Gave them 2 batteries for the surcharge and got the full $18 for both. Then got a replacement battery that they put in the car for me. Great staff, they love to help people.

The guys here are super helpful and they always have what I need. The store is easy to get in and out of. I would give 6 stars but only allowed 5. Dank

I want yo say thank you to Jose, Steve, Tony, and Jp, your guys are extremely helpful and knowledgable, if you dont carry it, you find it, no matter what I need, or ask for, I always know I can get the part I'm looking for from you, expecually when my job depends on getting the right part asap, thanks again guys!

Very rude I went in there to do the brakes on 89 Ford pickup I will make a long story short they charged me basically 449 dollars for my rear brakes that was drums pads spring kits and wheel cylinders I basically returned 221 dollars in parts and went back in there a couple of days later to return a transmission filter kit I did not need and they basically told when you pay us another 228 dollars for the brakes parts we credit u for the transmission filter kit I have lodged a complaint with Napa itself

Have to run up here sometimes for the farm the guys behind the counter and the gal are always so helpful get the parts I need so I can give back on the job
