From setting up the service maintenance just the day before to picking up my Q50 the following morning, couldn t be more pleased with my first experience @ Infiniti Dublin. Burke my Service Advisor is very personable & professional. Burke along with the entire staff & the whole environment, top notch. Highly recommended. I purchased my QX50 and continued services at this location. On Saturday 02/03/24, I went for a basic oil change and tire rotation. They ve changed locations approximately 3 times , since I purchased my SUV. I had difficulty finding the service entrance when I arrived. The female comments that I entered turned the wrong. I responded, It s hard keeping up as the location changes so frequently. She instantly presented with an attitude. Very unprofessional and rude. As I exited I heard her mutter something and the entire front instantly became quiet, I could have entertained the comment, but it would ve been beneath me. I paid off my vehicle in a little under 3 years and planned to upgrade at the location. Up until Saturday, I always had exceptional service. I will not be returning for any form of business or referring any more of my people. The utter disrespect I felt as I left as I drove off.

I owned my QX60 for almost 7 years and I always bring to Dublin Infiniti for routine check ups and services. I love the new location and everyone here is very professional. I really like that they clean and wash your car after a service and they provide loaner car when they take long to fix your car. my advisor SK is very friendly and communicates very well about any services that my suv needs and thank you to Carmen for helping do the check out process very nice and smooth.

Burke is my service advisor here and always goes above and beyond to provide a truly phenomenal experience. I had a water pump leak a few months back that Burke alerted me to.. I brought my car in on Sept 21 to get that repaired, Burke was in touch with me throughout the whole process with updates. He also contacted the warranty center on my behalf to ensure it was covered.I also was experiencing some issues with my turbos and brought my vehicle back on Dec 5, Burke set me up with a courtesy vehicle, contacted Infiniti warranty, and kept me updated regularly during 1.5 weeks my car was being repaired.Burke is a wonderful service advisor; always respectful, friendly, and helpful. I will continue to bring my car in for servicing at Dublin Infiniti because of him. It's apparent that Burke takes great pride in what he does and excels at it as well. He sets the standard very high!

I had TOP NOTCH experience with John Kada who helped me with a purchase. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed, that fit my budget. I felt like I was a good friend from the time I walked in the door. I cannot be more thankful for this experience. The finance manager Sami was very nice and helpful. I can t be more thankful for the family, friendly experience. They don't rush you into buying, they understand less than perfect credit rating and will get you the best rate. Him and his team patiently answered all of my questions. John's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. My Aunt uses him all the time, no stresses, no worries, easy process, and that s what made my decision clear to go to Infiniti Pleasanton. I left the dealership with my new car with a big smile on my face, all thanks to this exceptional salesman's dedication and expertise. Dublin Infiniti and David in service took care of us when a part was indefinitely back ordered. He kept us informed and gave us a loaner car with AWD when we needed to travel to the snow. We live over 2 hrs away and they have helped us above and beyond any other car dealer has ever helped us. We purchased the premium warranty for our qx80 and it's been incredibly helpful for repairs and maintenance. Highly recommend Dublin Infiniti!

April is the best and this dealership is the best setup/designed dealership that I have ever seen. Mercedes,BMW, and Porsche can not match this dealership. My wife and I were shopping around for new vehicle. I have two other infiniti dealerships that are significantly closer to me however April knowledge, respect, courtesy, and approach was worth the 90 minute drive. April made the car buying process as easy as possible and was seamless, heck my toddler approves too. My family would definitely recommend Infiniti of Dublin and April.

My experience buying a new car with Abril Serrano at Dublin Infiniti was great! I knew I wanted an electric car, and I knew how much I could afford. Abril met with me 3 or 4 times over 4 or 5 months -- it took me forever to decide. Abril responded to all my messages and didn't try to pressure me into buying something too expensive, or something I didn't ask for. The process of buying the car was smooth and simple. She was kind, friendly, and so helpful. I'd recommend requesting Abril to all my friends and family!

