I m thrilled to give Watson s Collision Repair a well-deserved 5-star review! After a minor accident, I took my Toyota Prius to them for repairs. From the initial estimate to the final inspection, the entire process was seamless and impressive.Manny was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the repair. It was a blessing choosing Watson s Body shop to take care of me. I had a huge dent on my door and they worked as much as they could with insurance to get the best rate to make the door look brand new, they use brand new units that are top quality including the paint. They keep you updated with what s going on and they finish the job in a pretty decent amount of time! I highly recommend this body if you are seeking repairs after an accident!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Watson's Collision Repair has always provided me with outstanding service and quality work from the first time I took my car in 2019. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. Manny and Mike very kind and professional. They do their best to get your car taken care of as soon as possible but make sure all safety measures are on point first. Safety is a priority for them as well as quality work.

Watson's is the one of the best body shops in LA/OC. Was recommended to them by a friend. I have gone to them twice and both times I have been impressed with the quality of their work. Excellent customer service.

Kudos to Watson Collision Repair Shop for repairing my vehicles. Key points: great workmanship, communication, and customer service. I had my Lexus and my Honda Accord serviced here and the results were excellent. My Lexus had front and undercarriage damage from someone s huge ripped tire left on the freeway and my Honda had front and rear damage from someone who rear ended my vehicle. Both were replaced with certified Lexus and Honda parts. Manny made the process so smooth because he worked directly with the insurance company regarding my repair, getting an estimate, and finalizing the work. Thanks to Manny for keeping me consistently updated. Hopefully, I won t need to utilize their service anymore or anytime soon but this is definitely my go to repair shop.

Wow! I would recommend this shop no doubt. Manny was extreme hopeful, with insurance and accommodation of my timing. Very patient with my rescheduling. But most important his people did an amazing job on my car and buffed a scretch it had. On top of that they cleaned th inside of my car. Almost forgot, he was also helpful with changing into and out of my rental since u had my 1yr old with me

Best auto repair shop! I had a great professional and smooth experience, Manny is super friendly, professional and not only did he walk me through the entire process he also helped with the claim and deductible. I had no idea he would be able to jump in and deal with my insurance himself and workout a fiance option on my deductible. He definitely gave me peace of mind in this stressful time period and would trust him all over again to be able to recommend him to anyone. Thank you Manny!

If I could give Manny and Mike 10 stars I would! I was referred to the them after being in a horrible accident. Not only did they take care of my repair, but they also handled my claim and deductible. They made the process extremely easy for me. Both Manny and Mike handle my collision very professionally and kept me in the loop during each step. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me and my family. Their wonderful and positive attitudes made this experience one to remember. I would highly refer and recommend this shop to anyone in need! I took my pontiac firebird here after getting into an accident and WOW!! The car looks brand new. They did an amazing job finding the parts (because my car is a collector edition). Took it for a spin and it was like I never got into an accident. They even cleaned and polished the car as well. Manny was very nice and helpful throughout the entire process and made sure I got what I wanted. Thank you guys so much!! I definitely recommend this place.

Best auto collision center in Downey! I brought in my BMW e39 and they fully restore the hood, roof , and trunk back to life ! I was stunned of how amazing it looked and now I want to keep the car and i will bring the car back to do some other restoration work to bring the car to its glory days. Manny is the guy !! Thanks a lot Manny ! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP !!!!

**Update** I have a strange noise coming from the spot where the damage was fixed. I'll be taking it back to see what is wrong and why it does it. I thought it was fixed when I took it to them but I guess not.They are good at what they do but make sure you stick with one person throughout the session. If not, there will be some miscommunication between the employees. Other than that, they did a great job and were kind enough to explain everything in detail. I had to call them every few days to check up on the car. Yes they, did leave some scratches on my car where the door was concerned, but honestly, anywhere you go you're going to find them. I deducted one star for lack of communication between them and because they accept cash or from insurance claims only.

Highly recommend this place. My brother told me about this place and they did a great job fixing my car. Manny is amazing, he guided me through all of my concerns. He went above and beyond and fixed all damages done to my vehicle. Very happy with the service.

Great Job! keep you updated every step of the way ..definitely recommending to friends and family....update! ...after a few months I've come to notice My car has nasty marks from when they waxed my car. So now when its in the sun you can see them from a certain angle. My car is black and I've come to hate my car. These marks are not visible unless I keep it waxed all the time

Great job, every time.My parents are senior citizens and end up with scratches, dings or damage from backing up into things, cars, walls or posts. We end up going to Watsons every time and we are never disappointed. No mater how big the damage.I had a tree branch fall on the hood of my car, damage went beyond the hood. Front end was redone and paint was matched perfectly (red is not an easy color to match).Job was done within the time expected and they treat you well regardless if the job is through insurance or personal.

To busy. I personally went back 3 times to verify if they would do my car. I was told three times to go back because he was backed up. I feel they didn't want to repair my car because I was going to pay for the work done on it not the insurance company.

Such great customer service!! I had no idea what to do when it came to filing a claim and dealing directly with my insurance company. I literally dropped off my car and keys, and they notified me as soon as it was done! Quick and easy!! Thanks again guys!! :)

The guy said that the part had to be removed from the car in order to apply the paint. When I got home I found out that it was not removed and only the spot was painted and it was bumpy. Avoid this place.
