Great shop. Chris and co. have always been trustworthy and honest. Plus, they do great work. They helped my family out recently when my wife hit something off the freeway.Chris look everything over and took good care of her vehicle.They always have my business.

My company uses GTS to service our fleet vehicles. GTS is efficient, accurate and capable. They have top of the line equipment and knowledgeable technicians and managers. Fair prices and good customer service. Electric vehicles benefit from having very accurate alignments and good tires, so we only want the best for our fleet, we're happy to work with GTS.

These guys are legit. Brought in my car for a wheel swap and new tires. Had them do a road force balancing since that was the main reason I choose them. Price was very reasonable and even comparable to non road force jobs elsewhere. Had them go over my alignment as well, since I was already there. My car now rides smooth and handles like new.Overall, I am very satisfied and cannot deny they are the best shop I have been in. They are professional, down to earth people, who actually care about their customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop.

I have a Mercedes Metris that I have brought to MB dealers. They are good but very expensive.At Golis Tire and Service, they did a yearly service and new tires at a reasonable price. They also fixed a couple of minor issues on the car at no extra charge. Albert at GTS has gain a new and loyal customer. He went above and beyond providing great customer service. I only dealt with Albert directly, but I am sure his staff is just as great. He gave me honest quotes and provided me with options, so I could make the best educated decision. He also provided me with a loaner spare, until I was able to decided what my best options were. I have been going to GTS for a few years now and I don't trust anyone to touch my car other than the staff Albert has working there. They are honest, reliable, and most importantly trustworthy. Even though my Mercedes is a 2008 they treat it like it is their own and no different than the super high end cars I've seen them working on. They are all a wealth of knowledge in the automotive industry. If they can't do a job, they will gladly refer you to someone who is just as knowledgeable and trustworthy who can. I've done everything with GTS from simple oil changes to MB Service B and any other Check Engine issues. Thank you all for all of your help over the years and more to come.Service: Auto maintenance

I have been to many shops in Downey but none can compare to GTS there staff is well knowledgeable on everything. I highly recommend this shop even if it's from a basic tire patch or doing a vehicle lift.
