I have been taking all my vehicles to Bob's auto for many years and Bruce and his staff has been very professional and quite honest. The repairs were done on time and their estimate is very close to the final invoice. Looking for a good mechanic? Bob's Auto is the shop to go for great price, great quality of work and great service.

I love the personal attention my vehicle gets. Bruce and his team are all about keeping your vehicle in optimum condition. I love the service I get here. If you want someone who is honest, knows how to trouble shoot and fix a car, and explains things in detail then this is the place for you.

Our 2011 F150 had an oil leak. A dealership suggested we could bring the truck in and leave it with them for a week or more before they could even look at it. We looked online for a repair shop in Desert Hot Springs and found Bob's Auto Works. Talked with the owner, Bruce, who invited us to bring the truck in that day. Although busy, Bruce was able to find the leak, order needed parts and work completed, at a reasonable price, the next day. 4.8* well deserved. Thanks Bruce!

My family and I have been going to Bob's auto since I can remember. Bruce, the owner, is an honest outstanding gentleman who is very informative. He has excellent pricing and he stands by his work. This is the only place my family will go for work on our vehicles. Highly recommend!

Best honest shop around. It s hard finding loyal Mechanics now days. I went it for a idling issue I been dealing with for months.. I had an issue with a transmission sensor inside my tranny.. all tranny shops were saying it s time for rebuilt... kept it like that for 7 months .. couldn t afford it ... when I took it to Bruce, he not only found the idling issue.. he found the problem was electric outside the tranny and was bad wires... he replaced them and tranny s been shifting smooth like butter.. he took care and found the problem that other shops couldn t find.. definelty coming back for future work.

I've been using Bob's Auto Repair for the last 10 years for all kinds of maintenance -- exhaust repair, brake jobs, tune-ups (including timing belt and other replacements) and they have been reliable at diagnosing problems. They have saved me a ton of money by correctly diagnosing problems that other repair shops have said would cost $$$$. Many of my friends have had good experiences with them, too.

He never replaces something that doesn't need to be replaced he's straightforward and honest a very nice man with good mechanics this is the only place I take my vehicles to and his hourly rate is more reasonable than I found anywhere else best place to take your car ever just call Bruce up you will make you an appointment in your car will be done when promised
