Daniel and his colleague are amazing!! Their knowledge, kindness and keeping me updated was superb. Customer service at its best. I loved that as a woman I was respected and educated on the process of buying 4 tires and what that entailed. Great experience!

Stopped by to get 1 tire fixed because of a nail. Guy behind counter with no emotion said it would take a few hours. So I asked when is a good time to come in and get a tire fix. He said NOW and will take a few hours. So I asked in a different manner..... is there an appointment date open to come in and get a tire fix. Not until Monday. These people are no good. It's sad and disappointing to have experienced that. And the manager who was next to him didn't even intervene.

I came in with some pretty worn down tires and new rims I wanted to throw on. Herb helped me out with brand new BF Goodrich KO2 tires. If y all are looking for a place with impeccable service and guys who actually care about your vehicle, this is the place! I will never go anywhere else!

Came here for SUV alignment $89.99 (after a company truck almost hit me and made me hit the sidewalk curb) clean friendly employees. Free coffee free charging station for cell phone and looks like a water bottle refill there. Too bad i don't have one I will definitely use it. One bad thing is the TV remote control was missing. I don't know if there Wi-Fi didn't advertise it. Plenty of parking space

I had to have a tire pressure sensor replaced in my vehicle. Made an appointment to have the work done. I arrived early, was greeted with a very friend young man named Daniel. The work was completed super quickly and efficiently (surprisingly, as it was a saturday and they were quite busy). The work was completed in about 20 minutes. Herb completed my transaction with a even friendlier completion to my visit checking me out and taking my payment.Thanks Pep Boys for taking SUCH great care of me and my vehicles needs....These guys AND this location are the greatest.Ten stars to them!!

Came in to get my battery checked because my car wouldn t start yesterday. Making an online appointment was easy. There was practically no wait time for them to assist me when I walked in. The wait time during the service was quick. They found my battery was at the end of it s life span, so I got a new battery with three year warranty. Nice small waiting room for customers. Comfortable sofa seats & clean restroom. Pleasant experience. Friendly service. Will return.

I CALLED AT 8 AM TO SEE HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO DO A ALIGNMENT. THE MANAGER SAID 2 HOURS. I ALSO HAD A APPOINTMENT WITH THEM AT 1:00PM. SO ONCE THE MANAGER FOUND OUT I HAVE THE LIFETIME ALIGNMENT AND WASNT SPENDING ANY MONEY HE GAVE ME A TIME OF 5 PM TO GET MY CAR. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. SUPPOSEDLY THEY HAVE 1 MACHANIC THAT DOES ALIGNMENTS & 4 CARS AHEAD OF MINE. SO 8.5 HOURS TO DO 4 CARS.

I m at 110k miles and my car still runs like new thanks to them._________Original Review: Always have a great experience at this Pepboys. The team is through and complete in problem-solving vehicle issues, keeping me informed as I wait and answering all questions I have. There s a small waiting room and a Porto s around the corner; what more could you ask for?Been coming here for years and will keep doing so.The bathroom is also always clean, which as a lady... I REALLY appreciate that.

On 1/25/20 I got an oil change from there on I was smelling burning oil or some kind of fluid had my car looked on 2/2/20 to discover oil was splattered all over my engine, belts, roof of my inner hood, just everywhere because who ever at pepboys forgot to put the cap back on the top to where the motor oil goes. The top was still in the middle front gap where you open up my hood to car.

The manager Herb is a great guy really helped me out as well as the assistant managers Mario & Daniel. The mechanics as well especially Gerardo, Angel, Luis & Alejandro. Great people who provided me a great service 10/10 never going to another shop for my services

I can t say enough good things about this Pep Boys. They do a fantastic job every time I bring my car or truck for service or repair. Herb is incredible and super helpful whenever I come in. The mechanics are excellent and do an amazing job and ensure your cars leave their property running smooth. Five starts for this Downey Pep Boys. I would recommend them to the community and anyone in need of car service/repair.

I was so impressed with the work that Angel did on my car. It went in for a brake job and they pointed out that both my air filters were extremely filthy! I was shocked by the air that was coming into the cabin of my car. It s never smelled better inside! Angel did a wonderful job on the brakes and the oil change as well, and we are so grateful for Herb guiding us to his service department.
