The guys in his place are hard workers prices are a little too high for what you get. I bought a set of tires and they did not warranty them refused to fix the tire with a manufacturer problem. They want me to buy a new tire. but ultimately they decided to replace a tire.

We had Desert Tire in DHS work on our vehicle for a couple of years. In that time, we had the entire front suspension replaced, had tune up done, oil leak fixed, shocks and struts as well. The struts were installed incorrectly which ruined our new shocks, destroyed two new tires. When I went back, they didn't want to warranty anything at first. George agreed to redo struts, and provide 2 tires. I had pay for one of them.Oil filter was left undone and leaked oil everyowhere. They refused to show me work they claimed was done, and claimed new suspension wasn't damaged. Took to a different shop, had all fixed at my expense. . I will never use Desert Tire for anything. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Get a price quote before they do anything. I asked. They said they would tell me and then I feel I was overcharged.

I was passing thru town working the recent storm (Hillary). Trying to get to cell sites with fuel to keep the generators running. I ended up with a puncture in two tires where debris was washed on the road. I was in a super hurry and raced to the closest tire shop before both tires went completely flat. The manager/owner had a full shop of customers, and both service bays had 2 cars each. He immediately understood the urgency of my situation and offered to let me use their tire plug kit and air hose myself. I plugged both tires and aired them up. I went inside and asked him how much I owed. He just waved his hand and said, "Nothing, no worries." I really appreciated the way he handled the situation. He had never met me but treated me as if I were family. I literally couldn't have asked for things to go any smoother or faster. Good dude, good place!! Thank you, sir!! You were a life saver. The whole situation delayed me less than 15 minutes, and i was able to make it in time to keep the cell sites up.

My step mother had a nail in her tire that I noticed early one morning while checking out of a B&B she rented around the corner. She lives in Hemet so I took the car down to Desert Tires after looking up the best tire repair shop close by. We only had an hour or so before checking out so I asked the kind gentleman behind the counter, who was really busy, if I could get a flat patched within an hour if it wasn't too much trouble. He said that won't be a problem. So an hour later I was out of there with a fixed tire and a happy step mother that didn't have to worry about the flat. Thank you so much! Plus, that view wasn't bad either.

Great place! Professional and friendly staff. They were honest and fixed my tires for $25 bucks! They didn't try to get me to buy a new/used tire they told me my tire was still good and fixed it. I appreciate it and will definitely go back! Highly recommended

They were pretty quick to get a new tire put on and we re friendly but after I picked it up, they left horrible black, grease stains on the inside of my driver door.

This place is awesome! I'm on a tight budget and they have more than once given me a great deal on an excellent used tire. They have also replaced a tire sensor for an amazing price compared to what others wanted. I will always use this place as long as I'm in the desert

I usually only get my tires at America's Tires but they didn't have my size in stock and of course, the prices have gone way up. I was looking at $560 for 2 tires that might come in on time. (I was leaving on a trip) I called Desert Tires and they didn't have the tires in stock either, but the service was much friendlier and the gal guaranteed me that they would be in next day and they could get them on quickly.They didn't lie. 2 new tires, mounted, balanced, rotated and disposal for $417 with tax.VERY PLEASED!

This place is awesome my son's mom car broke down and I contacted them and got it checked out and fixed the next day with hours notice..they did a awesome job and I am happy with the service I recommend them to anyone

WOW!! If I could rate 10 stars I would! We spent at least 8 hours between auto parts stores and trying to find a repair shop open Saturday. Having car trouble while on vacation for a long weekend is always frustrating, but once we stopped here the gentleman took time out of his busy day to look at our car, and with obviously expert knowledge immediately identified that when we had our tune-up (done elsewhere in AZ,) they placed improper spark plugs for our car, and the ones we had been recommended at the auto parts store were also incorrect. He quickly told us the correct plugs to get and to come back if that did not fix our problem. Needless to say, after a full day of stressing about the car, this expert knowledge was all we needed. A million thanks! Would trust these guys with my auto needs any day! Thank you!

I went to Desert tires with a screw in my tire and ask them to repair it. They put in a plug instead of a patch and told me I needed new tires. Then provided me with the cost of new tires. Since then I have had my son and son-in-law both look at my tires( both have sold tires) and see no reason that I need new tires.I believe that they saw a older woman alone with out-of-state plates and thought they make a quick buck with new tires because I didn t know anything. Would not recommend them. I will say that the plug is holding air, I drove 1000 miles on it and it maintained pressure.

I got a blown tire down the road and needed a tire to get home. I found this tire shop and as soon as I went into the office there was a customer in front of me. The customer was telling one of the staff members how he had been at this place before and liked their service. They helped find the right tire and was on my way. They were helpful and respectful and got me what was best for me.

Recently had a flat tire due to a nail. I called Desert Tires. They repaired my tire for $25 in a little over an hour. Courteous and competent service. Thanks!!

This place was so kind to me. I had a nail in my tire and Valentine patched it and didn't even charge me. He was very helpful in explaining the damage and what I should do. Thanks Desert Tires for helping me out during a stressful time! I will remember that and pay it forward.

Went to have a new tire I had ordered mounted and balanced, the service was prompt and professional. They took great care not to scratch my wheels, the tire was balanced properly and the price was more than fair. I was very pleased with my service and would recommend them as well as return in the future.

Fair prices on services. Had s small problem with a wheel alignment, they fixed the problem as soon as I was able to get my vehicle in. I will recommend this tire and auto repair shop to anyone in the Desert Hot Springs area. These guys are awesome.

Took my car about two weeks ago to get a tire patch and just noticed today that they did not give back 3 out of the 4 tire lock nuts that were in my lock wheel kit, I should have checked earlier but they do not have any type of integrity 1 month prior my husband had went and everything was returned however when I went I was missing parts so now I have to order the wheel lock set, be careful when you take any tool set or wheel keys.

I took a tire of one of my cars here for a patch because the tire had a nail. They charge me $20 to patch and the very next morning it was fkat again. I took it back and thay said they fixed it and again it leaked. I went to a different shop and they showed me where the just put a plug in it but they charged me as a patch. The tire was ruined and i had to but a new tire. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this mediocre wannabe shop. If they can't even patch a tire, how could they fix anything else.

This is my go to tire shop for new and used tires. Price is good work is done quick and the store is clean and they are friendly and bilingual. Very respectful people here. I dknt think anyone can beat the hometown service this store provides, they are simply the best place to go. They know tires period!!

DO NOT GO HERE! They will risk your life for $15. My tire had a hole. I asked for a patch. Instead of letting me know it was unsafe. They patched it and sent me on my way. I was on the freeway when the patch blew. I ended up spinning facing on coming traffic. I'm thankful the 18 wheeler coming at me was able to stop

Was told 2 different prices over the phone for a tire with and without balancing. Then told another price after confirming on the phone. Told the mechanic want to skip the balancing and they balanced my wheels any way and attempted to charge me. Tech spent time talkin to some guy walking in from the street rather than work on my vehicle.
