My dad spent over $700 to have the windows fixed and they could not do it so we had them just put the windows back up. We were told the windows would operate and would not come down again but they did so that was a waste of time and money.

Let me tell you if there was a 0 rating that is what this company would get! I took my Jag to have the fuel pump replaced (and let me tell you its not a cheap price). After a couple of days even when i called ahead with an appointment, i get my car back. My husband goes and puts gas in the tank and the pump won"t stop, it was spilling under the car!!! I called the company and told them what happened and they say "when can you bring it in?" i told them tomorrow morning is that ok. She said ok. I called the next day that i had been keeped at my daughter's school if i can drop it off tomorrow morning. The owner said that is fine (OWNER) i take the car cutting into my busy schedule and my husbands busy schedule. He comes out and we explain all the things that are going wrong with the car after we got it back from him. The car was fine before we left it and after we got it back all kinds of things where happening. He starts with his bull of WELL IT COULD BE ANY NUMBER OF THINGS!!! IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT WE FIXED. Fixed!!! they are all fuel related!!! DUH! Anyway then he starts his other bull of I CAN TAKE A LOOK AT IT BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT AND I DON'T HAVE ANY OPENINGS UNTIL 2 WEEKS FROM NOW. Are you freaking kidding me!! Why did he not tell me that on the phone. He spoke to me yesterday morning!!! What a Moron, then he tries to blame his employees when i confront him about that. He says I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY TOLD YOU THAT I WILL FIND OUT. Wow!! He told me to bring it in!!Man up!! How gutless can you be. Why don't you just tell me how you don't have room for your screw up job that you can only take care of customers that you can take advantage of. What a mistake coming here!! BEWARE!! He doesn't care about your safety, he only cares about money, how many people he can screw. Never Again!! Hope he gets his.

This Downey Jaguar place is a joke, This car stayed at the shop for over A month, He charged me $220 for a diagnostic, Never contacts me for the whole month I have to Contact him, This guy's a bunch of BS doesn't know what hes doing and just taking your money, Now I'm a contractor in the Trade I only took my car to Him, because I didn't have time to work on it, but it looks like that's what I have to do now, from this lesson I have learned to fix my own car problems, when you think you don't have the time make time and save yourself a bunch of money and stress

save yourself the trouble and take your car to the dealership these "mechanics" don't know what they're doing a fancy name and sign doesn't give you the knowledge
