Quite impressive service. I went to Oil Changers the first time and was impressed with the quick and easy service. You sit in your car and relax while they service your car. The price of the service was also reasonable. They will wash your windshield, check your tire pressure and can also do a quick change of air filters. I will definitely update how the oil quality serves but they did mention a fully synthetic oil should last me 6-7k.I will return to them for service again

Went in for an oil change for my truck. Had the pleasure of working with Alex. He s extremely knowledgeable and walks you through everything in regards to the oil change and regular inspection of the vehicle. Another employee even asked if I wanted my windows cleaned. All around the staff is super nice and works efficiently. As far as pricing they were the cheapest around, can t beat it. I highly recommend this location.

First time and it was excellent. No wait, didn't even get out of my car, professional courteous staff,... maybe the most professional retail staff I've encountered. And a fair price. Will return. Highly recommend.

I come here every couple months to have my oil checked and topped off. The employees are helpful, friendly and take care of Mini every time. Teddi, the manager, is very knowledgeable and keeps the station running smoothly and on time. I will be returning.

Oil Changers has been awesome for me every time I go in. It s been several years now and they have always been quick, professional, and not overly aggressive on upselling the products. There has been no accidents yet and I m sure if one ever does happen it would be resolved kindly and quickly like their service team. They re consistent in all that they ve done with my car so far and that s speaking volumes compared to some other shops out here.

Hit and miss depending on who does your car. Last time the oil change service was fast and done correctly. This time, they forgot to reinstall the tubes to my air intake box and one tube is missing when they checked the filter. I had to use a drip hose tube to fix this instead of buying a package from the dealer for over $30. Also, I noticed some oil leaks. Not sure if something is not tightened or they dripped too much oil during the oil filter change and didn't wipe it down. I will have to see if it drops more overnight.

Fast and quality service at a reasonable price. No appointment necessary for the oil change. Waited 20 minutes for the car ahead of me to be serviced before waiting another 25 minutes for my car to be serviced on a Sunday afternoon.

The people who worked there were very welcoming and trustworthy. My husband used to do this for me so was hard to trust others so thankful for the team there at the Dublin facility. Visited on Wednesday

Took my car for oil change. After they were done, I parked inside my garage and by morning most of the oil leaked on the floor. Took it back to them and they rightened the cap. That didnt help so I had to take it to a mechanic to get it fixed. Looks like the way they handled the cap wasn't right and broke the cap.

I was extremely pleased with this oil change service. I'm along time customer at another location and became unsatisfied with the progressively poor service there, this was my absolute last try at ANY Oil Changers. The service techs were polite, professional, efficient and through. I'm so glad I gave them 1 last chance.

The team here was very helpful and professional, they did their job and were quick about it, yet still took the time for little things like asking what tire pressure I preferred n even trying to figure how to remove my cars oil change light. Thank you

It my first time going to oil changers and they were efficient with their work. I was in and out within an 1hr for my oil change and they even wipe my windshield, check my tires, check highlight and fill up my windshield fluid. It same me the time of doing it myself. It prices is reasonable. Definitely coming back for my next service

The tech did not revise the fluids even I ask twice to review the antifreeze and the rest of the fluids.I have to return on the 4 day and request again to fill up the antifreeze.The answer of the tech was the fluids looked good.

I showed up after 6pm last Friday, and the employees were so accommodating, informative and friendly (even though I was there towards the end of their shifts). This is my favorite place to get an oil change around here. Thank you!

Great attentive employees. They do the oil change, check fluids, and check all the turn signals, brake lights, etc! Pull in and pull out 15 minutes later! Love it.

Joseph was a complete professional. He was very knowledgeable. He was also very attentive during a time when he apologized for the shop being shorthanded. I will not only come back but will let my friends know about my good experience. The crew did a good job, very fast. I also liked how good a job the car wash did. And, I go through car washes.

This place is great. Great service! Very informative of what you may need and they also explain everything they do in detail. The guy who worked on my car (I don t remember his name) had long hair and glasses, he was utterly professional and extremely nice! Makes the whole experience easy and hassle free! Love this place!

Waited an hour for two cars in front to get their oil change, I m assuming that was their service. Average about 30 min per car, watched 6 cars moved in and out before starting my service. It appeared the manager came back from lunch because cars miraculously started moving quickly, around 15/17 minutes a car. Not sure if it was the added help or fear of management but I won t be coming back.

Updated reviewGreat services since old management isn t there, better attitudes Teddie is very welcoming and Alex is a good co pilot outside in the garage area positive vibes fast service great communication too. Definitely going back. I got an oil change and they let me know my air filter needs replacement so I did it too. HIGHLY recommend for oil changing and other services they are not amateurs they know what they re doing. Thanks for the better customer services well needed.Crazy I wrote a few reviews about these guys on yelp . This place has went to shhh since under new management. Arrived early morning and there was about 7 other cars there. Which was fine I am thinking 15 mins because of course they say that online right?!?! Well NOPE car was idling more like an hour and 15 mins. I finally got tired of waiting and approached guy name Tim that I have encountered before. Ask him about what was going on then I guy name Jason butted in I am the manager and he have to wait . Meanwhile the whole time he walking back in fourth playing and goofing off in the car wash, which no cars was over there I think that s when I blow a fuse. I am pretty sure I am not the only customer piss I was just bold enough to say something. He then states how he does care about his job nor me as a paying customer and he doesn t wanna work. So of course my response wasn t to appropriate after his comments. So he flags down the police. Long story short I wasn t scared of the police, I guess because I am black lesbian woman I was supposed to be scared NOT AT ALL. I told him the same thing I was leaving and customer service was horrible WILL NOT BE BACK!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I brought my Fiat in and Isaac was my technician. I felt super bad because Fiats are really difficult to work on, but he was adamant and professional the entire time, even when I knew he was struggling to figure out the workings of my stupid Italian car.Thanks Issac.
