Received a notification on email that the tow hitch we wanted was finally available. Got at appointments through the Tesla app as it's made easy. Arrived and of course, there's a line but went by fast. Dominic helped us and received a Black Tesla 3 loaner for the few hours while they fixed our car. Really great customer service for our Tesla Y Performance. Transaction was easy set up for the loaner on the app. The show room was nice. Some new cars available for purchase on the lot available instead of by order.Of course, I wish for the Model S Plaid! Love that car! Ordering a Tesla is way easier than other car dealers; no hassles or haggling.Received notification our car was ready via app and got the car right away. Easy service with them. Service at least, for this location. Friendly folks here!

Tesla claims to have a different car buying experience.It is different alright. Way worse, really a feat!1. No way to call a store - have to drive 50min to just ask if they can deliver that day or to change seat colors.2. Arrive there and condescending, arrogant attitude that must be in the company DNA. It is like you are dumb and they ate doing a favor letting you buy the car.3. Since I could not contact the original dealership (Gilroy) to change seat colors, nor any other person by phone, and the app won't let you either, I cancelled the order and placed a new one at Dublin that showed a couple cars with the specs I wanted. Certainly they would credit me the $250 since I was buying the car. (in fact Niko over the phone on his "welcome to tesla" message promised to take care of it - confirmed on a second call, just refund never came and he doesn't answer now)4. New order they said had no referral, which I certainly did from a link. Logged to my laptop at home, still on that page, produced screenshots, to no avail (after 45min of "let me check with my team" mise en scene where VANESSA acted just like any other traditional dealership "let me check with my boss").5. I was going to just forget Tesla, lose $500 and get a gas car instead, but decided to go back and place a THIRD order, in front of the poorly trained bad attitude sales person vanessa. This time she saw I started from the referral link, checked all options, paid and lo and behold on her end it showed no referral. She went to "talk to her team" again and in 2 minutes it was applied. So she could certsinly correctvit the first time - just arrogant "we don't have to sell to you" attitude and total lack of customer servicevor empathy prevented her the first time.6. Their deposit is not a deposit like any other honest dealership or business - it is now a fee where it is actually ADDED to the price of the car. So a 50000 car is now 50250. You paid 250, now pay only 50000. They hide that in plain sight, smong taxes, registration etc. Ask others that bought and they will tell you, "no i got it back, it was there in the bill of sale". Now they are very careful to call it a fee not a deposit.6. Their contract posted online (to this date) says they will start and pay for arbitration after 90 days of unresolved grievances. The contract I actually received says I have to pay. It also says you have to opt out of arbitration by letter within 30 days.At least even the arbitration company has a clause allowing you to sue them directly in small claims, which I intend to do.Certainly a new car buying experience. Worse ever.

Damaged our car while servicing and also they said will charge 250$ each area for JUST checking if there is any sound coming. When mentioned about additional damages that they did to car! they said they took pictures only for outside before starting to service. Also one damage they did was on side door which they scheduled appointment to fix it but not all! NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND TESLA DUBLIN CENTER. !Very rudely they kind of said feel free to reach higher leadership and do whatever! We are not helping!

My first Tesla and last one!!!!!My worst experience to buy a car.Unprofessional team at all (except one man his name is Tom),unfriendly also.Got my car put 30k down payment and people talk to me when I came inside like I come to borrow money from them.We place a car and after I pick up it I found hiden damage on the car when I bring it home and wash it first time.Damage was made during transportation for sure and they used sharpie to cover it and spayed plastic protection. I had no idea that a new car could have damage. I work out of state and since I went to work and I picked up the car in the evening, I couldn t inspect it right away. This car purchase just turned me inside out.

RAFAEL at Dublin Tesla is not a great advisor. All he care was to sell the car but the offer he told us about trade is not trie. Try to contact him not providing right answer. Just be aware when you speak to someone make sure they all providing right information. IM NOT HAPPY ITS ALL ABOUT SALES NOT KNOWING THE RIGHT OFFER.

Picked my 2023 model Y with a Standard Range 269 miles LFP battery pack this afternoon. The car was dusty, dirty even after they claimed they washed it. Not the typical New Vehicle Delivery. They didn't seem to be bothered by my complaints that vehicle was dirty either.I undwestand it's not a typical dealership but it's still considered a luxury vehicle so definitely needs to improve on that New Vehicle Delivery experience. I almost felt they didn't give it $hit because they're not there for commission. Maybe I'm just old school. Interior was dusty as well and there was no sign of any effort dusting it off.

Showroom Location is perfect , right next to 680 and 580 intersection. They have ample Superchargers in place.

I had good experience while picking for my model y. After pickup while driving back home one rear tire blew up suddenly, this is so sad and first time had this experience on 580 east bound, good that I had network and called the roadside assistance and they were able to tow my car in 2hrs to dublin centre and next day I got estimate for replacing, I messaged on app mentioning this is brand new car and Michael from service called me and said he discussed with his manager and they waived me off the replacement fee, appreciate for his effort and communication.

