Description:I took my car in after getting a new Catalytic Convert and knock sensor put in my car. I told the guy doing the test that I had this work done prior to coming in. This means that the check engine light had to be rest after the services were performed. I told him how far I drove the car and was not sure if the system had reset. I told him all this while he was getting ready to perform the smog and he even wrote down the new Catalytic converter serial #. He acted like he checked it to see if the system had rest and he did not and failed me due to that fact. All he had to do was tell me to take it for a drive to get more miles to have it reset instead failed me to get another 50.00 for the re test. I have all the reciepts of the work that was done and I was upfront with him about how far it was drove before even doing the test. I told him I would be giving him a bad review for trying to scam me if he tried charging additional $50.00 he said he would not finish the test and I previously paid $148.00 ... These guys are a scam! Filed a complaint with BAR.

After going to several smog stations in the area that weren t able to perform the smog on my vehicle, I went to my mechanic and these guys came highly recommended. Got it done. Great job. Thank you!

It was nice experience. The works was done quickly and on the quoted price. I called upfront and spoke to Ramon and got a price quote. No additional fee or changes asked when reached there and got the work done.

It's close to Dublin HS which is convenient as I needed a SMOG check after dropping off my kid at school. The process is quick and easy, though making note of your mileage is good idea before heading into the office as they will ask for it on their form.

They did the job required but the added charges made the price equal to going to a more reputable shop.. An additional charge of $10 for a SUV is nothing more than dishonest. Why,, no special equipment needed especially since it was a stock mid size Toyota SUV.Be careful the discount coupons on line are just a game to get you in and add additional charges.Shame on the you.Service: Emissions testing

I don't know why do you hire that man who works only 1 day per week (Thursdays)!? He is very rude guy who even can't explain about rules with a coupon, he started to be nervous because he is not able to communicate in the right way! Alex wanted to charge for the smog check 98$ while the price online was much less!!!! When I was in the office, sitting and waiting paperwork he told me that I should to go out from the office because my mask slipped off my nose. I'm shocked by this behavior. And if you require mask, why Alex was without mask doing smog check ?! I think Alex should be trained for customer service and could you please explain him about promo coupon, because Alex is not able to talk about that!

Fast. Not cheap ($98) but nothing seems to be these days. Got in and out in about 15-20 minutes.

Service and results were fine, but way too expensive. I paid about $40 over the going rate so won't be returning. Got tired of looking for shops so just bit the bullet and got it done..

Went for smog and was missing C.A.R.B sticker for my aftermarket intake. Before starting test he saw there was no sticker and therefore wouldn't pass. But didn't tell me till the end and said if I went home and got sticker he would have to charge me full price again!! That's shady business if u ask me! Been to many other places over the years that don't pull stuff like that and knowingly weasel you out of your money! Not an ethical business so I won't be going back and will spread the word to everyone I know about the type of people/service they can expect!Services: Smog certification, Emissions testing

My mechanic Rick from Automotive Consultants referred me here, by far the best value over anyone offering coupons etc...This shop is honest and reliable. This is car 3 out of 4, so thankful for this!!! Pretty good when the entire family agrees and 1 works of us works at an auto place (I don't want to say), also takes car here now. Not the mechanic who referred us either. Will be back for #4 soon.Appreciate exceptional service with no b.s.!Thank you again.

No line and service was quick. You have to show coupons if you want to avail them. Parking is small but if you time your visit right then it shouldn't be a problem.

I went in to get a smog check. I forgot my mask so poked my head in the door and said I would wait out front. He came out and told me he wouldn t even talk to me without a mask. OMG! Never going back again!! Couldn t he have handed me the clipboard And I could fill out the paperwork outside. Attached my credit card to the clipboard, set it on the ground and move back 6 feet. What an a hole!

I don't think I have been to same smog place more than once. Generally they all seem similar, small offices with a bay or two for testing. I was able to get in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I had a problem with smog sensors , this person helped out to telling me to drive on free way without breaks etc..he helped out passing smog quickly.
