My wife took my 17 year old son to purchase him a vehicle as a graduation present. They took advantage of my wife and teenager. Photos online was different than the car on lot. He gave word to fix the discrepancy of how the car looked in the pictures and later said "I never promised" and refused. He claimed to have lowered the price verbally, but on the contract was not so. The vehicle had stuff like it was used to drive someone home and back or just bought off an auction. To top it off, when my son was excited to clean the vehicle and detailed it, he found in a stash what appeared to be a needle used for drugs, things everywhere, even in the trunck. The trunck was flooded underneath the carpet lining. The registration was given after 90 days, passed the allowed time the DMV gives. I'm so close to reporting this business to the BBB. Oh yeah, we are not driving the car now, and it's been sitting for two months already because it's going to cost more than $800 to repair at an independent shop.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!I saw a truck for sale through Auto Tempest which had low miles and seemed to be in great condition. I emailed this dealership and was getting very unprofessional replies(1 word emails back). I decided to call and spoke to Lopez. Asked questions like clean title? Any damage or repairs? Condition of vehicle and he said clean title no accidents and everything was great. I even applied online for financing through them so he would hold the truck for me until noon next day so I can make the 5.5 hour drive out there with $10k cash for down payment.I get to the lot and immediately looked around and saw like 90% of vehicles had some sort of damage(bumper hanging off, light broken, etc).I see the truck and start doing a walk around and notice both sides of the front bumper looked pinched by the fender. I look up and the hood does not line up with the headlights. Followed it back and the doors seem to have been rubbing on the fender and the gaps are off. Lead me to believe the truck had been in an accident. I go inside and see Lopez and first thing I ask is you told me the truck is clean. He said it is just couple of scratches, I walked him outside and showed him all of the gaps and said so no accidents huh, he went inside looked at the computer and goes yeah so this one has an accident. The bed was all scratched up and damaged as well.I told him you knew I was coming from 5.5 hrs away and agreed to your asking price, why didn t you tell me any of this. He said it s still a good deal and the pictures were in the ad. I said no pictures of bed or any damaged areas. And that is a shady way of doing things and just horrible customer service. He said that s our business and then tried to blame it on the owner when he himself is the owner. Glad I didn t purchase the truck! Hopefully they get a BBB visit and will be notifying the websites as well of them putting inaccurate descriptions and saying no accidents but when you show up it s a different story.Avoid these scam artist at all costs!!!!

My daughter was looking for a starter car. We found this 2015 Accord EX-L model. Sweet car. Not bad on mileage. Lopez was great help. He helped get me the lowest payment possible.Definitely would recommend someone in need of a nice used car. 5 out 5

The worst car dealership EVER!! They will try to sell you a lemon and run of with your money after stating they will give you a refund. Also do a vin check because they also do odometer fraud( tampering of mileage to make it seem you are getting a great deal on price for the mileage).

Bought my car; a Scion xB 2008, about a year ago and it went very smoothly locked in the deal in a day. Then, went yesterday as that I was intrested in getting an upgrade, they offered me a trade in for a good value then they got me on a financing plan even though I had bad credit for less than $100 a month. Very satisfied and would recommend walking in and discussing an offer for whichever car you like they try to help out in anyway possible.

I did purchased my Chevy Cruze white from low miles auto has 65000 miles I do like it and I do appreciate the sales man mr Lopez he did help me a lot to got finance and he did respond to all my questions about car history and why was to difficult to got loan done. I do recommend it for any buyer looking for honestly dealership

I went to ask about a price of a car that seemed too good to be listed and the man who answered answered another phone call without telling me he was going to put me on hold and had a minute conversation with someone else while I was talking, in another language, without asking me to give him a moment. He also had the nerve to blame the third party company, and say the listing was their mistake, even though they send their prices to this third party company that has no power to set vehicle prices. For a dealership to claim to be "founded on trust, integrity and respect," it may have been founded that way but it's lost now.

Truck runs efficient & smooth. Fast paperwork processing with good deals on variety of cars. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will come back again soon for another work vehicle!

I've had nothing but a hard time with this dealership. Had a check engine light come on about 12 hours after purchasing the vehicle, the man Lopez said he would fix it but did not. The light is still on. Also, they still have not sent over any paper work to the DMV for my registration. It has been 3 months. I call, email, and leave voicemails and have been ignored. Do not waste your time with these guys, go somewhere else

Found a car I was looking for and Low Miles had exactly what I was looking for at the right price! Lopez was very helpful and made the transaction super easy and I felt like I was being taking care of the whole time. I am so happy with the whole process and just love my HEMI Charger!! I bought a black Honda accord 2007 last year. I really wanted the car. Lopez and Mo helped me get the deal done. Very friendly and helpful staff! Really good service. I recommend this dealership to anyone.

