Took my 21 Honda Accord to Fix Auto right before the Christmas break. They had warned me the repairs may take a while because they were going to be Honda parts and because of the time it had been taking to get deliveries. To my surprise, they had my car ready in a little over 2 weeks, also considering the holidays! The work looks great and I m very happy with how my car turned out. The ladies in the front office, Corona and Ilene, are super helpful and answered any questions I had.

Auto Fix did an amazing job in fixing the body damage to my Tesla after being involved in an accident. Once parts were ordered it took just 4 days for the job to be completed and their work was impeccable. The receptionist Corina made the process so easy and smooth. She is so kind and professional. U definitely recommend this auto body shop!

From start to finish I had a very good experience, I was kept inform throughout the process. Was sent photo of dent to fix, repair, then completion photo. When I picked up vehicle, it was fixed to perfection. Inside of car and outside of car very super clean. I think my car might actually look better than before the dent. I would totally recommended friend and family to have their vehicle repaired here at this shop.

I was totally impressed Fix It Auto Body Repair!Damage to my car was minor, but it gave me the opportunity to find a good auto body shop in case I ever need (knock on wood) major work. I shopped around for estimates at 3 different places. I found Fix it Auto to be the most professional and offering a good value.

Excellent shop! A neighbor accidentally backed into my car and I got a good sized dent on my trunk hatch door. Fix It Auto worked with the insurance and my car looks like new again. It's been about a month since the repair and still looks great.They even returned my car shiny and clean I side & out, which I didn't expect. Bonus that they got it back to me earlier then estimated as well. They kept me updated through the entire process and were very kind and cooperative the whole time. Excellent service and quality work. Highly recommended!

Read ended someone and was recommended multiple shops through my insurance but ended up going with Fix Auto El Monte and I was not disappointed! My car was in the shop for about 3 weeks. Keep in mind they don't have control over how quickly the parts arrive so be patient. I can truly say it was worth the wait. After a few hiccups out of the shops control Tri made sure to try to his best to accommodate me even if it meant going out of his way. The receptionist Corina was also super sweet and informative throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this shop. I think the photos also speak for themselves.

The service of the entire staff at Fix Auto Downtown El Monte is incredible! I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for cosmetic repairs as debris on the freeway damaged my front bumper and left headlight.Their work does not disappoint, and you would never know my car had any repairs done!Once my car was ready for pickup, they were kind enough to send me a Lyft. My car went into the shop clean (inside and out) and came out extremely clean. Thanks for the ride and wash!Bring your vehicle here if you enjoy working with compassionate and friendly folks. Corina, Eileen, and Tri are absolutely the best!

Picked up my Tesla model X and it s in immaculate condition. Scan through the paint job tried the door hood another features. Everything looks great. Works great. Appreciate the detail that the manager went through in explaining the process and also the test they did to make sure that all the sensors and cameras are all working correctly over the course of the review, I received multiple text message with updates from, Corina and EileenGlad to pick up the car today now I can have the car for the New Year sThank you Fixauto for doing such a great job!

I can not say enough good things about Fix Auto. This is my first accident and just went to the shop the insurance referred me too. I can see why they are contracted with so many insurance companies. Corina and Eileen make a great team with answering all my questions and keeping me updated.

Daughter's Honda Civic was broadsided by another car. AAA suggested this repair facility. As the car was drivable, they made an estimate listing what would need replacing. They'd call when the parts were in. When they called I dropped off the car and picked up about 14 work days later. Car was perfect. Couldn't tell it's doors had been hit. They were helpful, patient, and pleasant to work with.

My Subaru WRX was rear-ended prior to my last shift of 2022 and even though the other driver's insurance took forever to get in touch with me to get my repairs started and tried to have me go to a different non-Subaru Certified Collision Center shop, I'm glad I was able to work with Corina and her crew here at Fix Auto Downtown El Monte. The shop is small and busy, but that's a testament to the work that they do. I had to wait a little bit longer as well, but due to supply chain issues and making sure that I get OEM parts for my repair, it was well worth it. They took care of the little nitpicks that I had for my car after my crash and they reported how extensive my car's rear collision damage was. My car uses an all-wheel-drive system and I was glad to have driven out of there with the car feeling like the first day that I got it. I'll be glad to go back there again for my future repair needs for this car as well as whatever car I own in the future that they are certified for by the manufacturer.

Fix Auto was such a pleasure to work with. After getting into a small accident I was stressing not having my Suburban while it was getting fixed. You hear the nightmares of the cars sitting in the shop for a long time. I am a mother of 4 who has to handle pick ups and drop offs all day and work at the same time. My car is very important to me. Well I was pleasantly surprised to say the least, on how amazing the team went above and beyond to have my truck ready in a very fast time frame (less than half the estimated time).The communication and updates provided through out the process was on point! Eileen was very helpful and kind through out this process she explained everything and made sure some one was always reaching out to answer my questions or concerns. J was amazing with the work done on my car it looked brand new and also did a full review of might car. Best thing also he returned it washed! When the time came to pick up my car they ordered me a Lyft to pick it up and worked around my busy schedule. Fix Auto exceeded my expectations and made a stressful situation into a pleasant process that eased a lot of stress for me. Thank you Fix Auto team!! Definitely my go to spot now !

Went here to get my tesla fix since it is Tesla Certified. My car was rear ended and needed to replace the trunk. The service is fast and easy. It was really easy to get ahold with someone and everything was process really quick for insurance. Also, it is near a hertz which makes renting a rental really easy

Great body shop. The manager Tri is the best when it comes to customer service. They fixed my car right the first time and even detailed it to they kept me updated along the process as well I m very pleased with the services from this shop.

My insurance company, Progressive, told us to work with Fix Auto for the body work when we were side-swiped by an SUV, as they could guarantee the work. The car emerged better than new, and they even detailed it.

Don't be fooled by the nice reviews, to begin with the girl who is the secretary has the worst attitude.Don't waste your time taking your car to this place. You're going to have a bad experience.

Truly the best body shop in town the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly i had the pleasure of dealing with the ladies in the front desk and the manager Tri. They provided updates all thru the repair process on our 2019 Nissan Altima. They left the car as if it was show room new they even detailed it for me i am very pleased by there services they know how to get the job done right.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

My car needed repair work, so I went around to get quotes. Fix, by far, was the most helpful and thorough when I brought my car in for a quote. Luckily, my insurance also recommended them for the repairs. Everyone was very friendly. Corina went above and beyond to keep me up to date on the status of the repairs. They have text message alerts to keep you in the loop -- really appreciated that! The repair was completed ahead of schedule, and overall, I'm extremely happy with their service. Thank you!!

Total Fix Downtown El Monte, did a wonderful job! Very, very, very, satisfied! They not only fixed the outside damage, but also, returned my car like it was brand new inside and out. They also are very friendly and customer service was great. Five stars!!

Professional and highly exceptional service. The workers were communicative, friendly, and responsive to most of our questions.Bumper was fixed before the estimated time of repair. The car was cleaned thoroughly, as a bonus.I d highly recommended if you need your car repaired here.Side-note: Parking will be an issue here since their location is quite cramped. We had an issue with backing out, but thankfully, one of the workers assisted us.Service: Body & Trim

Recently brought in my Model 3 to get my rear bumper replaced. Corina was very helpful throughout the whole process especially since it was my first time having to take my car in because of an accident.
