I am so late in reviewing this business, and yet I have never forgotten them. I needed a spontaneous assessment for a used car, late on a Saturday. They were busy, and yet the owner/manager helped me out and gave me an assessment. He was so kind. In the waiting room, it was obvious he has a following of loyal customers. He deserves it. And the car turned out to be pretty good. Glad I got his advice. Thanks!!

Today was the second and last time I went to that place. I have never published anything, I am not a man of problems but the service was very bad, they gave me a price and I paid 200 dollars more in the end They spent a long time without doing anything, almost 3 hours to change brakes and rear drums. Not to mention that other people arrived after me and finished their work first.

DO NOT COME! They are very unprofessional and will damage your wheel! They did a flat tire repair for me and left marks all over my wheel. If you are this unprofessional you shouldn t been accepting jobs. They refused to repair it for me and keep Lieing won t even give an apology! If you don t want your car damaged then you shouldn t be coming here. No idea how they got all the good reviews. Liar and terrible people here.Service: Tires

Since I found this place I've done my oil change several times and I give them five stars. They prioritize each customer to make sure to provide the best service in a professional and efficient manner.

Apparently you have to be a man to get a fair treatment.I was busy working for send my gf to do simple oil change. So they saw blond girl and oil change (which is already priced $70) went up to $107, plus unsolicited messages to my gf from techichian mario. At least she had time to call me so i told her leave it asap, therefore only oil was changed. Otherwise they told her to swap all pads/plates on all 4 wheels! No kidding! $275 each pair of wheels. Touched it at home - you can t even feel the notch, so wearing is at most 20%. Also wiring with window roll was priced at $570. I myself visit repair shop one block away - was priced $200.

The job was done and some what of a fair price but can't complain overall. Great people and will work with you if it comes down it.

I got a great service here. Would 100% come back and recommend. Very trustworthy staff. My car is now running better than ever thanks to them. I took my sons car to them thinking I could trust them to fix the car and did totally the opposite and had to get BAR involved for them to refund some of the money and still wasn t enough to pay for all damages caused. I thought I could trust them but I was wrong. I took it to other repair shop and told me of all the mistakes they had done and ruined the car completely. They are not professionals at all. They do the talking but not the labor! I m very disappointed . After giving me three different prices the work wasn t done correctly and now I have to think about finishing the work somewhere else or getting rid of the car. Thanks a lot Town and Tire . I would give them no stars at all if I would be able to! I don t recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

This place is a ripped off, originally charged me extra for my all 4 tires when it popped on the freeway, I ve showed them Walmart prices & understand everyone has to make money so I ve paid them more, Frank said yea np our name is our promise, bring it back anytime after 5000 miles for the tires rotation, brought it back and they said they can t find the wheel lock and have it back to me, they never gave me back anything and wasted hours of my time and theirs trying to tell me I ve lost my own wheel lock? How did you guys replace the 4 tires last time then? 1 star, very dishonest business and person, do not com here.

They check your vehicle for long trips: free. Reasonable pricing. I paid for the same service at AAACertified Repair a week before and while I saved and paid half the price they would otherwise have charged: TEN FOUR in Whittier, Ca and found them lacking. I paid the same half price without AAA Discount at Town & Tire in El Monte, Ca and am confident and secure that I'm good to go.

Been coming here for years, great work and amazing customer service. Very welcoming atmosphere, professional, direct and honest work. Love this place, Frank, Frank Jr. and Michelle have this place running smoothly. Recommend this place to everyone.

My experience with town tire and automotive has not been a good one, first time customer, I went into town tire automotive back in December 2017 to get my car fixed, franks father quoted me to change out some parts on the car, I agreed, the work was done and it seemed to be fixed upon my own personal inspection, so I paid and left a happy customer, the issue returned again within 30 days of the repair, I returned to the shop and I was told to bring the car back in so it could be repaired under warranty, the car seemed to be fixed again and I was assured that it was taken care of and that the problem was gone, a week later it returned, same issue I went in for fixing and was eventually told that parts are hard to get on the weekends and that it was "Super Bowl Sunday, so you know how that is." So I agree to bring the car back in during the week, as I was advised that would be a better time for an efficient repair, I returned today to a very dumbfounded owner telling me he has no idea what my car needs, and that his son is the one that knows and that I just need to bring it in on Saturday(which I was already told not to do) i tried really hard to be patient with these guys but I am only left with disappointment and regret, I'll never return to this shop again.Also, Frank senior, it's not nice to put clipboards in front of people's faces and stand over them when they're sitting down, appreciate the hospitality.

Let me tell you the real deal bout this place. I have been coming to this place for a while now for all different kinds of general automotive needs. Me personally I have never had a bad experience with the work, or customer service there. Frank the owner, and frank the son are real cool respectful people and in this type of business that is unheard of. I def. recommend this place for your automotive needs. All I can say is go down there yourself and meet frank and frank and judge yourself. You wont be disappointed.

Everyone here is the best! I trust no one else for my car maintenance and alignment needs. I used to live in El Monte and now live in Riverside and I will HAPPILY make the drive to visit them.

This is hands down the best place to meet all your vehicle needs from tires, brake changes to automotive repair. Frank and his son are very honest on what your vehicle really needs and doesn't need. I highly recommend this place to everyone

We were there a month ago and we were there a couple of days ago and drink Memorial weekend we were there again as many times as we've been there this can only tell you that they have very good prices, ask for Frank he will take very good care of you
