Had an excellent experience getting an alignment done here!!Most shops either had a waiting list over a month long or wouldn't even touch my lifted Toyota 4 Runner cause it's "modified". Donny the owner was very helpful over the phone and Josh(?) the alignment tech was very particular and had good attention to detail. Managed to get everything to spec and even weighed down my front end to simulate the weight of a winch I'm adding next week.They're moving to a better location in old town and will hopefully get the visibility they deserve.Would highly recommend.

Wow!!! I can not believe the service that i received at Elk Grove Tire Service!! The shop supervisor Chevy and tech Brandon served me with a smile, even when i showed up right before they closed! They explained everything thoroughly and even gave me good advice on how to save money without jeopardizing quality!! I have worked in vehicle maintenance for 7 years, so believe me when I say I would feel comfortable sending my wife or daughter here and know they would not be taken advantage of! Huge thanks to Elk Grove tire service and Chevy and Brandon!! We will be back!!!

I thought I had a lifetime warranty with this shop for brakes, but when I came to get the replacement and to use that warranty they told me they don t have it in their system and that I can come out of pocket to pay. I wouldn t recommend. I m a long time customer going back 5-10 years from my parents that always came here, but I won t be back after this. Honor your promises for your business sake. Plus the tires would go flat after no time of usage even if they re temporary used tires. Wouldn t last a week.

Good prices for used tires. They also carries new tries as well. Buys the tires from the manufacturer which make is best tires you should buy

1972 J4000 Jeep Truck front end alignment went smooth, efficient, reasonable price, professional mechanic with old school knowledge and experience. Great job! Very satisfied and has become my go to place for tires and alignment.

Amazing service and amazing work!Came to Elk Grove tire to get new tires and alignment service for my truck and Sheldon and Chevy took care of me quick and with care.Great pricing better then a lot of other tire shops! Got the new tires in fast and installed fast. I highly recommend this shop and especially the guys working there. They will take care of you like family!Thank you!

Honest people that take pride in thier work , always have treated me like family every visit. Often refer others including my own family to see them for tires and alignment. Integrity honesty and always treating people like family goes a long way with me and im positive you wont be disappointed either.

Just wanted to say that Donny, Shelvin and Josh did a great job on my 2008 F150. They took us in, assessed the damage and said we needed a leaf spring and new tires. Got it all done in 2 days and let us know if they needed extra time for the delay of parts. Did an oil change, Good year Tires, Front Brakes, and the pair of leaf springs. Took great care of us and will definitely be recommending to friends and family! Avoid this place Poor serviceIm don't usually give reviews but my last experience here was bitter so wanted to share my opinion. My family have used this shop few times so i brought my track tires to get balanced here. 4 days later i take the car on street(not track) to check tire fitment for a few minutes and park the car and see the balancing weights on the floor on one side while other side weights were crooked when i took the wheel off. So i took it back here and asked if they would fix it. The guy said he doesn t warranty and i probably knocked the weights by hitting something like its my first time installing tires. He wanted to recharge again and i declined. Its only 15 bucks a wheel not a big deal at all but it s about the principle. They should ve replaced them no weights should be falling off in 4 days especially when the car wasn t even driven.I think If they skimp on little things like bad adhesive they're definitely skimping on other things. I wouldn t trust these guys. Go elsewhere plenty of good shops.Service: Tires

Been going here for 5 years, and I drive 1&� hours from my home just to get my tires done here every single time, for all our vehicles. They are amazing and have the best used tires and best price around. The owner, Sonny, is such a pleasure to talk to, I usually end up visiting long after my car is ready to go! But most importantly, he is an honest, humble man and he runs his business as such. It's such a great feeling to go somewhere where you don't feel they are taking advantage of you or just trying to make an extra buck, especially when you're a woman facing anybody in the car industry. I definitely trust this place over any.

I really like the service here, really great prices on used tires and they let you inspect them if you want. They have experienced guys working I've never really had issues. $60 alignment and $60 rotation + balance. One thing is I don't know much about cars and back when I knew even less I put a different set of tires on and I didn't know they had to be balanced, would be nice if they offered or let me know they should be. Unbalanced made my drive all wobbly on the freeway but I don't have that car anymore

I've only bought used tires from here so I don't know about thier prices for new stuff but every used one I bought from them got a huge bubble in the tread within a week. I bought 4 total. They sold me super old tires and I guess that's what happens with old tires. Only charged me $50 each tire but they didn't balance em for that price and like I said they didn't last a month. When I told the guy, he had no sympathy. That seems like a bad way to run a business.

This place has high quality tires at best prices. I own a company with 11 vehicles have done my research requested several quotes throughout elk grove and galt area and by far this place had the best pricing and the best quality tires. The customer service is great! It's a locally owned family business and they value their customers. I refer this place to everyone I know! Top notch service, quality, and competitive pricing! Thanks guys!

Came in with a flat tire so i ended up calling eg tire service and i talked to chevy and he told me that he could get me in and out so i stopped by and they tracked down the leak right way it was pretty amazing. As they was doing the tires they noticed my brakes was really worn down which i was aware of but i was waiting to save a little more money. Well chevy was able give me a price i couldn t resist so i ended up doing that also. Since he had my car on lift he told me he was going just check out few more suspension pieces cause i told him it made weird noises every so often and guess what they found the issue it was an ball joint. I didnt get that repaired that day cause i was wanted save up a little. But a week after when i came back they fixed my car for me same day no appointment. Really impress with their operation! Second time i came in it was someone else that helped me think his name was shelly or something like that dude was super cool we was talking about old schools and harleys and he was telling me hes getting one soon. Now days its hard to run across business that isnt trying to get every dollar from u. These guys straight forward no hard sale just simply stating facts and options how they can help. Been going to them for years. Very reasonable and fair. Today's my son's birthday and we're on a budget. Woke up to a flat tire this morning. I already knew I had to bad tires. I went To get the flat repaired and he mention that I had to bed totters and he gave me a price to fix it but because I was on a budget when he saw that my family was in the trick he worked with me and gave me a deal and I was able to walk out with to brand used tires. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Told them a I just needed the tire to go because it was for my other car. Feel like they purposely gqave me a tire with a hole because they have no warranty. I had faith in you guys too , never again.

Went there a few times with family members.theywere helpful every time. Good service and good attitude. Had a problem with one of the tires which they t[k care of immediately. The prices are good and they carry a good inventory. The owner is friendly and the young man who works there is very competent.

Fast and great service. We went here for a new tire and the whole transaction took about 15 minutes. We were on and out!! Would recommend and will be coming back in the future.

Tried to tell me that chunks are cut out of the sidewall on purpose so the tire shop does not attempt to sell as new. GtfohLooked at another used tire set didn't have the chunks cut out. Do better be better. I hope their other services are better.

After weeks of chasing a wheel alignment for a customers 64 chevy impala following a complete suspension and brake upgrade, the guys at ELK GROVE TIRE SERVICE knocked it out with great poise. I needed no appointment and they were ready to tackle the job as soon as i arrived. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for wheel alignment needs...

I cannot say enough good things about this business they are professional, polite compident and very fairly priced where do you need a used tire to help you out of a jam or a new set I would recommend going to these guys. This was our first time at this establishment. Very good customer service. We got exactly what we were looking for...two used tires that matched the ones we already had. They were efficient, honest, and very friendly. We will return in the future when necessary.
