up on our tires getting dropped off at the wrong store right before a trip to Utah. They worked it out within one week and made sure it didn't affect our trip. No discount for the inconvenience but they did a good job

Just had 5k mile tires rotated per warranty on Les Schwab tires recently purchased. Staff was cordial and efficient. I was out in less than an hour. Place including bathroom was very clean. I will come here again to have vehicle serviced.

I came in with a low tire warning, and the staff there, instead of just airing me up and sending me on my way, checked out the tire's condition and found metal debris in the tire. They're very helpful and honest here. I would 1000% come back.