I like the cars but the worst service possible. They can care less about you. No one has the common sense to know their own policies and I had to sent it to the from their own website. They don t value your time and kept me on hold for over an hour on 3 separate occasions.

Poor communication. Once they have your car in service, you can t easily call them, and for me messaging the service team via app has gone unanswered for several days. You re just another number. They give you a loaner car that s been neutered (max speed reduced). For me, my loaner s HVAC system filters has a foul odor and has been making me cough. I just want my car back but they re taking so long to give me any kind of update. Car was supposed to be fixed Tuesday, day after drop off (dropped off Monday) now it s Thursday, it s been 72 hours since drop off and not a single update or message from them. I just see my car s battery slowly depleting. We already tried software updates remotely. I suspect the car s computer or multiple hardware is failed. Perhaps they re trying to avoid costly hardware repairs? But if all I m asking for is good communication and sending messages are free what gives?I also feel they took better care of me during my vehicle s basic warranty for the first four years now that I am in the extended warranty period I feel deprioritized. Like a 2nd class citizen. Perhaps it s all designed to entice you to buy a new car again. But if you ve paid $1800 to extend your service shouldn t they at least respond to you? You re paying a deductible. If the goal is to make you a repeat customer this is probably not a successful approach.

Getting parts is an absolute joke. You can't call the parts department, you're forced to go there in person. Then you wait 40 minutes or more, only find out that they still cant "find out" if parts are in stock or not. Then they tell you they'll call you, and never do. Literally the worst thought out system ever.

Dropped off my Model 3 for repair and this is what they gave me as a loaner vehicle .. the seats inside are ripped . The inside was such a disaster I sent to a local car wash and paid for it to be cleaned out of my own pocket. Never in my life have I ever had this experience with a car company. Tesla Service Center in Dublin is a JOKE! Not to mention all 4 of my tires are bald . How did things get so bad that they can t even maintain their own vehicles? Not even a simple wash or vacuum. Half my door panel is missing, it s embarrassing showing people a MODEL X and to see stuff like this. Why can t they hire someone to clean and repair all loaner vehicles daily? Never did I dream to see half the door was missing .

BEWARE!!! Of this service center!! Brought my Tesla to fix my charging port they broke the rear glass window to adjust the seatbelt stack! I JUST WANT my charger port fix but they broke and CRACKED the glass! $1200 dollar's fix they try to COVER it up !! DONT go to this service center they are very UNSKILLED! UNPROFESSIONAL! AND THEY WILL MAKE MORE DAMAGE with your Tesla!

This is both the worst service center and customer service experience ever. For charging also not recommended. The service technician s will cut in line and tell you that as a customer you don't matter because they work here so they can just cut in front of the people waiting for a supercharger.

The service was extremely poor. Firstly, the Tesla delivery team mentioned that Uber credits for the car pickup could be provided, which just required a response to their text message. However, on the day of the pickup, all customer service lines were unresponsive despite my trying for an entire hour. Additionally, upon receiving the car, I found numerous small scratches on the body, and now I have to schedule a service appointment myself. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

I personally like this location as it is very convenient because there is a showroom and service department. It makes killing time much more bearable. But the Sales and Service department staff are polite and friendly. Another thing that makes this location even better is the fact that there are superchargers available.

The delivery team here has multiple people who keep blaming each other for misinformation on how to make the payment - ACH, wire or cashier's check.When I suggested changing my pick up location due to the delay, they told me that my order will be placed on hold for 2 weeks and then back to the waiting list.Update : They understood my concerns and arranged for a home delivery of the vehicle in time. Thank you for that!

I would give it a negative star if it s possible. My car got a big scratch after a contactless delivery. I reported it the next day. This service team cancelled my appointment and said they wouldn t be able to help with anything. The car was parked at a different place in the picture than when I received it, which means the delivery guy moved the car after taking the photos. I went to the counter. The service guy blamed me for not reporting it the same day. I mean I got home at 9pm that day and I checked my car the next day, and reported immediately. I have 2 Tesla cars and this new one made me disappointed.

Great service provided by the folks here at Tesla service center. They try to go above and beyond and make sure client is happy. The supercharger here is not the most reliable one. They always try their best to give a loaner. If it s not available, they give you a generous Uber credit for rides. Top service as expected by Tesla brand!

Despite high and continually rising gas prices, I would highly advise you NOT invest in a Tesla. I purchased a Model 3 in July 2023 and my experience with this company has been a nightmare. The car was covered in dozens of small micro and deep scratches all over the car when I picked it up, one of the hubcaps was dented, the car was filthy and covered in dust, and this was a supposed brand new car. Charging is cheaper than gasoline, however these cars run out of battery very rapidly (even the Model X bc I've rented one). Customer service and escalating to management is pointless, they make costly mistakes and refuse to take accountability. Would rate 0.

I called the Dunlin center for information, I was on hold for a long time and when someone finally answered they weren't in that location and to make things better, the person who picked up the phone could not answer my question. They weren't even in the department I wanted.
