Friendly rep, good prices, fast service. I came in for a burned out headlight but also needed tires, which I was saving up for. Their price was half of what my last set from Big O cost, so I went for it. I also bought the extended lifetime free alignment service. Worth it for me because my old tires had half their tread left, but worn completely out on the edge. Car was ready in 4 hours. They didn't have a sensor the car needed but offered to install it for free when it came in.

I had to get some tires today and absolutely hate going into tire shops as a female. I get answers like I m stupid when I know more than most guys do. Today when I went into this store I walked in expecting the normal experience I usually get, but today was different. There was a super helpful and polite female at the desk when I walked in. Not only did she treat me like an actual person, she was honest with prices and time frames. I m a busy person so being given a realistic time frame was helpful. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to her, the name on her card says Lela, so thank you Lela for how I was treated by you in your shop today. I ll be coming for future services just because of you!

Lela is a SOLID honest and helpful employee who makes such an effort for each customer! I ve been back several times (gimpy car) and she and the other guys at this location are HONEST & actively trying to get folks the best price and best service. As a single woman I appreciate their support with my vehicle and I TRUST THEM.

Scheduled an appointment at different location Wheel Works and during the time or arrival the manager at that location said that they didn t have the tires in stock and that the Wheel Works website is a bit wonky. He also mentioned that his tire installer won t be in until another hour, mind you that I had a confirmed appointment and chose the option to wait. I was very disappointed and the manager did nothing to make things right. After all that said, I reached out to another Wheel Works in the area and that s when LELA GOMEZ provided outstanding customer service! They didn t have the tires in stock but told me that she can order them and possibly have them in the same day. Throughout the day she called me and kept me informed about the delivery of the tires and once they arrived she reached out and I was able to get my tires done in less than an hour. Lela went above and beyond and I could not be more happier I went to this location. This will be the only location I will be going to, due to the service they provided and how Lela handled the situation. Thank you Lela Gomez!!!

I had an unexpected tire pressure issue, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the service I received at Wheel Works Dublin. Lela, who took my call, demonstrated exceptional customer service with fast response and a friendly attitude. Even more, Mike worked swiftly to fix the issue and had me back on the road within an hour. Their efficiency and assistance turned an unexpected hiccup into a smooth experience. Kudos to the team at Wheel Works Dublin!

Horrible team! Two bad experiences:One time I had small nail in Tesla, and they said it is not fixable for foam one tires, and they wanted to charge $250 for that! I went to America tire they fix it free!One time I asked them to replace my front flat tire and they replaced one my back tires which was perfectly fine. Once I told them Ok at least give me the good tires, they said we put them at storage and we cannot find it. So I can call it stealing my good tire without fixing the real flat one.Never ever go there!

It took 5 hours for my oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Staff in the front did not have any empathy or compassion toward customers. At one point, I was in the waiting room, and front desk staff was on social media scrolling through random videos, volume was loud and I heard foul/offensive language. Who runs a business like this? Do you not train your staff on basic business/ customer facing etiquette. This is shameful and I am extremely disappointed. PS: Prior to going in, my car's AC vents were working fine, and after the service, it is no longer working. I am scared to take this up as I'm sure they will come up with some random excuse to charge me more and frankly, I have lost whatever credibility I had of this company.

The only reason they get 1 star is that there is no Zero star! Rude, dishonest guy at the counter. This was my second interaction with him. Last time they broke my tire pressure sensor and refused to fix it. This time he wants to use synthetic oil in place of synthetic blend to charge more!

I had a flat tire and took it to Wheel Works in Dublin, CA. They fit me in without an appointment. The end result is that I have to purchase new tires, the pricing is very good despite me not being able to shop around.

The young guy at the front counter is always rude, hard to talk to him, high ego, always pushing back, hope management will look at this and make necessary changes. Came in for life time alignment that I purchase for car, this young car first try to push me back saying they are booked for 2 days for alignment after said that they can do it due to fine print that it s not covered by lifetime allotment contract. Did not even want to talk to someone who is treating clients like this, poor customer service and high turnover. Service - 5/5Lela is awesome!!!We lived in this Tri Valley for 20+ years and WheelWorks was our go to place for tires/wheel issues. We have since moved away.We were one hour into a 6+ hour road trip and realized that there was something wrong with our tires pressure. Called in to Wheelworks and so glad that we were connected through to Lela. She was most helpful, and recommended that we come in to get the flat fixed. When we eventually got there they told us that the leak could not be fixed, and the tires needed to be replaced. They did not have our tires so were not able to fix our issue. However Lela recommended several places that may be able to help. Because of her guidance we were able to get the tires fixed and get on our way.Thanks Lela!!Service: Tires

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A WHEEL ALIGNMENT!!! Have a lifetime alignment policy on my car, been to many Firestone/Wheelworks locations over the years without an issue. I dunno why I decided to go this location My car, which mostly fine before, has been pulling to the right consistently since they mis-'aligned' it, I gave them 2 more chances to correct it but they could never fix it coz their alignment equipment itself is crooked and misaligned. Had to go to the Livermore location (much much better!) and it's still taking them a few tries to completely fix what these guys botched up.Just look at my alignment report from Livermore, (the 'before' is 4 days after the Dublin place fixed it the third time, this is after a total of 20 miles of driving with no bumps!!!, the 'after' is after Livermore realigned it).The steer angle this Dublin location left my car with is totally out of spec and potentially unsafe as well. Never again going here for anything!Service: Wheel alignment

I always took my car to Wheel Works for getting new tires and for maintenance. They did a good job. I signed up for life time alignment and rotation. They did alignment while I left my car for maintenance. I am happy with their service