Went to Low Miles thinking they were like all the rest of the car lots we been to, lots of fast talking. We were wrong!! Mr. Lopez was cool and seemed to be very honest, a good sign. The process was detailed and explained in a way we could understand. It was a great experience all around! Thank you and we hope to continue doing business here at Low Miles Auto!! Btw we got a foreign and so far it rides great!

Was told to apply on their website, then got qualified with a 720+ credit score and finances guy said I had to go through a credit union due to me being out of state and having too many open accounts (it s only student loans which have been paused by the US president) with no other debts/collections. He could ve been upfront and mentioned that instead of telling me to apply for credit in their website (I was qualified) and then denied me AFTER making me accrue a hard credit inquiry. The staffs are good, but finances department is not upfront and honest.

Was the worst experience at a dealer. The only person that approached me was a guy complaining about where I parked. I asked him to get me a sales person and he said okay and walked away. Now I'm trapped by their delivery truck.

Absolutely worst experience and virtually no customer service at all. My wife found this dealership through car gurus. We wanted an affordable car for our daughter. We emailed ahead of time and made an appointment to see a scion tc. Upon our arrival a man with glasses approached us. We immediately told him we were interested in the car and he got the keys to look it over. When we asked to test drive the car he told us we had to agree on a price before we were able to test drive the car... I asked if that was standard practice and he stated that you do not have to test drive the car to buy it. I then asked for the manager and he stated that he's never around and doesn't know anything anyways. We pressed to test drive the car and then he changed his story and said the car battery is dead and he didn't have jumper cables and we wouldn't be able to test drive the car to the next day. But if we bought it he would put a new battery in it but it still wouldn't be ready to the next day. I could go on and on but just please do not waste your time or money with this dealership. Please heed the warnings on here. I wish I did so we wouldn't have wasted our time and gas money.

I'm not totally satisfied immediately after purchasing the vehicle the air conditioner unit went out on me there's a recall from Honda but my vehicle is voided because of the salvage title which they want me to pay $1,300

10/10 experience! My father in law bought a truck from them and the process was short, sweet, and simple! The process was handled quick and very easily! We bought a Ford f 150 super cab and we love it! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable used car!

I had the best experience buying my car from Low Miles Auto.Even with my low credit score he was able to finance my car! They made the process of buying a car so easy I am very happy with my decision with my purchase ! They were able to find me the lowest interest rate and they gave me a free oil change !

I went to that dealer as recommended from one of my family membersThey help me to got an economy car 2014 Ford Focus to go back to my work after I lost my car. They help me and finance me with very low interest rate 4.95%.Also they give me 3 days to drive and return back if I do not like it..Later I did take it back to give me a free oil change free as they promised I. Do like their services and recommend to everyone

Wow where do I start! Came in on a Thursday evening with excellent service. Wanted to come in looking for a good commute car just from A to B nothing new but ok looking. Spoke to the sale associate to help figure out what I can work with , considering my low credit and what I had for down payment. Went browsing around all the cars they had a very wide selection I could choose from. Got offered a couple test drives which was amazing to help me find exactly what I needed for my children and I!! Super happy on coming here, I love my new car and happy with all the options that were given me! Thank you low miles!!!!!!

This place was very accommodating to us and made the car sale happen very quickly. They were very friendly fair and proficient. Im very pleased with the car we bought. We did have a small discrepancy with the car and returned to the shop to talk to them about it. They corrected it the problem and made it right. I rally appreciated there customer service even after the sale completed. We are returning with a refereral

Beware of this place these guys are sneaky! Called ahead and asked about a 2008 Lexus IS350, they said it was in perfect condition and even knocked off a couple hundred bucks. Great. We drove 6 HOURS to this place and literally almost had it off the lot before realizing the navigation system was defective, a $2000 fix these guys apparently thought wasn t worth mentioning knowing we were driving 6 HOURS to pick it up. Kind of makes you wonder what else might ve been wrong with the car. They offered no apologies for this and wouldn t even budge on the price after this came up, so we went home empty-handed. Save yourself the headache and avoid these scammers.