I always have good customer service at Dublin Infiniti! Lincoln was my advisor until he moved away and I loved him! Now I have SK and Carmen and they are the best. I truly appreciate their hospitality and genuine concern for their customers. Love them

I must say that infinite of Dublin service is superb my service provider was Burke when I say he was the best service provider I ever had for my car this was first time going to infinity Dublin for my car and promised I want take my infinity no where else Burke help me with my insurance question he answered any questions I needed always call right back and just made me feel real comfortable with everybody was nice there but my service advisor Burke was superb I wanna say thanks again to infinity Dublin

During a stressful time, everyone, John Kada, Sami, and Emma, made the experience STRESSLESS! Smoothest car buying experience ever! John Kada and Sami treated us with respect and made our purchase very enjoyable! John Kada is the most personable person we ve come across. I avoid calling him a salesperson, because that comes most times, with a negative connotation, but not here! We ve made friends, they are family now. My sister uses John Kada all the time. She s purchased about 5-7 cars with John and talks about John and how professional he is and how he goes above and beyond to take of her. And we wanted to experience that same service and we got it!� I couldn t be happier with my daughter s new car! If you are thinking about Infiniti or Nissan don t think, just go, and see John Kada! He is the best!

First time getting a service with Dublin Infiniti, what can I say!!!- Transparent pricing:1. called to arrange an oil change, the schedule lady on a phone didn't know service pricing but promised a call back by the service advisor. Dave H. called and shared the service and pricing details which was not much more than my other trusted local mechanic so I decided to go with them.2. while waiting for the service to get done, I asked about the 60K service (next one) and again he shared the details, and removed items not necessary - this was a completely different level of approach when compared with Fremont Ford where they rip you off by adding unnecessary services!- Customer service:1. Dave H was courteous and friendly, yes Infiniti is a premium brand so high customer satisfaction is expected, but I would say it's on par with Porsche (when I had the Cayenne). Also he was patient with me when going through the 60K service which he didn't need to as I am just here for an oil change (but definitely coming back for the 60K!).2. Getting your service done here also include a car wash and vacuum, not a biggie, but shows the service to customers IMHO (and also saves me $10 and the time to wash and vacuum myself haha). Internet, coffee etc., at waiting room are again not a biggie, but they make you comfortable while you wait.Actual service work:Other than oil change, the multi-inspection report was assuring given I got this car used. Also getting a battery replaced @ $199 +$50 labor. OEM battery is quite expensive because it s OEM, and 2-year warranty is just standard, but I guess it s what it is. $50 feels high since my trusted mechanic charges $20 only. Maybe for non-Infiniti work I will still go to my mechanic to save on my labor and non-OEM parts.

Burke Mangabay has been my service advisor for my 2011 Infiniti G37s since I got it in 2014. He always has done an excellent job! I just sold the car and he helped me get all the past service/repair information.He is a really great service Advisor and truely a great person to work with.Burke thanks for all your help over the past years and hope we cross paths againShan

I can't say enough praise for Manvir who helped me with the return of my previous lease and getting a new lease for a beautiful Infinity QX50. I went to Dublin because Redwood City did not have much in stock to choose from. Dublin had a wider selection of 2023 cars and different trim/color options. Manvir was simply the best. Very professional, approachable, he answered all my questions/concerns. He was knowledgable about the car, showed me the features I was looking for. He even offered to pick up my old lease vehicle and deliver the new one during the busy work week so that I didn't have to make a separate trip on my day off. I highly recommend Manvir and Dublin dealership if you are looking to buy/lease new Infinity.

Burke in the service department will always make sure you are taken care of! He's very friendly, has great customer service, keeps me up to date on my car and makes sure it s safe for me and my family to be in. He always makes sure to get me in and out as fast as possible. Their new spot right off of 580 next to the Kaiser in Dublin is beautiful. They now have their own brand new side to the huge Nissian/Infiniti dealership make sure to go check it out and ask for Burke!