Dear Wheel Works Management Team,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Dublin, CA location on February 16th, 2023. I arrived at your facility with my Audi TT to have the oil changed and was hoping for a quick and efficient service. Unfortunately, that was not the case.Although the staff was polite and the service began on time, I am appalled by the lack of attention to detail and the shoddy workmanship that resulted in a significant oil leak from my vehicle. I did not notice the leak until my son pointed it out to me on Saturday evening. I tried contacting your store, but it was closed. I then attempted to reach someone via the "contact us" feature on your website, but to no avail.When I finally reached someone on the phone, I was informed that I had to tow the vehicle back to your facility. As I live in Sacramento, this was a significant inconvenience and expense. To add insult to injury, I have not received any communication from your company in the week since I made the claim. My car is still leaking oil, and I cannot use it for my daily commute or any other necessary errands.I am beyond frustrated with the entire experience and would like to request a full refund for the oil change service. I am also disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service I have received. It is unacceptable to leave a customer stranded with a faulty vehicle and not provide any updates or assistance.I will not be using your company again and will be sharing my negative experience with others. Horrible service I wish I never got my tires from wheel works!They have a bunch of young idiotic kids working there who don't know what there doing I seen one kid leaning on my car door as its open which will mess the hinges up, they couldn't even install a car battery correctly. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWERE ELSE LIKE AMERICAN TIRES.

Your sales associate, mike has no customer service/the worst. I called try to order one tire for my Honda Accord, he told that he will charge $ 80.00 for shopping fee, and told me to go to leavermore. I told him that I leave in dublin, would like to do it at Wheel works in dublin, he told me again, will be $ 80.00 shipping fee. Is wheel works policy change ? Since when?

Used to love this place in part because I have trusted this place not to charge me a fair price. Even had my shocks changed about 6 months ago and saved a ton compared to the Dealership. But $90 for an oil change a few weeks back has me looking for a new garage. I guess it was nice to have a trusted spot while it lasted. Two stars instead of one for the sake of the decent oil change.

Lots of issues - here is my saga:I scheduled an oil change for 10 am on a Monday and came in at the appropriate time. I was told that the car would not be done until 4 pm. Even though I had already scheduled this specifically for 10 am. I had to use a rideshare app to get home, as I needed to work and couldn't wait there all day.They should have sent me an email at least, just to communicate that I would need to wait.Then they called right before 4 pm to tell me to pick up my car, but they mentioned they were closing early that day, at 4 pm. So there would obviously not be time for me to get my own car from them that day.Therefore I was suddenly without a car for the night, which is extremely inconvenient and I picked my car up the next morning. I won't be going here again.

They're always really nice, helpful, and I never feel like I'm being scammed or getting subpar service as happens at many mechanics. The prices are very reasonable! My family has a lot of mechanics (but they don't live near me), and I trust this place :) I will say they tend to be super busy, so either make an early appointment or plan to drop off your car!Services: Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I had a 2:00 appointment to patch a tire but, when I arrived, when someone finally came out to help, he said it wouldn't be ready until 5:00. (He figured he'd just tell me that when I got there.) So, I found something to do for three hours. At 4:56, he called to say the tire couldn't be repaired and would have to be replaced. This was apparently the first time anyone had looked at it since I brought it in 3 hours earlier. He said it would take 10 minutes. An hour later, I was finally on my way, but not before being asked if I wanted to open a rewards club account - as if I'd be going back there for anything.Today (10 Aug) I got a reply to my review asking me to "send us an email ... with the complete details, so we can get the appropriate team involved to look into this." As my review includes "the complete details," and I don't intend to do business with this place ever again, it's hard to imagine what more they want me to say. How irritating.

They will only work on your car if it's a high paid job. I was in a pinch today, went by & spoke with Ben. My car had a screw in the tire. Ben didn't bother to come out to look at my vehicle and said they had no time to repair my tire today.Interestingly, I called back for a tire quote (it was a different person that I spoke with) and they had time install a new set of 4 tires TODAY. Unfortunately, they lost my business for any larger sales for my vehicles since they are unwilling to accommodate any other repairs that aren't worth their time or even to step out to take a quick look at your vehicle.I went to America's Tires in Dublin after that. They had someone standing on the curb to greet customers. Someone came out immediately and actually looked at the tire in question. Pulled the screw and it didn't even puncture my tire since it was a small screw. So off I went.I'll definitely remember America's Tires in Dublin next time I need a set of tires on my vehicles.

My S/O made the appointment for me to have tires and alignment done as he was goin to be the one to drop off my vehicle.Justin (the newest manager) understood everything I needed done when I called to confirm; even regarding the issues with subframe damage.He went even further to find me the most economical option of tires to save me the most $ possible. As well as he addressed the concern that the last time I had tires done at this location, I was missing a lug nut a week later.No Rush as the vehicle will get picked up after I get off of work (an hour before they close and only 15mins away).When I did pick he had everything ready to charge to the card on file the way I prefer. Told me Benny went the extra mile to get the alignment as good as possible even knowing it could never get to 100%.These guys really take care of you here and make sure you are going to be as safe on the roads as can be.

I used to come here for my cars maintenance and then I stopped for about a year. When I made the service appointment again recently for tire rotation, oil change, and wheel alignment (for which I've lifetime plan with them) I was told it would take 2 hours. After dropping the car when I came back after 2 hours, they mentioned I need new tires (even though I had only 10k on them) so they didn't did do tire rotation. they also said wheel alignment is needed, but they didn't did do it until I came back and told me. I had to wait another 2 hours for them to get to the alignment issue, because they were checking other cars. Absolutely no sense of urgency or managing time. I'm not confident if they would do a decent job as the place looks very unprofessional now.
