Extremely poor customer service. I've sent emails and left voicemails and have yet to hear back. I did not get a detailed invoice for repairs and was charges twice for return shipping. It took them almost thirty days to give me a quote for repairs. I guess they are so busy that poor customer service is ok. I absolutely did not want todo this review, but grew tired of waiting for a response and thought others should know.
