Excellent front end customer service.However, quite disappointed with repairs done. The vehicle now has to return to Caliber for these fixes - front bumper is misaligned, replacement headlamp assemblies are installed misaligned, replacement headlights out-of-focus.Wishing that these errors had been identified during the quality checks in the repair shop. These should ve been flagged during routine QA on the shopfloor, and fixed. Didn t happen!

Update - 9/13/2023: After I spoke to the service advisor, they fixed the issues. Thank you team on addressing the issues. Hence changing the rating to 4 star.Repair is good, but after repair service is very bad. I took it back for misalignment and paint overspray. The person asked me to schedule an appointment and asked me to come back after a week. I m not asking them to fix the issue. But just to inspect it they are taking time.Service: Painting

Caliber Collision, is one of the best places i have taken my car in for work. They have great customer service and keep you up to date on everything. They also washed my car from the inside and out left it looking like a brand new car. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that needs to get there car parts fixed. A big shout out to Daniel for the great customer service.Thank you !

This location of caliber collision repaired my vehicle beautifully. They had it ready early, kept us informed of the progress and returned it to us clean, detailed and washed. Highly recommend!

They did are terrible job on repairs to my vehicle took way longer then expected. Had to take back twice . Second time it came back work still not completed and crack on fender with scratch marks that wasn t there when I brought it in. They are saying it s not their problem . Don t ever bring you vehicle to Caliber Collision Dublin ca

After weeks of waiting i got my car back and unfortunately it didn't come with some surprises. As you can see, the color of the repainted bumper doesn't match to the original body. There were drip paint that are showing. There was some strange gap of the new bumper that never really close as it should. Was told by my service advisor that it will eventually. Almost two months it has not. And i was told that they did not use an OEM bumper. So far i'm not happy with the work. I didn't expect perfect or near that of the original, but expected better than this from Caliber Collision. I can't make up this review, you can see the photos. I am trying to bring it back to see if these can be corrected. Of course, this will require more of my time and losing our only transportation for another week (hopefully). I would love to update the review once these are corrected.

After a nightmare with the insurance company run around it was awesome to work with Caliber Collision. Alisa, Dublin location, is so knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. Was great working with her. The communication during the time they had my car was fantastic. Would highly recommend them.

I got in a small accident (side swiped a car, nothing major but still bad damages to my car - I have 2021 Honda Accord Sport only 2 and a half years old) and Caliber Collision was fantastic throughout the entire process! Felisa and Joe were particularly exceptional in reaching out to me with an update about my car almost daily! If I had questions, I was able to contact them by phone, email or text and get a response right away. They were able to order the parts needed for my car VERY quickly and finish it 4 days early than expected (10 days total I believe). My car looks just like it did when I bought it! (I ll have to add pictures later). I would highly recommend taking your car to Caliber Collision in Dublin if it needs work! My car was spotless too when I got it as they cleaned it inside and out! Couldn t have been happier with the end result considering the circumstances! Thanks you guys!!

I had a really wonderful experience with this Caliber Collision. After some errors by another repair shop, Matt at Caliber in Dublin really helped me navigate the path to rectify the fix for my car. He took the time to follow-up with the other shop, always had clear communication, and really made an effort to ensure a timely repair. He was flexible with my schedule and took the time to really help me. I can t have imagined a better experience.

If there is a negative star, i would give it to this specific centerI have the worst Experience Caliber collision dublin.My car was taken to this repair shop by my insurance company which was the biggest mistake i made. The manger there is extremely rude, doesn t know how to treat customers and constantly talks without letting you speak.I went there with my father (who was visiting me from india for a few days) and we only tried to ask her to provide us an ETA of expecting my car back.She kept on arguing with us and constantly talking for 20 minutes making nonsense excuses saying i cannot say when you will get your car back, it could be 1 week or 2 weeks or 6 months 6 month really?? all that was needed was to replace 4 new wheels on my car thats it.We then agreed with Kathy or Cassy (whatever the name of the manager is) on whatever time Caliber collision takes to repair my car and I left my car at their facility and went home.They kept my car there for 2 days without any updates and on the third morning i get a call from my insurance company that I need to get my car fixed at another store as Caliber collision will no longer work on it because of the supposed argument we had 2 days before.WHAT THE HELL kind of unprofessional behavior is that. This is completely ridiculous, why keep my car for 2 days without informing then there that you are not going to fix it.I would not recommend anyone taking your car there so long this unprofessional manager works there.

At the time of giving my car for repairs I told body shop that something broke underneath and they didn t even look at it. It came as a surprise to them at the time they were giving my car back and told me - yes yes we checked underneath, nothing is broken there. I am not sure if they fixed it or not. I feel they should be more professional in terms of carefully listening to customer s concerns and document them so that they can take care of it one by one at time time of repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Customer service is outstanding! Staff is friendly and professional. I got almost daily updates regarding the repair status of my car via texts. My car was done in a timely manner. When I picked up my car, they told me that I could leave it with them and that they would inform the rental agency to pick it up. They offer lifetime warranty on their work for as long as you own your car! I am very happy with Caliber Collision!Service: Body & Trim

I was there to repair the antenna on the roof. Here is the fact. First, it take 3 weeks to finish the project. When I got there to pick up the car, the antenna was still not looking right. Almost half of the weather seal didn't touch the roof (you can see light coming through the other end). The advisor was hesitate and even said it should be no problem to keep the water out. After a few minute of discussion, he offered me to come back next week to re-adjust it. Came back the week after and re-adjustment is done and now the seal is touching the roof. A week later, the 2 rails on the roof came lose. Drove back for an inspection and the advisor told me there are mismatch info on their system and the dealer. The dealer said the rail is for one time use and Caliber's system said multiple time. Have to drive home again and come back later. This is the 3rd time I am coming back. Now that I am thinking about it, the tech probably just screw back my roof rack and thinking the roof rack can hold up the rail. Lifetime warranty is good but I would rather the job done right at the beginning and no warranty is given. I have waste so much time on this $3K project. The advisor is nice but please how can I help you to get your job done right? There is a lot of room for improvement on your QA process.Service: Body & Trim
